“Anne was amazing . Our wee dog Maci is a very fussy eater and is also recovering from a back injury. Anne couldn't do enough to make Macis stay comfortable ,puting down extra mats to keep her from slipping and also cooking for her. She kept in touch and allowed us a stress free time away. She brushed her too ! Maci looked great and when we picked her up .. can't thank her enough.”

“Thank you Derek and Angela for looking after Juno so well. Lots of updates showed us how contented she was which was brilliant. This was her first stay on her own after we lost her sister and soulmate last year, and we couldn’t have asked for better people to look after her. Derek and Angela’s home is perfect, Juno pottered from the living room in and out to the garden as they kept the French doors open for her, what a perfect set up! Thank you so much ❤️”

“Monika looked after Rocco so well. She sent photos every day we were on holiday and he has really missed her and his wee pals since he came home. I would thoroughly recommend her she is so knowledgeable about dogs and loves them dearly he was taken lots of daily walks and she didn’t mind his snoring ❤️”

“Clara looked after my dog Chispa very well. Chispa is a rescue dog and can become anxious when left alone. Clara sent photos of Chispa at home and out for a walk where she looked very happy.”

“Jessica was Amazing! She looked after Poppy extremely well and sent us lovely updates showing just how wonderful a time Poppy was having. We could not have found anyone so PERFECT to look after Poppy. Thank You SO Much Jessica! Love from Mags, Ian and Poppy!”

“Ginevra and Nic were absolutely fabulous from start to finish! Originally, we had booked Bella in for daycare with Ginevra for a few days while we were on holiday (our family members were going to watch Bella overnight), but due to a very last minute change in circumstances, we needed to board her for 5 nights. Ginevra not only accommodated our late change of plans, but she also went out of her way to help us make sure we were able to switch our booking on Rover without incurring any additional fees. Ginevra provided a very helpful checklist to help us pack Bella's overnight bag, and thoughout Bella's stay, she and Nic kept us up to date with plenty of pictures and videos of Bella's adventures with. Bella had such a lovely time with them! When we picked her up at the end of her stay, Ginevra and Nic even gave us an adorable report card with details about Bella's time with them. We are honestly so impressed with the level of love, care, and detail they have shown towards Bella and to us. They really gave us such a peace of mind, and we have no doubt we will be using their boarding service again soon!”

“Fantastic care provided to Patrice by John. Great daily updates and photogenic photos sent along, too. Clearly a man who genuinely loves dogs and wants to make the visit an absolutely perfect one. Thanks John!”

“Katie and Lorimer were excellent with Alfie. He is quite nervous when meeting new people but they gave him space until he felt comfortable with them. They took him for lots of lovely walks and gave him lots of play time in the garden. They kept us updated with plenty of photos of him which kept our minds at ease as this was the first time we had ever left him with a pet sitter. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again.”

“Jemma and her family made it possible for us to spend our holiday stress free, as they looked after Vicky. They took good care of our senior dog, entertained her and spoiled her with treats :)”

“Laurie had a lovely time with Elizabeth. Her communication was great throughout Laurie’s stay and she sent me lots of updates and pictures of her settling in and out for walks. Elizabeth was very accommodating when I asked for some changes to the drop off and pickup times. She had a lovely stay and I would 100% use Elizabeth for dog sitting again :)”

About: I’ve been around dogs most of my life starting from watching neighbours furry friends to now enjoying life with my Cocker Spaniel - Rollo. I always try to give every dog a home boarding experience that makes them feel comfortable and like they are in a home away home. Our daily and weekly routine is as follows. 7am - I complete breakfast time and morning walks allowing the doggies to enjoy waking up, enjoying locating sticks, sniffing spots and exploring till 9am. 9am-12 - Working from home I ensure the dogs have constant supervision with the doggies free to enjoy the garden and partioned part of the house until 12. 12-3pm - After the afternoon walk (12-1.30pm) we have rest time where the doggies can enjoy relaxing in the house, watching Bluey or dog TV and the most important things (doggy yoghurt ice lolly and cuddles). If everyone has been good we stop at Starbucks for a well deserved Puppacino. 3-5pm - I usually finish work by 5pm where I organise dinner time and evening adventures (Roslin Glen, Musselburgh Lagoons & Holyrood Park are my favourite evening walks). 8-10pm - Winding down time is where we begin to get settled in for the night with relaxing in the garden and movie night with popcorn. Each dog is different and we make sure to make them feel comfortable and make their stay with us as much as like being at home as possible. For dogs boarding with us my non negotiable is that every dog upon arrival will be checked in and issued with a GPS collar with our contact details

