“Anna is a fantastic sitter and great with puppies! She's so reassuring and put us at ease from the first time we met her. Loads of communication and photos throughout her time looking after our pup. The job was puppy sitting at our house and she left everything as she found it and followed all our instructions to keep Willow safe and happy. Don't hesitate to book Anna, you won't be disappointed!”

“Kayla took excellent care of our pets, sending regular information and leaving the house super tidy. Our pets may be complex (Annie has diabetes and Cu is a huge guard dog). They both loved her. I would recommend Kayla - she clearly loves animals and is very conscientious.”

“Holly took care of both my cat and my flat, and absolutely nailed it! Gino was clearly living his best life while I was away! I got daily lovely updates, and I came home to a happy cat and a tidy house... honestly not sure I’m needed anymore! Would 100% book again.”

“Lea-Anne looked after our mini pin Otis for a weekend. She turned up in good time and sent messages and photos to keep us informed while we were away. Otis seemed very well looked after and we would not hesitate to ask Lea-Anne to look after him again.”

“Angel is the best petsitter you can have, she is very kind and considerate. My dogs are rescues so they can be a bit difficult to handle at times, but Angel has a lot of experience and they have been very confortable and happy with her. She also took good care of the house and the cats. Can't recommend her enough! Thank you so much!”

“Naomi looked after our dogs and house so well. She came before the sit to do a meet and greet, and the dogs were very comfortable around her. Naomi followed their routine and provided enrichment for them, she sent daily updates and photos. The dogs were calm and relaxed when we arrived home, always a good sign! And the house was spotless - we can highly recommend Naomi and will be booking her again before long!”

“Eilis is such a lovely person who really takes the time to understand your dog and their routine, it was clear from their first meeting that Obi adores her! We had peace of mind while leaving Obi for the first time with lots of lovely pupdates and came home to a very contented dog. We've already rebooked with Eilis and would not hesitate to use her services again.”

“Aimee looked after Fae for a couple of hours today and handled her anxieties expertly. We felt that we left our girl in capable hands and hope to be able to book with Aimee again soon. Thanks a billion!”

“Rhianna did a great job taking care of our very anxious dog and cat for 6 days while we were out of town. She was very patient and gentle with them, and set us updates each day.”

“Sarah was absolutely brilliant and a life saver!!! I found her with less than 24h notice after I had an unexpected thing to do and no one to look after my dog for the day. Sarah even came home to visit us and get to know Anko and myself within a few hours of first contact. She is clearly yes to dogs and Anko loved her quickly. Sarah also kept me updated during the day and sent me pictures :) I am so grateful to her and will definitely book again. Very highly recommended!!!”

