About: I have two spaniels at home, one spaniel lurcher cross and one poddle springer, so I have experience with bouncy high energy dogs. both dogs need alot of walking and attension which i'm more than happy to provide. When at home in the highlands I enjoy talking them on long walks to the beach and across the hill to give them time to run around. As a child I had two cats growing up and loved looking after them. Here in Glasgow I looked after two very lovely cats and I'm very accustomed to earning trust and respect from them as all cat owners will know. I have lots of free time as a student so I'm offering walking services during the week days and boarding across weekends and through the week. I have a closed shared garden with lots of space to run around, There are two other dogs in the block of flats that are very friendly and dont often play in the garden. I live 2 minuets away from the botanic gardens and 10 minuets away from the canal so have lots of access to longer walks. My home is pet free with me and my flatmate who live here full time so any pets in my care will not be left alone. Its a calm quite area with little outside noise perfect for pets that need a little bit of peace and quiete.

About: I have helped care for dogs since a young age. I grew up with a golden retriever and was the key walker in the household. I helped raise my brother’s cocker spaniel puppy (Ralphie AKA the light of our lives) from 10 weeks old and I am very confident in training young pets. I am a very active person and I love going on long walks, ideal for giving your pooch a great workout! I have been responsible for caring for numerous family members dogs, house-sitting overnight in most cases. I am a freelance videographer with my own business. I love to get out into nature first thing in the morning and would love a doggy to join me. My work is very flexible with the majority of my time spent working from my desk. I typically have responsibilities away from the home booked at least 1 month in advance. I am confident in training young puppies, having experience toilet training and walk training from 10 weeks old. I’m confident in playing with dogs safely and very respectful of others when out walking in public. I am a very trustworthy and mature individual, confident in handling issues or emergencies quickly if they arise.

About: I’ve always had an affinity with animals, predominantly cats and dogs. Currently have a 3 year old patterdale terrier I’ve trained myself. She’s super sociable and great with anxious dogs. I’m currently working part time from home and have time to look after more animals. Already I am out and about often with my own pup who is quite the adventurer. Happy to spend some time looking after more pets. I will treat your pet as I would my own, they will have space if they want to chill on their own or are more than welcome to hang out together.

About: For the last few months, my housemate and I have taken in friends' dogs to stay for a few nights and we've LOVED it. One of my best friends does rover too and he always invites me round when he's looking after dogs so we can go on walks together. I've walked big dogs (biggest was a greyhound) and wee ones on parks, round the neighbourhood and out and about in the hills. I live around really good walk spots: the canal, the river, kelvingrove, ruchill park, botanics. When the dogs stay for just the night I'll take them for a wee walk in the evening and then a big walk in the morning. I've also gone over to other people's flats to mind their pets for a bit, so I figured might as well sign up here! Xx At the moment, I get every Wednesday off and two weekends a month. As such, I can always take the pets the Tuesday evening or Wednesday for the full day. Same goes for the weekends, when I'm off I'll be able to look after your pets for the full day and take them on my walks I normally go on anyways. We've got wooden floors with rugs, and one of the rooms is carpeted. The pets are allowed in all the spaces (two bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge), and they've all got their own favourite place to hang. I live on the first floor of a tennements. We've got a fenced garden at the back, and the close also has a fenced area. It's me and my housemate in the flat, and for days in we'd both be looking after your pets. In the past I've taken dogs to Ruchill park, Kelvingrove, along the canal, the river and the botanics. Some dogs I'll let off lead if there's enough space (ie queens park) and if I know their recall is good. Though I normally err on the side of caution and keep them on lead unless I'm absolutely positive. For food I just follow whatever the owner tells me! We keep a waterbowl on the kitche floor permanently, and add the food when appropriate. I've gotten wee doggy muffins at a cafe before knowing the wee one could have it.

