I strongly recommend Hannah as a pet-sitter. She really bonded with my dog during the initial visit. She listened carefully to the information I provided. She took loving care of my dog during the stay, and sent regular updates to me while I was away. Hannah also left the house just as she found it.

This was Ted’s second time staying with Hannah and I was thrilled to see how at home he was when I dropped him off. Again Hannah, I can’t thank you enough for the care that you take of my furry and very spoiled baby. We’ll see you again very soon!

Hannah has walked Lyle for several weeks now, throughout which time she has kept me well informed of the walks taken and other dogs met. I can see that Lyle has been well looked after in her care, particularly dried when he's gotten wet. Hannah's availability to walk Lyle while I'm away during the day has been consistent and reliable, and I wouldn't hesitate to continue to booking.

We had never left our very needy and spoiled 6 year old chihuahua Ted before but Hannah and her family were absolutely fantastic! Hannah was kind and very patient with Ted (and me) sending me daily reassuring pictures and messages allowing us to enjoy our break. Ted was very happy and settled well on his staycation and I can look forward to future trips knowing that Ted is well looked after and happy with Hannah. Thank you Hannah and family, I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome.

Hannah was absolutely wonderful with my Goldendoodle puppy, Bunny. She immediately put me at ease, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel very relaxed and reassuring. Hannah clearly understands dogs and was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive. Bunny was very happy, well cared for, and I could tell she received plenty of affection and attention throughout the day. I really appreciated the updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Hannah also took the time to work with Bunny’s training and routine, which meant a lot to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Hannah again and would very happily recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and genuinely caring sitter. Thank you again, Hannah 😊

Hannah responded quickly to my booking enquiry, was upfront about her availability, and was proactive and flexible in working out a recurring booking that worked for both of us. As my first time using Rover, Hannah was patient and understanding, helping me submit the correct booking details. Before the first booking, she offered to drop by and meet Lyle, which gave everyone the reassurance that Lyle would get along just fine. Finally, Hannah has provided great detail and fantastic photos of Lyle out on his walks on the Rover cards, I can see Lyle has had good variety in his walks and is thoroughly enjoying his time with Hannah and Simba. I'm delighted with how the first week has gone and I'm sure Lyle is looking forward to many more adventures.