About: I have five cats of my own, so caring for pets is a big part of my everyday life. They’re all boys and all very different, so I’m used to different personalities, routines, and giving each pet the care and attention they need. I’m comfortable with automatic litter boxes, pet feeders, and water fountains, and I know how important it is to keep everything clean, topped up, and running properly. Looking after my own cats has made me patient, reliable, and very aware of the little things that help pets feel safe, settled, and cared for while you’re away. I work part-time from home and study Law full-time at Edinburgh Napier, so I’m used to managing my time well and have a fairly flexible schedule. I also have my own car, which means I can be flexible with travel and visit times. I have five cats of my own, so caring for pets is part of my everyday routine. At home, I use fully automatic litter trays and clean them daily, including emptying waste, topping up litter, checking the app, and cleaning the sensors to make sure everything is running properly. I also use automatic water fountains and feeders, so I’m used to topping up water regularly (especially with five boys who drink a lot), keeping everything clean, and making sure food is given on a set schedule with the right portion sizes—not too much and not too little. In a pet owner’s home, I’d follow the same level of care and attention, keeping everything clean, consistent, and comfortable for your pet.
About: I grew up loving dogs from a very young age, often volunteering to walk my neighbours dogs whenever I could. Since then I have pointed my career in the direction where I can offer services to other people’s pets as I understand trusting a stranger with your animals can be extremely difficult. I work in a vet practice and am currently studying an advanced certification in canine behaviour. I’m up to date with first aid for pets and confident when dealing with emergencies. I can provide FaceTime calls, regular updates and photos of your pets! I have four very amazing dogs myself which I trained. Arlo is a Dutch herder and full of beans, at four years old I have to make sure he is kept active! He loves swimming on the weekends, climbing up some Munros and annoying his older brother Delta! Delta is a German shepherd and has a heart of gold. His favourite thing to do in the whole world is swim in the sea and loves to go camping! He has a rather unusual obsession with rocks which started when he was a puppy.. but he continues to make myself and everyone else laugh as he will do anything to try and bring one home. I have another Dutch shepherd Moose who would literally hang the moon and stars out himself if it meant seeing other people happy, this boy just radiates happiness! And Toula who is my newest addition, she is a Belgian malinois and has to be the most affectionate dog ever, she’d love to travel anywhere she could on my shoulders… if it was possible! I absolutely adore animals and I’ll always find myself around them more than people. I have experience working with more “challenging” dogs that tend to have different behavioural preferences, I’ve worked closely with the training and assessment of police dogs and hope to set up my own behaviour/training business by the end of the year. Please do not hesitate to get in touch ❤️ I currently work full time in a vet practice but I am available on the weekends or after working hours. I often take the dogs to the beach, lochs, new field or to climb a Munro on the weekends. I would be able to offer more availability if given enough notice as I can take time off work, I’m also available to attend before or after working hours! I understand leaving your pets with someone you don’t know can be very unsettling, I can provide valid references, FaceTime calls, pupdates and photos of your pets on a regular basis. i also understand owners may not want their dog to be given treats, walked for too long or taught different habits so I am always more than happy to do as the owner requests with full trust and confidence that I can give your animals the best care/adventures as possible.
“Fiona was great! She was quick to get back to us when we were hoping to book. She came round for a cup of tea so she could meet the wee pooch and us. This was ideal as it allowed us a chance to get to know Fiona and exchange info about the dog/house. Whilst we were away, she kept in touch to let us know how everything was going. She very kindly bought cheese slices to disguise our dogs daily medication which we had completely forgotten to sort out or explain! In the photos Tilly looked to be having a lovey time cosied up when home with Fiona and she looked delighted when out adventuring on different walks. The house was in perfect condition when we got home- Fiona even stripped the bed! I would definitely recommend her; reliable, great with communication whilst keeping our pooch happy and healthy.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs since I was around 10 years old, including a Golden Retriever, Chihuahua, and other mixed breed small dogs. I’ve helped with walking, feeding, bathing, and giving lots of attention and playtime. I’m patient, calm, and very responsible, and I always adapt to each dog’s personality and routine. I especially enjoy caring for small and medium dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. As an MSc student, I have a flexible schedule outside of classes, which allows me to spend quality time with pets during the day and evenings. I plan my activities around their feeding, walking, and play routines so they receive proper care and attention. I enjoy spending time at home, so pets will not be left alone for long periods, and I can provide consistent companionship and supervision. I'm mostly free on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully and keep pets in safe, clean, and calm environments. I pay close attention to doors, food safety, and any special needs or medications. In a pet owner’s home, I respect their space and maintain the pet’s usual routine to reduce stress. I believe trust is very important, so I communicate clearly and provide updates so owners feel confident their pets are safe and happy.
“Really hope Liam comes back. He was a star in every regard, and I can not recommend more highly. Communicative, on-time, trustworthy, respectful, came back to a happy cat and a spotless home. Hope to see you again, Liam, and until then please accept this glowing review!”

