About: I have been watching friends and family dogs since I was 10. I also have 5 years of veterinary experience as a vet assistant and I am a current vet student. Growing up my family had a range of different dog breeds with different needs and energy levels (labradors, schnauzers, border collie). I love working with dogs and have some experience with training if that is something you are interested in. I also have experience with dogs that require special diets, or have medical issues such as blindness or current illnesses. My goals is to make your dog as comfortable as possible and treat them as if they were my own. As a current vet student my schedule can be different depending on the week. I am usually available most afternoons and evenings for dog walking. On the weekends I tend to be home studying so your furry friend would have constant company on those days. I currently live in a flat with 2 other vet students. It is a good size and has plenty of room for a pet to play. There is access to a fenced small fenced in yard space. There are also plenty of grassy areas and walking paths near our flat.

14. Elaine D.
“It is very stressful to suddenly have a very sick cat and Elaine has been invaluable in helping us cope. I had never ever heard of diabetes in cats. Giving our cat insulin was at first very challenging for my partner and me. Elaine demonstrated that it could be done with ease, and we learn from her calm, patient manner. Her support and reassurance helped us so much in those early days. Elaine's manner and demeanour were of someone completely confident and at ease with both us and our cats. She exudes warmth and you can tell she is naturally very caring, bringing years of experience of working with people and putting them at ease! She had us and the cats completely relaxed almost instantly. Since that first meeting, Elaine continues to be a valuable source of support. Helping with the routine insulin injections and doing routine BG checks and obtaining urine samples. I don't know if we would have coped without her in those first two weeks, She has been reliable and has been great at communicating and giving feedback. For anyone needing support and care with their animal I honestly can't recommend her highly enough!”
15. Nataly W.
“Nataly is my favorite (and very importantly, my pets’ favorite petsitter). She has done overnight visits in my home as well as daytime/evening visits for food, medicine, bathroom breaks and walks. I adopt dogs and cats with special needs, so it’s extremely important to me to have a petsitter who can handle their needs. Besides being skilled, trustworthy and reliable, she loves animals and adapts to each pet’s personality. When the unexpected happens, Nataly handles it independently but keeps me informed. . I can’t recommend her enough.”
16. Leanne H.
“I can’t thank Leanne enough for how amazing she has been whilst I was away! Was the first time I was away from my kitten since I got him and I was very anxious about it. She came and visited myself and teddy before I left and I talked her through everything that needed done, nothing was an issue for her she was glad to help keep Teddy in his routine. Her updates were very detailed, I got pictures constantly and nice message updates from her which made me feel more relaxed that he was in good hands! Leanne is friendly, patient, kind and most of all great with pets! No doubt Teddy will miss seeing her face on the daily. Will 100% book with Leanne any time I need Teddy watched. She’s incredibly reliable which is exactly what I needed! Thank you Leanne xx”
17. Matt M.

18. Danielle H.
“Dani took fantastic care of my cats for over a week while I was out of town, taking plenty of pictures and giving them lots of love. I could tell from her notes that they enjoyed her visits for more than just food! I could tell that she really cares about the animals she looks after. Thank you, Dani!”

About: My passion for animals was the driving force behind my decision to become a pet sitter. From a very young age, I loved the company of animals and understood the unique bond that exists between us and our companions. This connection inspired me to pursue a career in pet care because I wanted to ensure that each animal received the love, attention, and care they deserve. Over the years, I have gained valuable animal care experience, including caring for several friends' dogs and volunteering at animal shelters, where I learned the importance of patience, compassion and understanding of each animal's individual needs. These experiences allowed me to acquire the skills necessary to care for a wide variety of animals, whether dogs, cats or even small animals like turtles. I am working from home just now so be at home most of the day. I would be able to care for the pets full time. We have a son who is in university who could walk the dogs too. I have a fenced yard and a friendly border collie to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed as we have fenced crates for use.
