About: I have over 3 years of experience caring for animals and genuinely love spending time with pets. I and my friend(flatmate), Ash regularly dog sit and host her cousin’s Cavapoo who lives in Edinburgh, providing walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. I also have a small dog rescue back home, which has given me hands-on experience caring for dogs with different personalities and needs. I am patient, reliable, and committed to making pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. Additionally, Ash works from home full time so she is always there while I work 5 mins away, which makes providing everything you need, more accessible. I currently work part-time at Cake Box GWR and also spend part of my week working from home. My best friend and flatmate works from home full-time, so there’s always someone at home to provide company, supervision, and care. We’ve also looked after a 4-year-old Cavapoo on several occasions, including stays lasting several weeks, and it fit seamlessly into our daily routine. Between both of us, we have flexible schedules and are happy to accommodate your pet’s individual needs, whether that’s sticking to a specific feeding routine, administering medication, or simply providing plenty of playtime, cuddles, and attention, basically whatever you need! I’m a big believer that pets are happiest when they feel comfortable, so my aim is to make them feel as at home with me as possible. Whether they love playing all day or would rather curl up in a sunny spot on the sofa and nap, I’m happy to oblige. I live in a bright, spacious two-bedroom flat with a big living room (great for cats) that gets loads of natural light, and there are plenty of great walking routes nearby. Kelvingrove Park is only about 10 minutes away, so dogs have lots of options for walks and new smells to explore. Because I work part-time and from home, and my flatmate works from home full-time, there’s always someone around to keep your pet company. We’ve looked after a Cavapoo for weeks at a time, so we’re used to having furry guests around and making them part of our everyday life. I’ll always stick to your pet’s routine as closely as I can, whether that’s meal times, walks, medication, or just their favourite way to relax. And of course, I’ll send plenty of photos and updates, because I know how much it helps when you’re missing them!

About: Growing up I had, at one point, four dogs along with multiple chickens and a couple goats and cows. Two of the dogs were adopted from shelters while the other two were strays found on the street in my neighborhood. I have experience with obedience and training, exercise and stimulation, and medication administration. Over my life I have experience with multiple breeds, temperaments, ages, and sizes, through watching my neighbors dogs active blue heelers to my grandmother’s senior yorkie. I love all dogs the same and treat them accordingly. I always take a lot of fun and cute pictures of your pets during my time with them so you know they are doing great! My availability is flexible as I look for a full time position after just recently finishing my masters degree. I do take public transportation or walk to get to places, I will not offer any late night walks after 10 PM or before 6 AM for my own safety. I am available for walks and drop-in visits throughout the day to ensure your pet receives the attention and care they deserve. In my flat I am unable to offer overnight boarding however, I provide in-home pet care services tailored to your pet’s needs, this includes regular visits for feeding, watering, and playtime. I am available for walks at a nearby park or around the neighborhood to ensure your pet gets fresh air, exercise, and socialization. With my flexible schedule and dedication to personalized care, you can trust that your furry companions will receive the attention and love they deserve while you are away. It is crucial for me to be informed about any special needs or preferences your pet may have in advance to ensure their happiness and comfort during my care. Whether that be dietary requirements, medication schedules, or behavioral quirks like a sensitivity to certain sounds or animals outdoors, I am attentive to their needs. Additionally, having a detailed schedule outlining their routines, such as feeding times, treat times, potty breaks, walks, and training, is incredibly helpful in maintaining their sense of security and well being. By having this information upfront, I can ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both you and your beloved pet. Your pet’s happiness and comfort are my top priority.

About: I've had three dogs and two cats throughout my life, and have been a petsitter for a variety of pets for close to a decade. I have taken care of a variety of ages, from puppies to senior dogs, and am experienced in taking care of dogs with medical issues (my own family dog being a medically complex rescue dog). As I now live far from my family dogs, I love any opportunity to care for and hang out with other pets. I currently have a very flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to care for your pet whenever and wherever! I am also great at adjusting my sleep schedule, so should your pet require particularly early walks, late night toilet breaks, and more, I am very capable of accommodating that! While I do not have a designated garden area, I live very near a garden space, so outdoor access remains fairly accessible. I am also fully capable of crating your pet should they require it and can manage any medications they may require!

About: Hi, I'm João, based here in Glasgow. Dog walking is the main thing I do, and honestly it's my favourite part of the week.
 I like getting to know a dog first, how they are on the lead, how far they actually want to go, what they're funny about. Some dogs want a proper long walk, others are happy pottering about sniffing everything, and either is fine by me. I'm happy to walk wherever suits you best, whatever park or spot your dog already knows, and the lead stays on unless you tell me otherwise.

I also do drop-in visits and pet sitting. With drop-ins I don't just nip in and out food and fresh water, toilet break or litter, a bit of play and some company, and I'm happy to water plants or bring the post in while I'm there. For sitting, I stick as close as I can to their normal feeding times, walks and sleeping spots so the days feel like usual for them.

Cats as well, I've got one myself, Preto, so I know they decide how much attention they want, not me.

About: I got my first dog when I was in primary school and have been taking good care of it until now. It is already 12 years old, so I have experience in looking after elderly dogs. In junior high school, I adopted a sick kitten and had the experience of feeding it milk and giving it injections. I have been adopting it until now and it is already five and a half years old. I currently have plenty of time, so I can be with your pets at any time and take care of them. The time frame is from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. I have a large open-air balcony which is convenient for my pets to play on, and there is a park right downstairs from my house. Besides, my home has soft carpets to protect pets with joint problems.
