About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life as my mother and I are an avid pet lovers who help animals in need find a new home. I have previous experience sitting and caring for puppies and disabled dogs who need that little extra bit more care. I only am able to care for small dogs however I have the experience with disabled, senior dogs and puppies. I am currently in full time university and my days would fluctuate between mid September and early April. I will update my schedule when my university gives me my timetable however I am off university until mid September and am free every day until then. I am only able to care for your dogs/cats in your own home and in their own environment. I have no requirements and no allergies. I am only able to pet/ house sit for up to 2 weeks at a time. I am able to send as many updates whether that is phone calls, messages, photos or videos. I can follow strict routines that your fur baby may have so that there is not much disturbance to their daily life.

About: I’ve got experience with both puppies and senior dogs. I know how to keep pups busy and how to give older dogs the calm, gentle care they need. I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfy while you’re away. I also have experience with dogs who require medication due to medical conditions, after caring for my own boy Oscar who’s sadly not with us anymore due to old age. Canine First Aid and CPR trained. I like to set up activities for dogs in my care so that they get as much stimulation as they need, eg treat mats, frozen bowls. Ernie and I go out walking in the morning, lunchtime and evening, incorporating a mixture of exercise - including woodland walks, fetch and recall on the longline and visits to secure off-lead dog fields. Your dog is welcome to join us! We usually go out for a short walk before bed so the dogs can perform their night time ablutions. Pets are welcome to sit on the furniture or rest in their beds and blankets. I am able to care for small to medium dogs in my home. I will often have my puppy with me, so we have plenty of scheduled breaks for playing, napping and walkies throughout the day. When caring for pets at home, I am close to the beach for walks and sniff walks around the park. I am also able to offer home visits, if that is more appropriate for your needs.

About: I love all dogs - big and small! I grew up with dogs - a German short haired pointer and an Italian Spinone, as well as lots of other lovely dogs in my extended family too. I now have a three year old cocker spaniel called Juno. She is well trained and very sociable with all dogs and she loves to have other dogs to stay! I’m happy to work on any training needs your dog has while staying with me. I work from home 2 or 3 days a week. I tend to take Juno for one longer (1+ hours) walk per day as well as a couple of short trips to the park. I can adjust this depending on your dog - longer/more adventurous for energetic dogs and shorter/more gentle walks for older or slower dogs. We love to go down to Portobello, round Arthur’s Seat and up to Blackford Hill. I live on my own and have a 2 year old cocker spaniel. She is very friendly and gets on with all dogs - but also knows when to leave dogs that don’t want to play with her! I will only ever take one dog at a time so it will only ever be the two dogs together. I have a secure shared garden with grass lawn and surrounding stone wall. In the house, your dog can make itself at home. I have dog beds in both rooms and they are also welcome to be on the sofa/armchairs. I’ve got lots of dog toys and chews. My flat is on the third floor so may not be suitable for older dogs with mobility/joint issues.

About: I have taken care of many family friends pets, comfortable with any temperament, can do daily check ins and walks or overnight stays when needed, student veterinary nurse so have gained extra handling experience. I am also currently working on a farm so spend most days looking after lots of animals including overnight care when the farmer is away. Currently working part time on farm from 8am-1pm Monday- Thursday and Sundays, able to do drop in visits/ walks before work. Come September I am back at uni 2 days a week and then do online classes other days which means I am able to do multiple drop ins/ walks a day and overnights when needed. Comfortable staying in people’s homes when needed, can cater to any and all needs of pets. If dogs have routines of going to enclosed dog parks I am able to stick to routine as I can drive and have had no incidents or claims.

About: With my Dad who races pigeons and an Auntie who rescues dogs and used to volunteer with The Dog's Trust, I am one of the lucky ones who has grown up around animals their entire life. We kept budgies and rabbits, a dog and a cat. I had neighbours who asked me to look after their guinea pig, and another who asked me to look after their Yorkshire Terrier, I have wide experience with different animals and on different terms, including overnight stays and daily meal time visits, or just as a companion for a few hours. My boyfriend is always catching me talking to various dogs and our cats when we are out on walks. I'm currently working from home as a freelance photographer which gives me a pretty flexible weekly routine. I live close to a number of parks for walks, but also close to public transport for home visits.I As previously mentioned, I have been entrusted with things like staying overnight to look after a friend's cats, dropping by to check in with pet wellbeing and keeping them company for a few hours and dishing up meal time. Additionally, as someone very fond of nature, dog walks are something I really miss about moving to the city from the Scottish Highlands where I grew up with said cat, dog, rabbits, budgies and pigeons.

About: Over the years I have had 6 cats, 2 dogs, hamsters, parrots and fish so I have always had a love for animals! I have plenty of experience in caring for them and know what they need. I have had pets who have had ongoing medical needs including regular medicine. I’m the go-to contact for friends and family when they need someone to pet-sit! My partner, Huzaifah, will be helping take care of your pet. He’s an animal lover and has looked after cats, dogs, ferrets, fish, and iguana and a tortoise. I work part time and my partner, who also adores animals, works full time from home so your pet will always have company! We don’t work weekends or bank holidays. We currently have 2 gerbils in a cage in our spacious upper cottage flat with an unfenced garden. The gerbils are elevated so there shouldn’t be any issues, they love the company of other animals!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life I love walking them cuddling them and going adventures with a fur baby, my family have dogs and I love to visit them. I’d provide an excellent service and ensure I meet all their needs take them to the beach our hill walking with me and get all the cuddles they could want and treats. During my summer holidays and bank holidays I am free all the time and can spend all day with them, if during the week I work I live 5 minutes away and can take them out when I am on my lunch break. I also live by myself as well. I work full time in a nursery but live 5 mins walks away I’m free every weekend and on bank holidays and summer holidays as I have that time off so can take them out for adventures hikes runs and trips to the beach as I have 7 weeks free. I go runs or walks almost all the time in any weather and like to go to the beach. I have a spare room secure front door and a huge park 2 mins walk away from me my neighbours have friendly dogs and so does my boyfriend
