“Leaving Kevin for the first time left us feeling anxious, but Dee provided an amazing service. Each day she sent us an update along with photos. We came home to a happy healthy boy. She even kindly watered our herbs. Absolutely five star!”

“Lisa messaged back very quickly and we organised a couple of drop ins for my cocker spaniel while I was away at work. She was very friendly and professional. It was all done without any hassle, would definitely use again.”

About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, including puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs. Growing up with my dog Fudge, who lived to 17 years old, gave me valuable experience caring for senior pets and understanding their changing needs. I’m confident with feeding, walking, basic training reinforcement, routine care, and providing calm companionship. I currently have a 2.5 year old Husky named Eska, who I adopted when she was 6 months old, so I’m very familiar with the exercise, structure, patience, and mental stimulation that high-energy breeds require. I always follow owner instructions closely and treat every dog as if they were my own. I work until 5pm Monday to Thursday and am usually home by around 6pm, which allows me to provide reliable evening care, walks, feeding, and drop-in visits. I’m not available on Fridays. On Saturdays and Sundays, I’m available from afternoon through to evening, making weekend care easy to arrange. I provide calm, attentive care and always prioritise safety. I follow routines set by owners, ensure pets are secure at all times, and keep a close eye on behaviour, energy levels, and wellbeing. I have experience with both high-energy and senior pets and adapt care accordingly. I’m respectful of owners’ homes and always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and settled while in my care.
“Danielle looked after my puppy who had the best time with her! I loved receiving the many pictures and videos from Danielle playing with my Lola and felt such relief knowing she was in such great hands! Danielle had great communication with me throughout her time caring for my puppy and I was so glad to feel as calm as I did when she was with my pup! Would definitely recommend Danielle to others and will be booking again. Thank you!”

About: What Sets Me Apart With over 46 years of dedicated experience as a trusted pet sitter for friends and family, I offer a level of care that goes far beyond basic pet sitting. My extensive background is backed by professional certifications in pet first aid and advanced dog training, as well as comprehensive course in professional dog walking. This unique combination of hands-on experience and formal training allows me to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for your beloved companion. I specialise in providing tailored care for playful puppies. My true passion and expertise, however, lie in working with anxious, nervous, or fear-based reactive dogs, particularly guardian breeds. I approach every dog with a calm, caring, and nurturing demeanor, creating a sense of trust and security that allows even the most sensitive dogs to relax and thrive in my care. My commitment to transforming dogs' lives is best illustrated by a recent case study. I undertook a six-month board-and-train program with a reactive dog who had a history of biting and was at risk of being euthanised. Through patient and skilled intervention, we successfully rehabilitated her, and she is now back with her loving owner, who credits our work with saving her life. While this intensive program is not a typical service, it demonstrates the depth of my dedication and my ability to handle even the most challenging situations with compassion and expertise. When you entrust your pet to my care, you can be confident they are in the hands of a true professional who is deeply committed to their well-being. My life revolves around dogs, and my schedule is a testament to that commitment. As I am deeply invested in continuously advancing my skills, I am currently enrolled in a professional dog training mentorship program. This involves scheduled calls with my mentor three times a week, which makes my weekdays the primary time for providing dedicated, one-on-one care for your pet. My weekends are dedicated to hands-on training with my own dogs, a practice that not only sharpens my skills but also ensures I am always bringing the most current and effective techniques to the pets I care for. This routine allows me to offer consistent, focused attention to your dog during the week, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and companionship. Therefore, my availability is primarily on weekdays, and I am not available for weekend services. To ensure your pet's utmost comfort and to maintain a consistent routine, I provide all my pet care services exclusively within your own home. This approach allows your pet to remain in their familiar environment, surrounded by their own scents, toys, and comforts, which significantly reduces stress and anxiety while you are away. Currently, I am unable to host pets in my own home as I reside in a rented property where I do not have permission to board other animals. By offering in-home pet sitting, I can give my full attention to your pet in the space where they feel most secure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone.
About: I’ve always had an affinity with animals, predominantly cats and dogs. Currently have a 3 year old patterdale terrier I’ve trained myself. She’s super sociable and great with anxious dogs. I’m currently working part time from home and have time to look after more animals. Already I am out and about often with my own pup who is quite the adventurer. Happy to spend some time looking after more pets. I will treat your pet as I would my own, they will have space if they want to chill on their own or are more than welcome to hang out together.

