“I have never felt so relaxed putting my boys to home boarding as I did Friday, Both of use have been amazing helping with the booking, and arranging plans in such short notice, working around us and helping to fit in with plans we had for collection/drop off. The updates received really made me feel at ease and I was able to relax knowing my boys were settled and comfortable in your home environment. The tiktok video got me emotional. Thank you ever so much for having my boys, I will be using you forever now. Can’t thank use enough ❤️.”

“As always Grant was great with Ted, they have an understanding (which isn't easy with a BT) Ted was very anxious to get out of the car when we arrived at Grant's and was away for his walk without a backward glance.”

“Slava looked after our puppy, Pascha, on the day of our wedding and overnight. She was really responsive beforehand and I was reassured from the first meeting that she was responsible and experienced in looking after dogs. She took great care of Pascha and even very kindly brought her to our wedding so that we could see her and get some pictures. It was such a comfort on the day to know that our special girl was well looked after!”

About: I have taken care of my friend's Labrador cross rescue here and there for two years now. my responsibilities included dog walking, feeding, toilet runs, giving her medication, doing runs in the car, and showering her with love and attention. I am currently a full-time nursing student at UoD and have classes throughout the week but I am usually free Thursday to Monday. If I do have to go to a lecture it is usually no more than two hours. In my home with the cats we feed the cats 3 times a day and get let in for attention usually after breakfast and stay in the house (they are outside cats) until their next meal and then go out to eat in the garage while we eat in the house and when everyone is done they are let back in. When petsitting for my friend, we would usually go for 1-2 walks a day and spend most of our time playing in the back garden or driving around with her head out the window. At night we would sit and cuddle together while watching TV and then she would sleep in her bed overnight.

“Bertie has had an amazing 24 hour stay with Beth and her lovely family while we attended a family wedding in dundee. He was walked several times and Beth sent lots of photos and kept us updated. He is an 11 month old cockapoo and loved their dog Pip also a cockerpoo. When we collected he was delighted to see us but would happily have stayed longer. I would certainly recommend Beth . What a lovely kind an and dog friendly family.”

“This was the 1st time leaving Ralph under any kind of dog care services, I had nothing to worry about with Andi & Rory, the care and time they spent with him, walk to parks and play times, nap times, I was sent daily pics and videos of him having fun! Totally put my mind at ease. I would definitely use Andi again to look after Ralph 💙”

“Rhiannon was very kind, thoughtful and kind towards Alfie. She asked lots of good questions about his care, and was obviously concerned to give him an enjoyable stay. She clearly succeeded- he came back relaxed and happy having had good long walks and a welcoming household to stay with. Thank you Rhiannon and family . :))))”

“My dog stayed with Luna for the first time. Luna took fantastic care of him, he was well looked after and cared for. We received regular updates and pictures throughout the stay. I would highly recommend Luna and have already booked the next stay for my dog”

“Diego looked after my nervous dachshund George for a week and was brilliant. He managed to put George at ease, get him out for walks and help him settle and provide lots of photos and updates to put me at ease. Fully recommend Diego - great sitter!”

“Sabrina was amazing. I was worried about leaving my 8 month old dog as I was away for 11nights. However there was no need to worry. Sabrina kept me updated every day and clearly loves her animals. Sabrina is down to earth and lovely with dogs. I would 100% recommend her and would have no hesitations about asking her to look after my dog again in the future.”