About: Hello! My name is Olivia. I work as an emergency department Nurse however have always had a love for animals💓 I have always grown up around dogs, in my life I have had the pleasure of being loved by a Westie, Maltese and a chihuahua. Although I have only had dogs due to my parents allergies I have always had a love for all animals, dogs, rabbits, cats, fish. Trusting someone to look after your pet is a hard task. Animals are family to me and I would extend the same care and affection to your beloved too! Please reach out to me for any enquiries, I would love to meet your animal so we can get to know each other before your time away! Thanks so much💌 I work as an adult emergency care nurse. My weekly routine can look different every week however, our rota allows for one full week off every month and days off in a row if you are looking for a short stay sitter. I would never agree to take on something I thought I couldn't do and you can rest assured that my shifts will not interfere with your pets care as I would only agree to look after them knowing I could give my full time and effort. My home is a safe, quiet environment, I have a private enclosed garden with no safety hazards, plenty of pet toys, bedding, leads, treats etc. I live in a house and your animal will have full access to the garden, fresh walks whenever they like. I aim to provide the best possible care and will treat your pet like it is my own!!
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. In 2021, I welcomed my own golden retriever into my life- she truly is the love of my life. I raised, trained, and cared for her myself, and I genuinely think of her as my child. Being separated from her while I’m in the UK (she’s currently living with my parents) has been incredibly hard. In the meantime, I’ve been filling that little dog-shaped gap through numerous dogs I have met in parks, house sitting and dog walking, caring for a wide range of personalities and breeds, from large, energetic Flat Coat Retrievers to anxious, clingy Dachshunds. I’m confident adapting my care to suit each dog’s individual needs, temperament, and routine. I work from home four days a week, so I have plenty of flexibility for walks, companionship, and attentive care. I genuinely love getting outside for fresh air, and there’s no better company than a happy dog. Your dog’s safety, wellbeing, and emotional comfort are my top priorities. I hold myself to the same standard of care that I expect for my own, loving, patient, attentive, and always putting their needs first. Because I work from home four days a week and have a 3 day weekend, pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to offer regular walks, consistent companionship, and detailed check-ins throughout the day rather than just quick visits. I enjoy building my day around walk breaks, outdoor time, and play, and I genuinely look forward to having dogs as part of my normal routine. I always follow each dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, whether they’re staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs. This includes feeding schedules, walk times, play, rest, and any specific instructions provided. I believe consistency is key to helping dogs feel safe and settled. In a pet owner’s home, I’m respectful of their space and aim to keep everything just as they left it. I make sure dogs are exercised, fed on time, given plenty of affection, and never left feeling lonely. I’m also happy to water plants, collect mail, or keep the home generally tidy while you’re away. Safety and wellbeing always come first. I’m vigilant on walks, careful with doors and gates, and attentive to any signs of stress or discomfort. I also send regular photo updates so you can relax knowing your dog is happy and well cared for. Every dog is treated with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own.
About: I have grown up with animals and also worked as a dog walker and for trusted house sitters for over 25 years so I understand how important to be trustworthy with probably one of the most important thing in the owners life. My brother also has a farm where I spend a lot of time training dogs and horses with him. I am a very active person and love taking dogs out for long walks or just keeping them company at home so they feel safe and loved whilst you are away. I can do a lot of work from home. I prefer caring for the animal in the owners own home if a dog or cat since they feel more safe in their own environment. Smaller pets is different and can look after them at my own home. I understand that it is very important to make them feel loved, safe and happy when you are away. I also love taking dogs for long walk in natures and used to train dogs.
“I honestly can’t recommend Sam highly enough. From the very start, he took the time to meet us and our three dogs and one cat in advance, which made such a difference — especially as all of our pets have adoption or complicated health backgrounds and their own quirks and needs. The level of care was outstanding. Communication throughout was excellent; I felt completely reassured knowing how everyone was doing. They were walked so much — I’ve never seen my dogs look quite so relaxed and content when we got back. Coming home to a clean, well-looked-after space was the icing on the cake. It was clear how much genuine care, professionalism, and respect Sam has not just for animals, but for people’s homes too. As a professional dog boarder myself, my standards are high — and Sam met them in every way which is a first and the highest praise I can give. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book again and will likely watch Sam’s calendar like a hawk to organise my next vacation.”
