About: As a lifetime animal lover and pet owner I love dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds and like to think I give off a very calm, steady energy that they react well to. I've taken care of my partner's family dog - a border collie named Molly - for 10 years, as well 2 labra-doodles named Crumble and Tiffin pretty regularly. I would absolutely love to have a dog of my own but our house is too small and I think my cat Reno would have a heart attack out of spite, so walking and taking care of other people's dogs is a nice way for me to have them in my life without causing an all-out war at home. I’m self employed and therefore very flexible. Mornings are normally better but I can easily adapt to whatever is best for your schedule. Weekdays, weekends or holidays. I know how important it is for animals to feel safe and comfortable in their environment. I have quite an anxious cat myself and therefore am well versed in keeping things quiet and calm for the animals I take care of. Of course, like people, animals have their own personalities and what works for one might not work for another. I think I'm very good and practiced at reading their body language to determine what they need in the moment, whether that's to give them space and time to adjust to a stressful situation, or a full-on play session.
About: I Have taken care of animals my whole life since I was a little boy. Looking after family pets such as Cats’s - Lizards - Hamsters and Dog’s - I have looked after kittens as my family cat has had 3 litters and have experience with small dogs. I also understand how important it is to keep your pets to a good healthy diet. I would love to take care of your beloved pets 💕🐾. I am currently a 4th year psychology student so I have quite a flexible schedule. With enough notice I can work around most scheduling needs. I understand the need of a good balance between indoor and outdoor play. I would like to take your dogs on long walks and play with them around the garden if you have one. For indoor time I would spend time with them brushing them and playing with toys while hoping to possibly treat them a couple tricks if I can and if you wish. As for cats I have a few good techniques to get them moving a lot if an indoor cat with string and toys if you have them. My cats were both a mix of indoor and outdoor cats so I have experience with both.
