About: I have previous experience dog walking and pet sitting through BorrowMyDoggy app, as well as volunteering for Paws of Kalymnos in Greece, where I helped care for rescue dogs by feeding, cleaning and playing with them. Although I would love to have pets of my own, my partner and I travel regularly, so pet sitting has become a wonderful way for me to spend time with animals, while helping owners feels confident that their pets are receiving excellent care. I work remotely full-time, which means I’m at home throughout the day and can provide plenty of companionship, supervision and attention. All I need to work is an internet connection and a space for my laptop, and I rarely have more than 1 meeting a day. I also have a car for getting around and emergencies. Pets in my care are never left alone for extended periods, and I can easily adapt to their usual routines, whether that means regular walks, play sessions, medical needs, or simply having a calm and reassuring presence nearby. My partner and I live in a 2 story semi- detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Dundee. We have a secure fully fenced garden with a lawn behind the house. We are fortunate to have football fields and beautiful walking routes nearby- such as the Dighty Burn, providing plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment. We also own a camper van and love to travel further afield with it at the weekends, and get out on bigger walks, rides and hikes further north.

About: I've interacted with dogs all my life. I have always had a special connection with dogs. I have experience with dogs from weeks old all the way to the ripe old age of 16 years old. I have trained rescue dogs with aggression issues, including older dogs like Charlie, my departed Collie who I rescued when he was 10 years old. He went from aggressive on the lead to walking safely off the lead within 6 months. My primary occupation is as a live at home carer and I am.also a freelance journalist. I am incredibly flexible and have plenty free time. I live in the perfect place for dogs. I have a fenced garden and live 500 feet from Broughty Ferry's stunning waterfront which offers a variety of stunning walks to take pooch's on.

About: I've been enjoying using another app for house sitting pets in the owners home, have looked after 35 pets so far mostly dogs and really enjoy getting to know each beautiful soul! I'm physically and mentally strong, able to manage more demanding behaviors and with gentle patience, charm the most nervous pets. I'm a freelance community project lead so I am flexible and enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible. I love a walk to the park that backs on to my home or a bigger jaunt round to Victoria and Lochee park. I have a fenced in garden for zoomies and the park adjacent for longer stretches. We use the back door as our main door which offers additional safety as we can implement an 'airlock' system between the two internal doors 😅. Our neighborhood is a 20 zone and we live on a cul-de-sac. We have space for your crate if you would like to provide one for your dog's comfort.

About: I have taken care of my friend's Labrador cross rescue here and there for two years now. my responsibilities included dog walking, feeding, toilet runs, giving her medication, doing runs in the car, and showering her with love and attention. I am currently a full-time nursing student at UoD and have classes throughout the week but I am usually free Thursday to Monday. If I do have to go to a lecture it is usually no more than two hours. In my home with the cats we feed the cats 3 times a day and get let in for attention usually after breakfast and stay in the house (they are outside cats) until their next meal and then go out to eat in the garage while we eat in the house and when everyone is done they are let back in. When petsitting for my friend, we would usually go for 1-2 walks a day and spend most of our time playing in the back garden or driving around with her head out the window. At night we would sit and cuddle together while watching TV and then she would sleep in her bed overnight.

About: I've have been the carer for one of my previous flatmates two kittens for up to two weeks at a time, and cared for my grandparents dogs on and off growing up. I have family who have pets and often ask for their advice. I'm currently studying full-time, I can be available for your pet in the morning (early morning before 8.30am) & evenings after 5.30pm. I rely on public transport I like to create a calm, comfortable environment, with regular updates & communication on how your pets are doing. As I am not a pet owner myself, I make the effort to research the best way to care for your animal depending on breed and type of pet to ensure they have the best experience whilst you are away, and that you have peace of mind knowing your pet is in safe hands.