About: As a veterinary bioscience student with hands-on vet work experience, I understand animal health and behaviour, as well as having extensive dog walking and sitting experience including helping to look after a litter of Labrador puppies and walking reactive dogs. I am currently at university, but pet care fits very well into my routine I am available most afternoons and evenings for dog walking and sitting, additionally my lighter uni days allow for more flexibility. I prioritise safety, routine, and calm handling in both my home and owners’ homes. I’m experienced walking reactive dogs, using controlled environments, secure leads, and positive reinforcement. I carefully follow owner instructions, maintain clean, pet-safe spaces, and ensure dogs feel comfortable, exercised, and stress-free. About: I’ve always been a dog lover and grew up surrounded by a variety of breeds. After graduating from university, I decided to start looking after dogs, as it felt like a natural fit for my lifestyle. I already enjoy going on walks with friends, so incorporating dog walking into my routine made perfect sense. Alongside this, I have basic training experience from working with my family pet, which has given me a good foundation in handling and understanding dogs. I’m currently unemployed therefore have a lot of spare time to entertain and stimulate your pets. About: I have and will always love pets - I have 2 labradoodles at home in California who I lobbied my parents to get 10 years ago and miss every day. Pets make me feel happy and at ease and often animals who are wary of strangers warm up to me immediately. I would love to look after your pets and provide them some comfort while you’re away and they would give me the same comfort back. I work full time as a manager at Cail Bruich. I miss animals and would love to fill my free hours with them. I am off on Sundays and Mondays every week and am free for sitting, walking, check-ins, etc. The rest of the days of the week change and I can be available different times for walks and check ins depending on my schedule and your needs. About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I am experienced with large dog breeds mostly and happy to assist with training if needed. I currently work from home full time and will be on maternity leave for 12 months from December so will have a flexible schedule to fit many needs I have a fenced garden with artificial grass, stones and paved area. About: I grew up surrounded by animals, with my family having a dog and a cat for my entire childhood, and my grandfather having 5 dogs. Not only have I had experience caring for and loving animals within the home, but I have also regularly volunteered at animal shelters. This gave me experience with a range of animals with different needs and personalities. My responsibilities at the shelters included feeding, bathing and walking the dogs, as well as interacting with potential adopters. Many of the animals I worked with at the shelters had faced abuse in the past, meaning I had to approach each animal with empathy and care, watching out for stress signals and discomfort. I have cared for dogs ranging from puppies to seniors, and I have fostered newborn kittens, having to stay up to feed them every two hours. Feeling like I am making a difference for these animals and truly caring for them is something I find extremely rewarding, and I plan to continue to surround myself with animals for the rest of my life. I’m currently on the hunt for a full-time job, making this my main daily activity. I therefore have plenty of time to care for your pet! I am available for boarding weekdays and weekends, starting at whatever time suits you. I live in a flat, meaning I do not have access to a garden, but the area surrounding my flat is perfect for walks, being outside the busier areas and very close to a park. There is a patch of grass right next to my building, allowing easy access for toilet breaks whenever your pet needs to go. I live in a pet-friendly building full of animal lovers, so if your pet loves attention they will get plenty of it if they stay with me.

About: I've grew up with dogs we had two one was a Germany Shepherd and a Australian sheepdog. I enjoy spending time with dog and getting to know them. I am free most of the week I am a agency working so I can make my schedule pretty flexible if I need to as long as I get a heads up I have a fance in yard my house is in a nice and quiet area of the city. There's lots of space in doors and out for your pet

About: Growing up I have always had dogs as pets of all different kinds and sizes, from puppies to older dogs and also rescue dogs. My family all love animals so I’ve always helped look after their pets if they were away on holiday. I’ve potty trained many of my pets and even taught them some little tricks like sit, paw and roll over. I also ran a dog walking service as part of my volunteering in highschool so I have experience looking after dogs in all kinds of environments For now I don’t have any commitments so I am free to look after pets at any time and I don’t have any upcoming holidays booked. But at the end of September I will be starting university again and will need to be working around my timetable. I have a fenced garden and also a big space of grass out front of my house where all the pet owners of the area walk their dogs. I also have a small dog that is super friendly and loves a bit of company. I live in a quiet area so for more sensitive pets this is ideal.
