“Coming back to Lucy over and over again. She's just marvellous with my kitties and deals with Otis and his asthma brilliantly. Came home after 10 days away to two very happy and relaxed cats 🫶 couldn't ask for more!”

“Isabelle helped us very last minute with our reactive dog and we couldn’t have asked for any better! She came round to meet our dog multiple times before dog sitting to ensure he was comfortable with her and then sent lots of updates when we were away. Our dog took to Isabelle very well and it was clear she had a lot of care for him. We can’t thank you enough!”

About: Whether it's feeding, walks, playtime, cuddles, or sticking to their usual routine, I will treat your pets with the same care and respect as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I am currently a grad student, so I have plenty of time to look after your fur babies, and I provide all necessary care required I understand that pets can feel anxious when their owners are away, so I take a calm, patient, and caring approach to help them feel comfortable and secure.
“Danielle looked after my puppy who had the best time with her! I loved receiving the many pictures and videos from Danielle playing with my Lola and felt such relief knowing she was in such great hands! Danielle had great communication with me throughout her time caring for my puppy and I was so glad to feel as calm as I did when she was with my pup! Would definitely recommend Danielle to others and will be booking again. Thank you!”

“Cameron took care of Raggie for 4 consecutive days. He took him for a walk and made sure he ate his food. He was efficient and considerate and sent lots of detailed reports and photos! Raggie loved him! I was especially concerned because Raggie is reactive with male dogs sometimes, but everything went really smoothly. Thank you, Cameron!”

“Robyn was great with my two cats while I was away! She was very consistent and reliable and I looked forward to receiving her thorough updates every day. I'd highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Gemma has been checking in on Tootsie for the past few weeks when I've been out at work. Tootsie is well looked after, and the updates Gemma sends are thorough, photos are funny too. Already have Gemma booked again for this month. Highly recommend”

About: Currently on a sabbatical while I work on a book, and have plenty of time to visit and spend with your loved ones, taking lots of photos to assure you they are being well looked after! I have plenty of experience and patience, and I'm happy to sit and wait for a cat to become comfortable with me, treats to offer, scratches and pets available on demand

About: My family have adopted a lot of animals in my life so I am used to animals with different temperaments. I've looked after chickens, ducks, cats, dogs and horses. I did dog grooming for a month so I'm used to taking care of grooming. I went to university to do a veterinary bioscience degree so I know about things to look out for. I am happy to go into more details if you message me. :) I volunteer twice a week and go to university so I have plenty of time to look after your beloved pets. I have my own cat so I am used to their unique personalities. I currently live in a 2 bedroom flat with my flatmate and I don't own a car. However I will look at the ways I can get to your home by public transport before accepting persisting requests to not waste your time. My cat is quite picky with food and toys so I will do my best to treat your animals like I treat mine full of love and making sure their stomachs are full.

About: I have worked with cats and dogs at an animal rescue in North Carolina for the past two years, giving me the chance to learn how to approach a variety of temperaments, breeds, ages and sizes. Additionally, I received training in administering various medications. In addition to rescue work, I have my own rescued German Shepherd mix who has joined me in a variety of adventures for the last six years. Before him, I had a lovely orange tabby that was an expert mouser who patrolled my home for 13 years before she crossed the rainbow bridge. Currently I have flexible time offering me the chance to provide a more varied schedule of care. Mornings and evenings are generally free, and with enough notice I am also available for weekend care. I am able to tailor care to the individual animal, be it crating if needed or leaving them free-roaming. In my home, my dog was able to be left free-roaming after plenty of time dedicated to training, and the cat had free reign of indoors and outdoors.

About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was a wee guy. I’ve also owned several throughout my life. I’m good with training and I’m quite strong so can easily handle dogs. Also got experience with my aunts senior dog and know they may need medicine and a bit extra help. Currently working from home so plenty of time on my hands. I enjoy the outdoors so figured this would be the best way to spend my extra free time. I’ve got a big back garden, lots of space, I’m happy having pets up on my bed or on the sofa but also know how important it is to keep routine so I’ll go with your instructions and keep that going.
“Jokha was lovely and very patient with Indy, even when she was on her worst behaviour. She wasn't phased by her jumping and barking at all. I think she will do very well once Indy gets used to her and calms down.”

