About: Experience includes caring for senior pets who need a gentler pace, extra reassurance, and close attention to routines. A calm home environment, daily feeding and fresh water, clean sleeping areas, and plenty of affection help pets feel safe, relaxed, and truly at home. Pet care fits easily into the week. Working from home over the weekend allows plenty of time for walks, play, and lots of attention throughout the day. My brother is also home Monday to Friday, and mornings and evenings are always dedicated to feeding, cuddles, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for. Pets are cared for like part of the family, whether in my home or theirs. Meals and water are provided on schedule, litter boxes or areas are kept clean daily, and cozy spots are always available for naps. Playtime, gentle cuddles, and companionship are included throughout the day, and extra attention is given to senior pets or those who need a calmer environment.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and currently have a French bulldog of my own. I have house sitted for a few years on and off, looking after dogs and cats. I work self employed so I’m working from home all the time meaning I have plenty of time for your fur babies to be looked after. I have had multiple years dog experience as well as owning a dog reactive dog myself so I am fully aware of what’s needed to look after all types of dogs. I also did dog walking for a number of years with small dogs up to giant dogs so have no issues with the size of breeds or any needs that come with them.

About: I’m 21 years old, studying Sport Business Management at Stirling. Growing up my friends and family have always had dogs and/ or cats, I’ve always loved looking after them or taking them on walks! I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats in the past and I appreciate that each individual will have their own quirks and personalities and would likely benefit from meeting me before I stay with them :) In the past I’ve even managed to teach my cat to ‘sit’ and ‘high-5’! I’m currently in my fourth year of studying at university, yes I have my dissertation to write but I don’t have many ‘set’ classes this semester which gives me the time for this :) My schedule usually involves football training a couple of times a week: Thursday 12-2pm and Sunday 10.30am-12pm I also volunteer at a Parkinson’s Singing Group (Monday 3-4.45pm) and Walking Football (Tuesday 10.30am-12pm). I understand that your pets may be wary of a new person and will be sure to give them any space they need! The worst thing we want to do is give them a bad experience and to overwhelm them. I have experience with nervous pets and are able to recognise when not to approach them, although every pet is different.

Connie is the best cat sitter!! She first came round to meet our cat and run through where things were in the house, then she popped back round to collect a key a few days before we left. She was very good at communicating with us and sent many pictures and videos which we absolutely loved. We will definitely be using Connie from now on!

About: From my 6 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs, I’ve learned how to create a calm, loving, and structured environment where your dog will feel safe and understood. I work from home so your dog will always have someone around! I love walking and know lots of lovely routes around the Stirlingshire area. I’m confident with both energetic puppies and senior dogs. I treat every animal as if they’re my own, taking the time to learn their unique quirks and routines so they feel relaxed and cared for from the moment we meet. Your dog's safety is my top priority. I ensure their environment is secure, follow all specific care instructions, and provide the comfort they need while you're away. My calm and loving approach helps your dog feel right at home. I'm more than happy to meet for a coffee or walk, so you can feel confident about booking me to care for your dog. I work from home which means I’m very flexible and I have plenty of time to provide your pup with lots of care and attention! Although I live in a flat, I really enjoy getting out into the countryside for walks. I want to meet all the personal care requirements and needs that your pet has and I love getting to know different pets’ personalities whether they’re hyper and bubbly or a cool cucumber! I’ll ensure you have peace of mind while I’m looking after your dog by sending you updates and photos so you don’t have to worry!

Louise A was approachable and friendly throughout, kept us informed and updated with highlights and photos sent every day. Our cat was well looked after and happy to see us, if a little huffy at first! Louise also dealt with the start of a flea infestation promptly and professionally, advising and guiding us, which was much appreciated.

