About: I have taken care of dogs and cats all of my life. I have had a dog since I was four and now have two dogs and two cats at my parents home. I frequently look after the, and have also look after other friends/ neighbours pets. When I am working from home, I can walk dogs in the morning, at lunch and in the evening. I can also feed the, and let them out to the toilet at any time of day. When I am in the office, I can walk, feed and let dogs out to the toilet in the morning and the evening, I have a fenced garden, I can easily create dogs if preferred. I am able to come to your home to keep them company, let them out to the toilet or take them for a walk.

About: Hey! I'm Shauna. I've had animals all my life, from dogs and cats to birds and rodents. I'm fascinated by wildlife and the small creatures of our planet. Growing up I would collect insects, make an enclosure and watch them for days in my room, as well as attempting to save poor little song birds that had often been injured by larger birds or cats. My realisation for my love for animals came when I'd help out at my local stables with the horses from a very young age. I'd help brush, bathe and ride them for a walk, and from then my passion grew like wild ivy. I loved the responsibility of walking and training my dogs, and I would also walk friends and neighbours dogs in my spare time. In 2019 I began volunteering as a veterinary care assistant where I learned valuable knowledge and skills which furthered my passion of caring for animals, and after two years of dedicated unpaid work I was finally officially employed as a veterinary care assistant. I spent some years in this role but some life circumstances sent me on another journey to work in a pet shop, and finally a doggy daycare. I love working in the daycare, I'm very dedicated to all of our pups and love to make sure they have a great day. But I feel my time with them is never enough, so I've chosen to do walking and dog sitting during my time off. My whole existence centres around dogs and I can't imagine a better time spent with any other being! I currently work in a doggy daycare, 4 out of 7 days. I am able to provide my services from 7pm weekdays, and have full availability Saturday, Sunday and Monday. You're welcome to create a schedule as I prefer to have a clean cut routine. In general, dogs will be walked 2x a day, though I am happy to offer 3x as I always recommend 3 walks for dogs. I will never give treats unless you say it is ok, as I know how important it can be to follow a strict diet for some dogs. I always encourage play with dogs but please know I won't push boundaries if the dog is not interested. I know we all love to see our babies playing but sometimes it just isn't for them and that's okay. Your dog will always be kept on the lead, unless there is a specific enclosed park that your dog is familiar with, and you and I are both confident in your dogs recall.

From growing up with dogs, cats, birds, and turtles I know each pet is different and unique and needs all the love, care and support one can provide. I am able to listen to what each pet need and care for it as needed. I live in a nice and quiet part of Hillsborough were there is plenty space to take long walks, and I'm a 10 min distance from Colonial Dog Park where my own pup has played and enjoy his time laying on the grass. I am currently offering walking services and dog/cat sitting in the owner's home. This can be overnight stays or commuting if within driving distance. I am comfortable administering medication as long as I am given strict instructions on how to do so. Currently, I am an online Communications & Media student so my schedule is very open. From the months of May to August my schedule will be as mentioned, but afterwards my schedule would be more restricted. Starting September I'm only available weekends, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings. I have a fenced small backyard, one small dog and I'm able to crate small and middle size dogs if needed. I also have Pet Wee Pee Piddle Pads to prevent any pet related accidents.

About: I’ve housesit plently for family, looking after their pets and animals too. (Dogs, cats, horses, chickens). Everyone in my family has dogs and I’ve been around them all my life. I also have experience from volunteering in Dog shelters in Bulgaria, Portugal & Spain, which I have great memories from. (Bansko street dogs, ARA, SOS cantalobos) At the moment I’m moving around a lot so when I’m in the area it’d be great to do either check ins on your dogs or to help out walking them :) I’m very respectful of your environment and pets, I will always seek as clear communication as possible to ensure we’re on the same page about everything.
