“Jade took wonderful care of Leo and Thomas while we were away. She was attentive, patient, and clearly understands cats and their personalities. We loved receiving updates and could see how relaxed and happy they were with her. It’s not easy to trust someone with your pets, but Jade made it effortless. Highly recommended.”

“Taisa was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping us updated with lovely messages and brilliant photos that really put our minds at ease. Elio clearly adored her and looked so relaxed and comfortable in her care, which says everything. She looked after him incredibly well, and it was obvious he was getting lots of attention and affection. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Taisa again and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable cat sitter.”

About: I have over 3 years of experience caring for animals and genuinely love spending time with pets. I and my friend(flatmate), Ash regularly dog sit and host her cousin’s Cavapoo who lives in Edinburgh, providing walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. I also have a small dog rescue back home, which has given me hands-on experience caring for dogs with different personalities and needs. I am patient, reliable, and committed to making pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. Additionally, Ash works from home full time so she is always there while I work 5 mins away, which makes providing everything you need, more accessible. I currently work part-time at Cake Box GWR and also spend part of my week working from home. My best friend and flatmate works from home full-time, so there’s always someone at home to provide company, supervision, and care. We’ve also looked after a 4-year-old Cavapoo on several occasions, including stays lasting several weeks, and it fit seamlessly into our daily routine. Between both of us, we have flexible schedules and are happy to accommodate your pet’s individual needs, whether that’s sticking to a specific feeding routine, administering medication, or simply providing plenty of playtime, cuddles, and attention, basically whatever you need! I’m a big believer that pets are happiest when they feel comfortable, so my aim is to make them feel as at home with me as possible. Whether they love playing all day or would rather curl up in a sunny spot on the sofa and nap, I’m happy to oblige. I live in a bright, spacious two-bedroom flat with a big living room (great for cats) that gets loads of natural light, and there are plenty of great walking routes nearby. Kelvingrove Park is only about 10 minutes away, so dogs have lots of options for walks and new smells to explore. Because I work part-time and from home, and my flatmate works from home full-time, there’s always someone around to keep your pet company. We’ve looked after a Cavapoo for weeks at a time, so we’re used to having furry guests around and making them part of our everyday life. I’ll always stick to your pet’s routine as closely as I can, whether that’s meal times, walks, medication, or just their favourite way to relax. And of course, I’ll send plenty of photos and updates, because I know how much it helps when you’re missing them!

“Very attentive and super helpful on a short notice. Andra already knew what questions to ask before I had to explain anything. She was on time, sent plenty of photos and Echo was happy. Great expereince, will reach out again :))”

About: I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and absolutely love them! I’m new to Rover but not new to pet sitting. I have looked after older animals, and pets requiring medicine. I am happy to stay overnight/housesit if needed! My experience includes: - Petsitting/walking overnight for a diabtetic miniature daschund and administered insulin. - Walking a golden retriever and love taking him for long walks to tire him out - Overnights/walking for an elderly black lab with arthritis - Overnights for two fiesty outdoor cats with specific dietary needs And I currently own an indoor tuxedo cat! I’m a student and part-time bartender at Strathclyde University, since the university and Union are closed right now I’m currently free most days! I’m very flexible and happy to meet your needs. I am not able to look after pets in my home as I have a rescue cat, but I’m happy to come to you!
“Paige is AMAZING! She bonded with my cat Zaya instantly and took care of her as if she were her own. She followed every instruction, understood exactly what Zaya needed, and even managed to brush her — a miracle in itself. She looked after my flat beautifully too, spotting a problem with the electric toilet and fixing it right away. I loved the constant updates and photos; it made being away so much easier. Paige’s passion for animals is obvious, and her care goes above and beyond. I trust her completely and have already rebooked her. Truly an outstanding cat sitter and a wonderful person. Thank you, Paige, for taking such amazing care of my precious Zaya. You’re an absolute star.”