About: Hi there, I'm Cameron! I've had pets quite literally my entire life, dogs, cats, hamsters, fish... I was sole caretaker of my cat for many years and was often responsible for the family dogs too, as well as being a trusted pet sitter for family friends' pets, staying overnight with them. I love playing with dogs and cats and have spent a lot of time reading up on correct care, especially as our pets got older and needed to be more desensitised to medicine and vet visits. I'm happy to accomodate for most needs, if you need someone to be up in the night or to take your pet to appointments, I'm your man! I'm a college student, so I'm free most evenings, as well as being able to do overnight stays Thursday-Saturday! I would also be willing to do longer stays during my holidays, just let me know if that's something you'd like :) If you let me know your pet(s)'s signals and communication, I'm happy to work around them. I've spent a lot of time building trust with nervous animals in my life and I am not easily scared by swipes or nips. I love playing with and taking pictures of animals, so regular attention and updates won't be an issue, and I'm familiar with the medical issues dogs and cats can have due to my own pets, so if anything is wrong, I'll let you know right away.

About: Hi! My name is Ronan, and I'm a wildlife worker with the SSPCA. I've dedicated my life to animal care and welfare, and through both my professional work with wildlife, and my personal time spent with domestic animals, I have a great wealth of experience in animal care and behaviour. I've had dogs since I was young, and have a lot of experience in dealing with "difficult" dogs who need a bit of extra time and understanding. I've spent time fostering elderly animals, both dogs and cats, and can cater to their specific needs. As well as that I have spent a lot of time very young animals both in my career with wildlife, and in simply helping to look after friends puppies when they are on holiday! Use code “RONANB83828” to get £15 off your first booking with me! I work full time, but never more than an 8.5 hour shift, with ample lunch breaks that I can use to let any pets out for potty breaks etc (providing there is reasonable proximity to my work). In terms of walks, on a typical working day I can do any time that would allow me to finish the walk before 8am, and can walk any dog after 5.30pm. On days where I am not working I am fully flexible. Unfortunately my rota is quite varied, and this app unfortunately doesn't let me tailor my schedule as specifically as I'd like, so if you have any questions about a booking just reach out! I cannot have pets in my current accomodation, but in looking after your pets either in your home or on a walk I will be exceptionally diligent in looking after the wellbeing of your pet, and also respecting both you and your property. I am very quiet, and do not smoke or drink.

About: 🩵 Looking for regular dog walks and drop ins nearby my location. Available every Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Sunday afternoon🩵 Having grown up with 2 dogs (one border collie and another rescue ridgeback cross) from 4 years of age means that I am lucky enough that dogs have always been part of my family and life. One of them in her latter life was completely blind and slightly deaf, so I have some experience with special needs dogs. My beautiful border collie who I initially brought up in Edinburgh and who is now almost 4 years old, is currently in my home country with my incredible parents. I am missing him loads and would love to have a running pal and companion for my adventures :) With him, I was responsible for and experienced the full puppy care routine of house training, puppy walking, basic training, bathing, vet visits etc, so I fully understand the many challenges that come with it. Whilst I do work part time at a gym and teach fitness classes outwith that, I am fairly flexible throughout the rest of the week for pet care! I enjoy an active lifestyle which includes running, walking and exploring new places. Therefore, if it's appropriate for your pet, I'd love to bring them along! I understand the importance of following your pet's routine as far as possible, so feel free to provide specifics. I am happy to provide updates such as videos, photos etc., as frequently as you like so you can be assured your pet is in loving and safe hands. If there's anything else I can do to make you feel more comfortable, please let me know.

About: I have had experience caring for my own dog in the past. She has always been territorial over her food and doesn't like having people near it, so I make sure to keep her in another room while I put her food out for her. I am also willing to work with a dogs own needs; my own dog doesn't handle being on a lead very well and so when I walk her I keep her off the lead and provide balls for her to play with as she enjoys. I have also had experience working with poorly trained dogs, particularly when it comes to walking them. I am good at making sure aggressive or noisy dogs stay away from other dogs or people who may set them off. I am currently working part-time in the evenings so I am available every morning if needed. I work Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays so I also have most days free as well. I am willing to work with a dogs individual needs to make sure they are as happy as possible. If a dog wants to be left alone and isn't very social I will make sure they have all the space they need, and will make sure a more energetic and lively dog gets all the attention that they want.