About: What Sets Me Apart With over 46 years of dedicated experience as a trusted pet sitter for friends and family, I offer a level of care that goes far beyond basic pet sitting. My extensive background is backed by professional certifications in pet first aid and advanced dog training, as well as comprehensive course in professional dog walking. This unique combination of hands-on experience and formal training allows me to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for your beloved companion. I specialise in providing tailored care for playful puppies. My true passion and expertise, however, lie in working with anxious, nervous, or fear-based reactive dogs, particularly guardian breeds. I approach every dog with a calm, caring, and nurturing demeanor, creating a sense of trust and security that allows even the most sensitive dogs to relax and thrive in my care. My commitment to transforming dogs' lives is best illustrated by a recent case study. I undertook a six-month board-and-train program with a reactive dog who had a history of biting and was at risk of being euthanised. Through patient and skilled intervention, we successfully rehabilitated her, and she is now back with her loving owner, who credits our work with saving her life. While this intensive program is not a typical service, it demonstrates the depth of my dedication and my ability to handle even the most challenging situations with compassion and expertise. When you entrust your pet to my care, you can be confident they are in the hands of a true professional who is deeply committed to their well-being. My life revolves around dogs, and my schedule is a testament to that commitment. As I am deeply invested in continuously advancing my skills, I am currently enrolled in a professional dog training mentorship program. This involves scheduled calls with my mentor three times a week, which makes my weekdays the primary time for providing dedicated, one-on-one care for your pet. My weekends are dedicated to hands-on training with my own dogs, a practice that not only sharpens my skills but also ensures I am always bringing the most current and effective techniques to the pets I care for. This routine allows me to offer consistent, focused attention to your dog during the week, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and companionship. Therefore, my availability is primarily on weekdays, and I am not available for weekend services. To ensure your pet's utmost comfort and to maintain a consistent routine, I provide all my pet care services exclusively within your own home. This approach allows your pet to remain in their familiar environment, surrounded by their own scents, toys, and comforts, which significantly reduces stress and anxiety while you are away. Currently, I am unable to host pets in my own home as I reside in a rented property where I do not have permission to board other animals. By offering in-home pet sitting, I can give my full attention to your pet in the space where they feel most secure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone.
About: With 10 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to pet care. What sets me apart from other caregivers is my lifelong exposure to animals. Since I can remember, I've been raised with pets, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of their needs and behavior. This experience ensures that I can provide attentive and compassionate care to all pets, ensuring their well-being and happiness while under my supervision. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to accommodate pet care seamlessly into my daily or weekly routine. Whether it's feeding, walking, or spending quality time with pets, I can adjust my schedule to meet their needs effectively. In my home or at the pet owner's house, safety and trust are my top priorities. Depending on the service offered, I ensure pets are in a secure environment where they feel comfortable and loved. With my boyfriend and me both being raised with animals, our home is a safe space where pets receive the care and attention they deserve.
About: Hey! I'm Shauna. I've had animals all my life, from dogs and cats to birds and rodents. I'm fascinated by wildlife and the small creatures of our planet. Growing up I would collect insects, make an enclosure and watch them for days in my room, as well as attempting to save poor little song birds that had often been injured by larger birds or cats. My realisation for my love for animals came when I'd help out at my local stables with the horses from a very young age. I'd help brush, bathe and ride them for a walk, and from then my passion grew like wild ivy. I loved the responsibility of walking and training my dogs, and I would also walk friends and neighbours dogs in my spare time. In 2019 I began volunteering as a veterinary care assistant where I learned valuable knowledge and skills which furthered my passion of caring for animals, and after two years of dedicated unpaid work I was finally officially employed as a veterinary care assistant. I spent some years in this role but some life circumstances sent me on another journey to work in a pet shop, and finally a doggy daycare. I love working in the daycare, I'm very dedicated to all of our pups and love to make sure they have a great day. But I feel my time with them is never enough, so I've chosen to do walking and dog sitting during my time off. My whole existence centres around dogs and I can't imagine a better time spent with any other being! I currently work in a doggy daycare, 4 out of 7 days. I am able to provide my services from 7pm weekdays, and have full availability Saturday, Sunday and Monday. You're welcome to create a schedule as I prefer to have a clean cut routine. In general, dogs will be walked 2x a day, though I am happy to offer 3x as I always recommend 3 walks for dogs. I will never give treats unless you say it is ok, as I know how important it can be to follow a strict diet for some dogs. I always encourage play with dogs but please know I won't push boundaries if the dog is not interested. I know we all love to see our babies playing but sometimes it just isn't for them and that's okay. Your dog will always be kept on the lead, unless there is a specific enclosed park that your dog is familiar with, and you and I are both confident in your dogs recall.

