About: Hi, I’m Katie! 💛I’ve been dog-mad for as long as I can remember and have grown up with dogs all my life. Looking after them never feels like work to me – I genuinely love spending time with them and getting to know all their different personalities. Since starting on Rover, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for lots of lovely dogs, from bouncy puppies to older dogs who enjoy a quieter routine. Every dog is different, and that’s one of my favourite things about dog sitting. When I’m looking after your dog, they’ll get plenty of love, attention and company. About: Im 26, animal / outdoor lover. I’ve always enjoyed looking after cats around my work, I’ve done this for about 7 years without actively looking for cats, just often seem to be asked to cat sit. Since loosing my own cat I thought I’d seek some cats needing looked after myself as I have a bit more time now that I don’t look after my own and definitely missing cat company.

About: I've interacted with dogs all my life. I have always had a special connection with dogs. I have experience with dogs from weeks old all the way to the ripe old age of 16 years old. I have trained rescue dogs with aggression issues, including older dogs like Charlie, my departed Collie who I rescued when he was 10 years old. He went from aggressive on the lead to walking safely off the lead within 6 months. My primary occupation is as a live at home carer and I am.also a freelance journalist. I am incredibly flexible and have plenty free time. I live in the perfect place for dogs. I have a fenced garden and live 500 feet from Broughty Ferry's stunning waterfront which offers a variety of stunning walks to take pooch's on.

About: I have taken care of my friend's Labrador cross rescue here and there for two years now. my responsibilities included dog walking, feeding, toilet runs, giving her medication, doing runs in the car, and showering her with love and attention. I am currently a full-time nursing student at UoD and have classes throughout the week but I am usually free Thursday to Monday. If I do have to go to a lecture it is usually no more than two hours. In my home with the cats we feed the cats 3 times a day and get let in for attention usually after breakfast and stay in the house (they are outside cats) until their next meal and then go out to eat in the garage while we eat in the house and when everyone is done they are let back in. When petsitting for my friend, we would usually go for 1-2 walks a day and spend most of our time playing in the back garden or driving around with her head out the window. At night we would sit and cuddle together while watching TV and then she would sleep in her bed overnight.

About: I have been taking care of dogs of my own or for neighbours and friends since a young age, which developed into a small clientele of dogs whom I would regularly care for throughout my university studies. I have experience caring for puppies (and can confidently assist or continue puppy training) all the way to elderly dogs and am happy administering medication (non-injection). For example, any feeding/toilet/sleeping schedules, sleeping arrangements and whether or not they should be allowed on furniture/on beds etc. In my opinion the environment I can provide for your pet is largely up to you.

I've been looking after my pets, and walking my dogs for as long as I can remember. About: Detached 4 bedroom new build house, in a quiet housing estate. No children. The garden is spacious and fenced. Outside the front of the house is a large open green space. At the rear of the house is a wildlife corridor (great for sniffs). The housing estate is surrounded by Dunnikier Woods and close to Dunnikier Park. I adore dogs. They are my passion in life and I feel it is a privilege to look after them and spend time with them. I work 9:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday as a primary school teacher in Kirkcaldy. I am flexible to work with and suit the needs of clients. I have a large four bedroom house with lots of space for pets. There are no children in the house, apart from the fur variety. I have two cats and a dog, who are all very friendly.