About: I’ve had all sorts of pets growing up. Always been an animal lover. Family and friends always come to me when they need a pet sitter as I’m the most reliable and trusted. I’m currently at college Wednesday Thursday and Friday but my course ends at the end of June so after that I am free to do every and any days. I provide a safe, loving and calm environment for pets. I’m reliable, patient and always make sure pets are comfortable, well looked after and given plenty of attention and care. I will stick to any routines yous give me and won’t let you down.
About: With my Dad who races pigeons and an Auntie who rescues dogs and used to volunteer with The Dog's Trust, I am one of the lucky ones who has grown up around animals their entire life. We kept budgies and rabbits, a dog and a cat. I had neighbours who asked me to look after their guinea pig, and another who asked me to look after their Yorkshire Terrier, I have wide experience with different animals and on different terms, including overnight stays and daily meal time visits, or just as a companion for a few hours. My boyfriend is always catching me talking to various dogs and our cats when we are out on walks. I'm currently working from home as a freelance photographer which gives me a pretty flexible weekly routine. I live close to a number of parks for walks, but also close to public transport for home visits.I As previously mentioned, I have been entrusted with things like staying overnight to look after a friend's cats, dropping by to check in with pet wellbeing and keeping them company for a few hours and dishing up meal time. Additionally, as someone very fond of nature, dog walks are something I really miss about moving to the city from the Scottish Highlands where I grew up with said cat, dog, rabbits, budgies and pigeons.
About: I work full-time Monday–Friday from 8:30am–4:00pm, so I’m best suited for pets that are comfortable during working hours. I’m available for morning and evening care on weekdays, with much more flexibility on weekends for house sitting, cat care, and longer stays. I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed while keeping to their usual routine as much as possible. In a pet owner’s home, I follow feeding schedules carefully, keep litter trays clean, refresh water regularly, and give plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship. I can also ensure the safety of your home, keeping things clean and tidy and be completely respectful. I can also water plants. I’m happy to send photo updates for peace of mind and always keep the home tidy and secure.

About: For the last few months, my housemate and I have taken in friends' dogs to stay for a few nights and we've LOVED it. One of my best friends does rover too and he always invites me round when he's looking after dogs so we can go on walks together. I've walked big dogs (biggest was a greyhound) and wee ones on parks, round the neighbourhood and out and about in the hills. I live around really good walk spots: the canal, the river, kelvingrove, ruchill park, botanics. When the dogs stay for just the night I'll take them for a wee walk in the evening and then a big walk in the morning. I've also gone over to other people's flats to mind their pets for a bit, so I figured might as well sign up here! Xx At the moment, I get every Wednesday off and two weekends a month. As such, I can always take the pets the Tuesday evening or Wednesday for the full day. Same goes for the weekends, when I'm off I'll be able to look after your pets for the full day and take them on my walks I normally go on anyways. We've got wooden floors with rugs, and one of the rooms is carpeted. The pets are allowed in all the spaces (two bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge), and they've all got their own favourite place to hang. I live on the first floor of a tennements. We've got a fenced garden at the back, and the close also has a fenced area. It's me and my housemate in the flat, and for days in we'd both be looking after your pets. In the past I've taken dogs to Ruchill park, Kelvingrove, along the canal, the river and the botanics. Some dogs I'll let off lead if there's enough space (ie queens park) and if I know their recall is good. Though I normally err on the side of caution and keep them on lead unless I'm absolutely positive. For food I just follow whatever the owner tells me! We keep a waterbowl on the kitche floor permanently, and add the food when appropriate. I've gotten wee doggy muffins at a cafe before knowing the wee one could have it.

Kathryn did a great job looking after our cat for 6 days whilst we were away. Her communication was great, ensured that the cat had some cuddles and sent us some lovely photos that reassured us that he wasn’t missing us too much! We wouldn’t hesitate to have Kathryn come again.

Hannah was great with our 3 cats over 10 days, one requires various different medications at different times. Came home and they were all happy and clearly well looked after. Hannah also clearly cleaned up as well, house was the tidiest its ever been with 3 different previous cat sitters. Would defo have Hannah back to look after our cats
Jessica was absolutely fantastic with our little cat Fig! Fig can be shy but she took to Jessica immediately, and we got lovely updates throughout our time away and came home to a very contented cat. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure Fig got lots of play time (which she loves) and everything she needed - thanks again Jessica! ☺️

Ania did a fantastic job looking after Scip. It was clear that she took great care of him when she was there, feeding and playing with him and ensuring his litter tray was clear. She sent regular updates and photos so we could see how he was getting on and her communication was great. Thank you Ania, we know Scip is looking forward to seeing you again!

Ciara was so friendly and made me feel at ease while we were away. She provided updates during each visit and sent pictures over to me. We even had last minute changes to the amount of visits required and Ciara kindly refunded the money back to me! Would definitely recommend 😊