About: I've been enjoying using another app for house sitting pets in the owners home, have looked after 35 pets so far mostly dogs and really enjoy getting to know each beautiful soul! I love a walk to the park that backs on to my home or a bigger jaunt round to Victoria and Lochee park. I have a fenced in garden for zoomies and the park adjacent for longer stretches. We use the back door as our main door which offers additional safety as we can implement an 'airlock' system between the two internal doors 😅. Our neighborhood is a 20 zone and we live on a cul-de-sac. We have space for your crate if you would like to provide one for your dog's comfort.
“Such lovely people, you can tell that they genuinely love what they do…Our pointer Puddle went to stay for a trial as he is a very anxious dog and has massive separation issues….Puddle loved the walks they went on and loved Grant and Angela but just wouldn’t settle down, he kept howling for us…We knew it might have been a problem, so thank you for giving it a go….I would recommend Grant and Angela 100%”

About: I grew up with dogs on our family farm, knowledge of dogs of all ages as we bred a few litters as well. After moving away for university I’ve missed dogs so much, and unable to have one of my own yet I’m very keen to spend time with them and look after them! I love the outdoors/exploring and would love a furry friend to join me! I’m currently working 4 days a week with 1-2 days working from home. When working from home I have multiple breaks a day so plenty of opportunity for pee breaks and I finish at 4 pm so they will have a long walk in the afternoon and plenty time for cuddles throughout the day. I live in a flat with a balcony right on the riverside with excellent places for walks, just a couple of minutes away from Magdalen green and the playing grounds at the riverside also. I do not have any pets.

“Laura is great - would definitely recommend her and ask her to cat sit anytime! Was first time using the rover service, felt very reassured with Laura. Lots of photos and info during her visits to my cat.”

“Alice was great once again! Our cat has had some health trouble but Alice was very reassuring and I trusted her to report if anything was wrong. She even put birdseed outside so that Alba could bird watch!”

“Cheryl cared for my two cats for 3 weeks when I am away! She developed a nice connection with them, always brought extra toys, played with them, and tried different ways to convince one of my shy cat toget out from the cove. She was easy to communicate and sent me nice updates everyday.”

“Malin was great and even helped me with a last minute additional visit to make sure the door stopper was in place that gave me a great relief and guaranteed my cat won’t get locked in one room for 24 hours, I got photos and updates about my cat daily. I wasn’t worried about anything and so will definitely be back :)”

“We went away for the weekend. Elaine looked after our 2 precious cats. I was sent updates and pictures to say that they were ok. I couldn't recommend Elaine enough. Elaine also went above and beyond by playing and interacting with them. I would definitely be booking Elaine again.”

“Couldn't recommend enough. Luka stayed on an overnight for my cat and communication before during and after was perfect. Went above and beyond and was just human and warm as well as attentive and skilled with my cat. Luka handled, medication, an old creaky house and a stressed pet owner like a champ. Will be booking again 100% ❤️”

“Jennifer pops in to check on my dog, Kobe, a few days each week, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She’s reliable, caring, and fantastic with him, and Kobe absolutely loves seeing her. It gives me real peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy to look after your pet, I’d definitely recommend getting in touch with Jennifer.”

“Amber was fantastic with my dog Cooper! She stopped by for a drop-in and he was so excited to see her — tail wagging, happy dancing, the whole thing. She sent photos right away, which I really appreciated. I’ll admit, Cooper is definitely a pampered pooch, but none of that was too much for Amber. She handled him perfectly. Highly recommend her — Cooper’s already hoping she comes back soon! 🐶💛”

“Tari was absolutely wonderful with my cat! We first met a couple of months before the booking, and from the beginning it was clear how knowledgeable she is about cats. She gave me lots of helpful advice, particularly around diet and nutrition, which I really appreciated. When my cat stayed with her, I could tell he felt completely at home with Tari and her cat, Milo. It gave me so much peace of mind while I was travelling knowing that he was comfortable and being well looked after. Tari kept me updated throughout his stay and regularly sent me photos, which made it even easier to relax and enjoy my trip without worrying about him. I had a really positive experience with Tari and would definitely feel comfortable leaving my cat with her again. I’d happily book with her in the future and would absolutely recommend her to other cat owners!”