About: I've grown up with dogs and have a real love for them. I currently live in a flat, so any dog staying with me would need to be fully toilet trained. I can offer plenty of long and frequent walks, and your dog would also need to be dog-friendly, as I have a rescue German Shepherd at home. As a university student, I have a consistent routine that allows me to give dogs plenty of time and attention throughout the day. I live alone with my own rescue dog in a flat, and we’re lucky to have a bit of green across the road for outdoor time. My dog is well-socialised, any visiting dog would need to be dog-friendly. I also take regular, long walks throughout the week to keep dogs active and happy. Your dog will be safe, cared for, and treated like my own. I live in a second-floor flat with a secure garden, just a short walk from Baxter Park — perfect for regular walks and outdoor play. I make sure dogs feel safe and settled in my home, giving them space to relax as well as plenty of attention. I’m happy to take them out for toilet breaks every couple of hours or as needed, and I always follow their usual routines to help them feel comfortable and at ease.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was a little girl. We have always had dogs in my family so I understand that they are members of the family. I know what it means to leave your pet in the care of someone else so I will always do it with all the care and love that they need, keeping you up to date with everything that happens. I have an 8-year-old dog named Bono with whom we have lived in Chile, France, and now Scotland (and we have also traveled to many countries together). I recently moved to Dundee and I have a lot of availability to take care of pets and walk dogs. I believe that regular exercise is important for every dog, and I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of outdoor time and attention. If your pet has any special needs, such as taking medication, I’m more than happy to follow any specific instructions to ensure their well-being.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for cats, dogs, and small pets. I currently have a cat of my own and grew up with both Greyhounds and a Labrador, giving me experience with dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and personalities. I’ve also previously owned cats, dogs, and rodents, so I’m comfortable caring for a variety of pets. Growing up, I often accompanied my mum on her dog walks and had the opportunity to meet and interact with many different breeds and temperaments. This helped me become confident around dogs with a wide range of personalities, from energetic and playful to shy and relaxed. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll always treat them as if they were my own. I’m reliable, caring, and committed to making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! As I work full-time during the week, my usual availability for pet care is from 6pm onwards on weekdays, with full availability on weekends. I’m also generally available for drop-in visits between 12–2pm on Mondays and Fridays. I can sometimes be flexible with earlier morning visits depending on location and my work schedule, so feel free to message if you’re looking for something slightly outside these times — I’ll always do my best to accommodate where I can. I understand that every pet is different, so I’ll take the time to get to know their personality and needs to make the experience as stress-free as possible for both of you.

About: I have had a dog of my own for two years and he had to stay back in Greece with my family, so I really miss him. I love spending time with dogs, especially playing and going on walks with them. I am currently a uni student attending my third year in Pharmacology. My timetable consists of an average of 1-2 hours of uni work/lectures so I have plenty of free time during my day. My flat is pretty spacious and I live with my two flatmates that are also dog lovers. The environment is really cosy and the dogs will be sleeping in my room either next to my bed or with me if they wish to, so they can have company and feel comfortable at all times.

About: I have been taking care of dogs of my own or for neighbours and friends since a young age, which developed into a small clientele of dogs whom I would regularly care for throughout my university studies. I have experience caring for puppies (and can confidently assist or continue puppy training) all the way to elderly dogs and am happy administering medication (non-injection). I like to chat with the owners before taking on a pet sitting job to ensure I know exactly what kind of care you expect from me and, more importantly, how I can make the experience as enjoyable as possible for your furry friend. I am currently a PhD student at the University of Dundee so have full autonomy over my schedule and can be at home or take time off during weekday day times. I have availability over the weekends and evenings and can arrange my work to fit around longer sits if need be. I have an enclosed garden which will be useable by your pet only. I live very close to big open spaces so can take them for any length or duration of exercise they might require. I tend to ask owners the specifics of how they prefer me to care for their pet. For example, any feeding/toilet/sleeping schedules, sleeping arrangements and whether or not they should be allowed on furniture/on beds etc. In my opinion the environment I can provide for your pet is largely up to you.

About: I've grew up on a small holding with loads of farm animals, and have always had pets including cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, guinea pigs, chickens... Mainly weekends, but feel free to contact me during the week too :) Pets sitting will only be on weekends unless my uni has holidays.