“This was my first time leaving Roxy at home. We have only had her for 8 maths. Danielle was fabulous, sending updates and pictures at each visit. It really put us at ease. We could see from pictures that Roxy was fine and had cuddles and play time. Had hoped to use Danielle's services again in August but unavailable. We will definitely look out for her again in the future. One happy cat makes her people happy 😊😁😁😁😁”

“Robyn was great with my two cats while I was away! She was very consistent and reliable and I looked forward to receiving her thorough updates every day. I'd highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Cameron took care of Raggie for 4 consecutive days. He took him for a walk and made sure he ate his food. He was efficient and considerate and sent lots of detailed reports and photos! Raggie loved him! I was especially concerned because Raggie is reactive with male dogs sometimes, but everything went really smoothly. Thank you, Cameron!”

“Aleksandra really helped me out when my usual cat sitter cancelled on me a few days before Christmas! So professional, and my cats were happy and relaxed when I returned Thank you so much!!! 😊”

“As my boy Picasso is very shy and can't trust people easily! I had Linah for the second time for him and he is very comfortable and being himself with her. She takes responsibility to do what your cat needs and follows instructions carefully. Also she reports ever single detail and post many photos while she is visiting your cat and makes you have a relaxing holiday or while you are away for whatever reasons. Would definitely choose her again for Picasso ☺️🌹 thank you Linah.”

“Christiana is incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with and extra helpful. I trust that my cat Leeloo is safe in Christiana’s hands, and Leeloo likes her, so that’s the seal of approval!”

About: I've had pets in my family household from a young age, with cats and dogs and have always taken care providing walks, feeding, bathing and playing with them. I love all kinds of animals and get along very well with them. As a student I don't have a pet, however I'm extremely active as I do triathlon. Being a student also means I have a very flexible schedule. I have a commuting bike and a car, so I'm able to get around the city very easily and quickly. I'm very observant when at home, frequently moving between rooms and checking around so will be very careful to make sure pets are cared for all the time. Rarely am I spending a long time doing one thing so it makes it very easy to check regularly. My girlfriend is a Veterinary Surgeon meaning I have easy access to medical advise.
“Shauna was incredibly patient with my cat and managed to gain his trust in just a few days. I am very grateful to have had her caring for my boy while I was gone. Great sitter 🤍”

About: Hi beloved pet owners! My name is Lysette (Lis-et). In case you fear mispronunciation like I do when I meet someone new, it rhymes with cassette. Animals have been a constant in my life. Back home in Arizona, my family and I own two rescue pitbull mixes, and have taken in rescues most of my life. You can trust me to give your dog all the loving he or she deserves, and to know how to handle your dog, no matter their behavior! Prior to moving to Scotland, I also volunteered at a horse sanctuary once a week with horses that have been mistreated, making them skittish and even aggressive. When I go back to Phoenix on break, I make sure to return give them all my love while I can. There is a big place in my heart for animals. Your pet(s) and I will have the best time! I am currently at Glasgow School of Art, so my time is slightly constricted by a tough student schedule, but I would love to have puppy playtime when i can! I treat animals with all the respect i can, and aim to create a tailored bond when I first meet an animal. I am always looking out for behaviors when i first meet a dog, assuring that I am presenting myself to this specific animal in a way that they feel comfortable with. There's never any rushing when it comes to building trust.

I've lost track of how many times Kristeen has looked after my cat now, but she had been an excellent cat sitter every time! We always come back to a well cared for cat and she sends an update and pictures at every visit. I would heartily recommend her to everyone. Our cat can be skittish but Kristeen always wins her over! We will book with her whenever we go away if at all possible.
Níamh was fantastic at looking after Izzy and Winston whilst I was away. I could tell from the pictures that they really enjoyed her visits, and she updated me thoroughly every time. I would definitely use Níamh again in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter. The house was also immaculate - and I know that the cats can make a mess when I’m out even for a short time so that was so so appreciated when coming home! Thanks again Niamh!! X

Both cats took to Keli right away (one tends to hide from visitors) and were very content when I got home. All care instructions followed and I could see from the pictures provided that the cats were very happy during the visits. The updates provided were very much appreciated. Thank you for looking after them so well!!

Taisa was absolutely wonderful looking after Elio over several days during our busy summer holidays. Her communication was fantastic throughout, and we loved receiving all the photos and videos. It was so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable he was. It was obvious that Taisa really took the time to build a lovely relationship with Elio, and he clearly adored having her visit. We came home to a very happy, calm and content cat, which says everything! We felt completely at ease knowing he was being so well cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taisa and would be delighted to have her look after Elio again. Thank you so much!