About: I have had cats my whole life and have cared for them solely since I was 10, including cleaning later boxes, feeding and playing with them. I have cat sit for other members of my family in the past for no more than a week here and there but I have a lot of experience with cat sitting.
“We had last minute plans come up and we were able to get an hour's drop in for our two young dogs all sorted and organised stress free! Maria got back to us very quickly and we got really good vibes straight away - nothing was too much trouble for her. The dogs loved her instantly and she didn't seem phased by all their antics ? it's the longest we have left them alone and they were perfectly relaxed and happy when we got home (and nothing was destroyed ?). It was the first time we've ever used a pet sitter and couldn't be happier with the service.”

“My pup was tired and happy. I believe he received all the attention and care he needed. He can very clingy and asking for attention most of time. I am looking forward to entrust my pup to her care in future and would highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Luna is great! Professional yet friendly, good communication and made me feel at ease leaving my dog (Kenzie) for the day with by sending me updates. Kenzie seemed have a great time so I wouldn’t hesitate to book Luna again and highly recommend her! 🙂”

“Maria took Coco for an afternoon whilst we attended a family celebration. Coco was well looked after and afforded a treat of a visit to a Pet Cafe. When we picked her up she was in great spirits and you could tell she had enjoyed her time with Maria. In the evening all her stimulation had her completely exhausted. Maria’s comms were excellent throughout. From the initial contact, through pre appointment and throughout her time with Coco. She showed warmth and love to our dog as if Coco were her own and on a practical level She was fully prepared for a day for caring for our dog. Fully recommend Maria for your dog care requirements.”

“I'm often quite anxious to leave Steve with anyone. As a 10 month old black lab, he can be a lot to handle! Yet as we were moving house, Mariah very graciously agreed to take Steve on for doggy day care and overnight boarding! Mariah and her partner were amazing with him. She even brought him some pig ears as a treat! She took him for many walks and kept me updated with lots of pics throughout the day. I can see she truly has a passion for dogs and I would leave Steve again with her in a heartbeat! Could not recommend enough. Thank you Mariah!”

“First time leaving my dog Fede at a daycare with someone he didn’t know, and Isidora was very caring and made him feel at home. She was very attentive to his needs throughout the day and kept me updated on how he was doing while he was at her house. She also made sure to introduce her sweet dog Bono to Fede before they came inside, and everything went perfectly. I would definitely leave Fede with her again.”

About: I have previous experience dog walking and pet sitting through BorrowMyDoggy app, as well as volunteering for Paws of Kalymnos in Greece, where I helped care for rescue dogs by feeding, cleaning and playing with them. Although I would love to have pets of my own, my partner and I travel regularly, so pet sitting has become a wonderful way for me to spend time with animals, while helping owners feels confident that their pets are receiving excellent care. I work remotely full-time, which means I’m at home throughout the day and can provide plenty of companionship, supervision and attention. All I need to work is an internet connection and a space for my laptop, and I rarely have more than 1 meeting a day. I also have a car for getting around and emergencies. Pets in my care are never left alone for extended periods, and I can easily adapt to their usual routines, whether that means regular walks, play sessions, medical needs, or simply having a calm and reassuring presence nearby. My partner and I live in a 2 story semi- detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Dundee. We have a secure fully fenced garden with a lawn behind the house. We are fortunate to have football fields and beautiful walking routes nearby- such as the Dighty Burn, providing plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment. We also own a camper van and love to travel further afield with it at the weekends, and get out on bigger walks, rides and hikes further north.

“Leah has been excellent with our dog ithaka. We have so far had a successful meet and greet and first day care session. Her dog Ripley is wonderful and friendly, and Leah and David are very kind and considerate owners. Leah has had experience with a blind dog herself which was very reassuring for us leaving ithaka in her care. Ithaka came back tired and happy We look forward to the next dog sitting”

About: 10 years owning dogs, I’m very good at training and looking after them. My Milo has cancer and has been strong for 3 years now after they said he has days. Tyson the terrier has epilepsy. I’ve looked after my aunties dog before (Staffordshire) so very experienced and yet to meet a dog who doesn’t like me :) I live right by the beach with fields and parks surrounding. Milo has two long walks a day, a short one and a garden trip (big enclosed communal garden) at a minimum. So your lovely dog will get the same! Walks, lots of snuggles and the appropriate amount of treats if allowed! I care for me dog better than I do myself and I’ll extend this to any other dog under my responsibility.