“I couldn't recommend Marcela enough! This was the first time I'd left my puppy with a dog sitter, so I was naturally a bit little nervous, but she made the whole experience so easy! She made sure I felt comfortable, kept me updated with lots of photos and videos, and it was clear Picanha was happy and well looked after 😍 Marcela was also really reliable and flexible with timings, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. I'll definitely book with her again in the future, and I'd happily recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dog sitter. Thanks so much, Marcela ❤️”

Wonderful communication and photos I would 100% recommend them to watch your dog, Roxy will definitely be going back to see them soon !!”

About: Hello, i’m Cait! I’m a huge cat lover with lifelong experience caring for cats of all ages and personalities. I currently have four cats of my own — two adult cats and two young kittens — so I’m very comfortable with everything from playful younger cats to understanding individual routines and needs. I grew up around cats and even love visiting cat cafes when travelling, so spending time with cats genuinely brings me joy. My experience comes from years of personally caring for cats rather than professionally, which has taught me how important patience, trust and respecting boundaries are. Every cat has their own personality and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable and cared for in their own space. Whether a cat is energetic and social or shy and independent, I’ll treat them as if they were one of my own while making sure their routine stays consistent and stress free.

“Michela was very attentive towards my cat ‘Astrid’ during her drop- in visits over the festive period, I received regular updates via video messaging on her progress. I would highly recommend Michela to anyone thinking of using her services and will definitely be booking her again. Thank you 👌”

“Wonderful, couldn’t have asked for a more caring cat sitter for my Ragdoll boys. Monika treated them as if their own and we enjoyed getting her daily updates. Would not hesitate in booking again and recommending to friends. Thank you Monika! ”

About: I have five cats of my own, so caring for pets is a big part of my everyday life. They’re all boys and all very different, so I’m used to different personalities, routines, and giving each pet the care and attention they need. I’m comfortable with automatic litter boxes, pet feeders, and water fountains, and I know how important it is to keep everything clean, topped up, and running properly. Looking after my own cats has made me patient, reliable, and very aware of the little things that help pets feel safe, settled, and cared for while you’re away.
“Naomi did drop in visit to our dog, Reilly. Everything went well. Naomi communicated well and Reilly was happy with the visit. We will be contacting her again in the future.”

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life and grew up with a family dog from the time I was 8 into adulthood. I developed a love for caring for his needs, which lead to becoming passionate and taking initiative about his training. The more involved I was, the more I wanted to learn and deepen my understanding and care for animals, from bathing, training, different breeds and their behaviours, and overall care. Over the years, I’ve looked after a wide variety of pets for friends and family, from playful puppies to senior companions. In 2019, my husband and I welcomed an elderly dog with high anxiety and specific dietary needs, and we were able to give him lots of love, comfort, patience, and stability during his final years. I know every pet has their own personality and needs, and I truly enjoy giving them the love and attention that helps them feel safe and happy while their people are away. If that means long walks, playtime, sticking to special routines, or simply offering quiet companionship, I adapt my care to what each pet needs most. I’m reliable, detail oriented, and will always treat your pets like members of my own family. I also know how important peace of mind is when you’re away, so I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos to keep you connected. My goal is to make sure both you and your pets feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. As a full-time homemaker, I have the flexibility to give your pet plenty of love, attention, and care throughout the week and weekends. Your pet won’t be left alone for long periods, so you can feel confident they’ll have company and comfort while you’re away. I have a secure, fully fenced back garden where dogs can safely play and relax. Our home is calm, comfortable, and family orientated. We have a gentle 6 year old child who has grown up learning how to be kind and respectful to animals. We’re lucky to have beautiful walking paths, forest trails, and safe ‘off-lead’ areas nearby, perfect for exercise and adventure, depending on your dog’s comfort and recall. I also have a car and am happy to drive for walks or home visits, so your pet can enjoy a change of scenery or a favourite spot. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and routine, making sure they feel settled, safe, and loved whether they’re staying with me or I’m visiting them in their own home.