In terms of my experience, I have 11 years of experience having grown up with dogs. I always loved taking care of them and going on fun adventure walks. This has developed over the last 3-4 years to a passion for working and training dogs. I have a passion for training dogs off lead and obedience as well has having fun and teaching them new tricks. I live centrally (G1 postcode), Glasgow Green is close by but I like to mix up each walk to keep their journeys as fun and adventurous each time. I have a flexible job working from home, but my main priority will be your dog’s needs taking them on fun adventures, snuggles on the couch and always in the mood for any playtime fun and games when boarding over night I have a fenced secure area on the landing of my flat where your dog can go for smelling adventures and toilet breaks. I also have a dog named Bailey, she is the friendliest cockapoo, she gets on with all dogs, all breeds of all ages so your dog will have some company. I have extra beds and crates for your furry friend to make they're stay feel right at home.
About: I’ve housesit plently for family, looking after their pets and animals too. (Dogs, cats, horses, chickens). Everyone in my family has dogs and I’ve been around them all my life. I also have experience from volunteering in Dog shelters in Bulgaria, Portugal & Spain, which I have great memories from. (Bansko street dogs, ARA, SOS cantalobos) At the moment I’m moving around a lot so when I’m in the area it’d be great to do either check ins on your dogs or to help out walking them :) I’m very respectful of your environment and pets, I will always seek as clear communication as possible to ensure we’re on the same page about everything.
Glasgow pet owners share their Rover experiences
Emma took fantastic care of my Sasha while I was away. She sent regular updates and photos, and it was so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable my cat was with her. Emma is friendly, caring, and clearly loves animals. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive cat sitter. I'll definitely be booking Emma again in the future! Thank you so much 😊

Amy took great care of my two cats while I was away and I came home to two very happy pets. She kept me updated, which gave me real peace of mind, and it was clear they were well looked after. The flat was clean and tidy when I returned, and everything was exactly as I had left it. I would happily ask Amy to look after my cats again and would definitely recommend her to other pet owners.

Julianna is a great cat sitter. She is easy to communicate with and my cat has really bonded with her over the visits she has had with him. She always takes time to pet and play with him and makes sure he has food and water. She has also helped with watering plants and things that have come up in the flat which is great.
Absolutely thrilled with the care Emma gave to our cat Ronnie. I was quite anxious about leaving him after a recent big tooth extraction but Emma was so great; she was reliable, communicative and, judging by the pics she sent, Ronnie was a big fan! Will 100% be booking her again. Couldn’t be more grateful.

I cannot recommend Hanna highly enough! She took exceptional care of my cat and hamster, Lizi and Doudou. Hanna was incredibly conscientious, reliable, and thoughtful. She kept me updated every time with lovely photos and messages, which reassured me that Lizi was comfortable, happy, and receiving lots of attention. It was obvious that Hanna genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. Lizi, Doudou, and I are all very grateful. I would highly recommend Hanna to anyone looking for a dedicated pet sitter!

Absolutely brilliant experience with Laura. From the initial response to msgs, to meeting her and then been constantly kept updated on the cat while we were on holiday. Would highly recommend and will definitely use Laura’s services again! So glad we have found her!