About: Although I'm new to 'paid' pet sits, I've been house sitting in exchange for accommodation all over the world for over 3 years. I've cared for anxious cats, energetic dogs, frogs, chickens and even a spider. I adore animals and feel grateful when any pet parent selects me to care for their babies. I’m currently mostly working from home, with the very occasional need to attend the office. So this means I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pets 🧡 I care for your pets like I would my own - ensuring they are happy, entertained, comfortable and safe. I provide as much, or as little attention depending on the individual needs.

About: I have experience caring for pets of all ages and temperaments. I used to help take care of my family’s old, blind dog until he passed away, which taught me a lot about compassion and patience. Since then, I've assisted with other family dogs ranging from puppies to those over ten years old, each with their own unique behaviors, including anxiety and excitement. Recently, I helped my sister with her dog's litter of puppies, as well as caring for the mama dog. She decided to keep one of the puppies, and I’ve been actively involved in training her to establish a routine and become house-trained. Hi, I’m Amber! I’m a university student looking for a fulfilling way to spend my free time, and what better way than to do something I’ve grown up doing—caring for pets. I can’t wait to meet your furry family and provide the same love and care I would for my own! Safety, trust, and creating a comfortable environment are my top priorities when caring for your pets. I’ll make sure they’re fed as needed or when requested, and I’ll give them plenty of attention—whether it’s playtime or cuddling, depending on what they prefer. I’m dedicated to meeting all of your pet's needs and ensuring that any specific instructions from you are followed carefully.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for cats, dogs, and small pets. I currently have a cat of my own and grew up with both Greyhounds and a Labrador, giving me experience with dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and personalities. I’ve also previously owned cats, dogs, and rodents, so I’m comfortable caring for a variety of pets. Growing up, I often accompanied my mum on her dog walks and had the opportunity to meet and interact with many different breeds and temperaments. This helped me become confident around dogs with a wide range of personalities, from energetic and playful to shy and relaxed. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll always treat them as if they were my own. I’m reliable, caring, and committed to making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! As I work full-time during the week, my usual availability for pet care is from 6pm onwards on weekdays, with full availability on weekends. I’m also generally available for drop-in visits between 12–2pm on Mondays and Fridays. I can sometimes be flexible with earlier morning visits depending on location and my work schedule, so feel free to message if you’re looking for something slightly outside these times — I’ll always do my best to accommodate where I can. This makes me a great option for evening visits, feeding, walks, companionship, and weekend pet care. I’m also available for overnight stays on Friday and Saturday nights, helping your pets stay comfortable in their familiar environment while you’re away. I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust, and I’ll always care for them as if they were my own. I’ll follow their usual routine, whether that’s feeding times, walks, playtime, medication, or just giving them the attention and company they’re used to. I have a cat of my own and live in a small one-bedroom flat, so I’m currently unable to offer boarding in my home. Because of this, I provide care in your pet’s home instead, where they can stay in a familiar environment and stick to their normal routine. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, and I’ll be happy to send updates and photos for extra peace of mind. I understand that every pet is different, so I’ll take the time to get to know their personality and needs to make the experience as stress-free as possible for both of you.
About: I have been taking care of dogs of my own or for neighbours and friends since a young age, which developed into a small clientele of dogs whom I would regularly care for throughout my university studies. I have experience caring for puppies (and can confidently assist or continue puppy training) all the way to elderly dogs and am happy administering medication (non-injection). I like to chat with the owners before taking on a pet sitting job to ensure I know exactly what kind of care you expect from me and, more importantly, how I can make the experience as enjoyable as possible for your furry friend. I am currently a PhD student at the University of Dundee so have full autonomy over my schedule and can be at home or take time off during weekday day times. I have availability over the weekends and evenings and can arrange my work to fit around longer sits if need be. I have an enclosed garden which will be useable by your pet only. I live very close to big open spaces so can take them for any length or duration of exercise they might require. I tend to ask owners the specifics of how they prefer me to care for their pet. For example, any feeding/toilet/sleeping schedules, sleeping arrangements and whether or not they should be allowed on furniture/on beds etc. In my opinion the environment I can provide for your pet is largely up to you.
“Daniel is excellent. Such an attentive dog walker! Punctual and kind, and super patient with our little diva Cockapoo! I receive a message everyday to let me know he is on his way and pictures of our girl on her walk. Daniel has even been working on commands with her and teaching her how to be a good girl. Would not hesitate to rebook or recommend!”