“Daniel was excellent, responding very promptly to my last minute request. He came round ahead of the booking to meet Rosie and to ensure that he had all the information that he needed to care for her well while we were away. He spent time playing with her, as well as feeding her, and it was so reassuring for us to know that she was in such good hands. He's a lovely person, who I have no hesitation in recommending or using again!”

“We feel like the luckiest family ever to have found these two wonderful, caring ladies to look after our baby. They love her as much as we do and we really feel so relieved knowing she is not only being very carefully looked after but being shown the love they show their own beautiful dogs. We absolutely love that we get hand written daily schedules with little cute notes and advice, also a score of how good Orla has been(only ever 10’s so far!) hehe but it’s just another thoughtful thing they do to show us how much the care. We are so lucky they really know how to train dogs too and are helping us massively by training Orla too! We get lots of pics, videos and messages throughout the day to keep us in the loop and it’s brilliant seeing Orla have a great day. We honestly can’t believe how lucky we are having two new aunties and 3 new cousins for our Orla. Highly highly recommend Ginevra & her partner to look after your furry babies.”
“Naomi has been life saver and really great. She knows what she's doing, and was very accomodating for a first time and last minute booking. Caoimhe had a great day and I had peace of mind. Would 100% call for her services again. Thanks again Naomi !”

About: I was a dog walker for around 2 years pre covid. I love all breeds and sizes of dogs! My partner and son who I live with share my love for dogs.. thankfully! I am a self employed cleaner in houses around my street, I will always be close to home. We are an outdoor loving family (son goes to outdoor nursery) and are always going on walks in the fields behind us/woods around our town. *please note, we are located in the EH22 postcode area* I have a fenced back garden and I have space for a dog crate if need be. Pets can be fed inside or outside, whichever is preferred. My partner Michael, who can be seen in my profile picture, will be home with myself when caring for your pet. He's also a pet lover who is brilliant at giving ear and belly rubs. If your pet is up to it, they can have a go in his work van!
About: I looked after my family dogs and friends dogs too. I had lots of pets in the past because I love animals and I had a field. I work from home and have a lovely dog. I live by the meadows and take my dog for amazing walks. It is an opportunity to enjoy the company of best human friends in a pleasant atmosphere. Dogs who came here had the time of their lives. Friends suggested me I should be looking after dogs. I have a lovely dog. I work from home flexible hours so they are all day with me, right next to me getting cuddles and attention and exercise. I have a nice fenced garden, a cosy living room and kitchen. I live by the meadows in Edinburgh, dogs paradise. I only need to cross over to the most amazing park.

“Tilly has been fantastic with Milo and he has become comfortable with her in such a short space of time. He is excited to see her when he goes to stay with her. She keeps me updated throughout the day and sends plenty of pictures of Milo relaxing or enjoying himself. Her communication is great. I feel Milo is in good hands when he stays with her.”

“So delighted to have discovered Siyi. She is very caring and thoughtful, checking if Sherlock could eat certain treats and whether it was ok to give him healthy snacks she had prepared herself. I felt extremely confident handing him over to her for the day and can tell he had a really good time. I will certainly be in touch with Siyi again. Thank you!”

“Emma has been really great with my dog on his daily walks and her love for dogs really shows. Very proactive with updates and responsible! Would definitely recommend~”

About: Hello! I’d love to care for your cats while you’re away on holiday! I have two cats of my own and have owned cats for more then 15 years! I own a small stationery business and work from home so I have plenty of time to pet sit! I normally will do 1 or 2 visits a day! I came from CatInAFlat so I’ll be only looking after cats for now! I own two lovely cats so I will not be boarding pets in my own home. I will come to the owners home and feed and play with the pets and of course scoop or change the litter box! I’ll always make sure I’ll leave the home clean and tidy when I leave!