About: Hi! My name's Maria and I loveloveloooove dogs. All dogs. Dogs of all kinds. They're the absolute best. My earliest childhood memory is of my dad bringing a puppy home when I was about 2 years old. It was so fantastic that it brought my consciousness online. Basil lived all the way up to 20 years old and growing up, my family always kept dogs so I'm used to them being around. A house just doesn't feel like a home without one. In March this year my sweet boy, Dexter, had to be put to sleep. You can see him in my profile pictures, he was such a good boy (they're all good boys). There's a bit of a void now I don't have him around and it'd be lovely to take care of dogs again. As a dog lover I know how precious they are and I promise you I will treat them as my own, while they stay with me they'll be part of the family. As well as 30 years of experience being around dogs on a pretty much daily basis, I'm in the process of studying canine psychology so that I can offer training as part of my services. All dogs are different and many of them have 'quirks' that can make caring for them a little more complicated, I'd love to help with that side of things especially. I offer complete one-on-one care. Whilst with me, your dog will have my undivided company and attention. I offer a more focused service because it's better for certain dogs, particularly those who aren't used to being around multiple animals or who are perhaps just a bit needier and want more attention. This allows me to give 100% to the dogs I care for. I work from home as an artist (pet portraits mainly) so my schedule is very flexible and I'm always present to keep an eye on everything and keep them company. They won't be left unattended at any point really and I can accomodate most requests. There's a small, securely fenced garden at the back that I have access to, but there's also lots of green spaces pretty much on my doorstep. Since I'm working at home I can pop out multiple times whenever needed to let them do their business and have a sniff around - so the small garden is no bother at all. I can drive and I'm happy to have dogs in my car, so we can also drive out to explore some nice countryside walks. I'll send you regular updates and pictures so you know how they're doing and can have peace of mind.

“Ellie was brilliant with our Cockapoo Sonny she was very patient with him he’s hardly left our side for nearly 9 yrs,and updated us everyday made leaving him so much easier would highly recommend”

“Maggie looked after our very excitable 7 month puppy for a long weekend. She was excellent with him and he came back a happy boy. Great contact and updates throughout his stay which was appreciated after only having him a few weeks ourselves. Would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely delighted with the level of professionalism Anya showed. She went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and ensured Lomond and Rosie had the best time. They enjoyed adventures in the car, a visit to a dog park, and even spent time with Anya’s own two dogs and another dog currently in her care. I received plenty of photos, which really helped ease my anxiety about how my two would settle with other dogs. Seeing them all relaxing together was amazing. Overall, an excellent service from a confident young lady who clearly loves animals and it truly shows.”

“I am so so happy with the care Leah offered my collie Scout. He received long country walks as well as playing in her garden with her dog Ripley. Scout was more than happy staying in Leah’s house and settled well after being out. He received a bath after a mucky walk and was happy playing with toys along with Ripley. I have no hesitation in recommending Leah as a first class sitter. Thank you so much for caring for Scout and perhaps meet you again in the future.”

“Chester seemed to have a great time with Daniel and his dog Shirley. Daniel sent lovely videos of them having fun on walks and regular updates. He was great at communication and handled Chester very well. I’d leave him with Daniel again.”