About: Ive had 2 dogs for the last 17yrs . Of which we had 2 litters from . I adored the whole journey from puppy to seniors all come with different challenges and demands but Sooo rewarding to have relationships and experiences together. Since my 2 dogs have passed find myself caring for friends and family's pets .. so it seems the natural order to board for those who dont have that facility. I love having the company of dogs in my home. Gets me out exploring our beautiful walks . I am at home most days although I have an art workshop close by so can often be found there. In which case the dogs come with me and have space to raom there securely too. So I am around for enjoying each other's company and there for treats cuddles and toilet breaks . I live in a home with both front and back garden both fully enclosed . Although I do like to make use of our many gorgeous walks locally so aren't stuck in one place all day. I can offer a crate for your dog to sleep in if required although happily have them loose if they prefer.

“Clara looked after my dog Chispa very well. Chispa is a rescue dog and can become anxious when left alone. Clara sent photos of Chispa at home and out for a walk where she looked very happy.”

“Amazing! Jennifer was great at communicating from start to finish, which made everything really easy and reassuring. I felt completely comfortable leaving Beau overnight, and he was safe, well looked after and happy to gets lots of cuddles. I'd definitely book again and highly recommend Jennifer!”

“I can’t thank Danielle and Dougie enough, Roxy is a nervous dog which makes me nervous leaving her with anyone but they very quickly put our minds at ease when we met up for an introduction. Then Roxy has had a fantastic weekend with them I actually think she is missing them since she came home ! Wonderful communication and photos I would 100% recommend them to watch your dog, Roxy will definitely be going back to see them soon !!”

“Joanna is fantastic! Would highly recommend. Harry had a recent long stay with Joanna and we received regular updates and could tell Harry was having the best time”

“I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. They made me feel completely at ease about leaving my dog in their care. It was clear they genuinely cared about him and took the time to build a real bond with him over the week. They made him feel so welcome that it truly became his home away from home. We received lovely updates, photos, and messages throughout his stay, which gave us so much reassurance and allowed us to relax knowing he was happy, safe, and well looked after. I can’t thank them enough for the love, care, and attention they gave him. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dedicated to looking after their furry family member.”

“Jo is an absolutely wonderful host, helping us out last-minute. And Nala (Jo’s dog) is the perfect friend for Ashlyn (our dog) to make on her “stay-cation”. Super awesome, highly recommend.”

“Nutmeg had such a fantastic stay with Naomi and Nick! She was made to feel completely at home and loved spending time with their lovely dogs, Lola and Sid. As Nutmeg is blind, it was especially reassuring to see how well she got along with them and how she made a sweet wee friend in Lola! We had regular updates and photos, and it was clear she was having the best time. She came home happy, relaxed and very well cared for. Highly recommend!”

“Sandy Bear had an amazing time with Anna. She treated him as her own - and more! He was thoroughly spoilt and taken care of. Sandy has a penchant for young ladies so I knew they would be a good match. He also got on so well with her boyfriend and sisters. We were very reassured that Sandy would be happy with her and would love to book her again in future. Thank you so much Anna for your outstanding service!”

“Morgan looked after our cocker spaniel, Sadie, and we couldn't be happier! We got lovely updates and kept in touch. Sadie came back to us super happy and spoiled rotten ❤️”

“Paulina was great once again! Picture and video updates every day and I could tell Joni was very content and so well looked after with her - can’t recommend enough!”

““Toffee had the best time with Eve!” Eve took wonderful care of Toffee for the past two weeks. From the very first meeting she was warm and welcoming, and she kept me updated with lovely photos every day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Toffee came home happy and relaxed. It’s easy to see that Eve genuinely enjoys looking after dogs and treats them like her own. I highly recommend Eve —thank you for giving Toffee such a happy holiday!”
