About: I have taken care of animals for most of my life, whether that be my own animals or someone else’s. I currently have 3 cats and a dog. I am 20 years old and currently studying at the dundee university full time but i am looking to make some extra income over the summer while im back in glasgow to help me through my studies! I have a 4-year-old formerly anxious dog, Lolly, and over the last four years I’ve spent a lot of time learning how to help her feel safe, comfortable, and confident. Through this experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of dog body language, positive reinforcement training, and how important it is to move at their pace. I know every dog is different, especially those who are nervous or sensitive, and I’m always happy to work with your dog’s individual needs and routines to help them feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible during their stay. I also hold a current dog first aid certificate. I have experience of dog sitting my friend’s sensitive pups and know how hard it is to find people to care for a sensitive dog (I’ve been there!) and want to offer support for my fellow sensitive dog guardian local community! I also live close by to some nice parks for walks if you are comfortable with this. I have a balcony with a pee patch for easy access for toilet breaks but there’s also green space around my building as well. My dog lolly is a very friendly, forgiving dog, who does not mind sharing toys, food or space but I will supervise and can separate if needed. But your pup will have some company and a play buddy if they are up for it! Pups are allowed on furniture, and I have many dog bed options so they can pick their spot. They will always have access to water and will always be on lead if I need to take them outside to use the toilet or on a walk. Happy to provide updates of your pup throughout the stay if this gives you peace of mind.

About: I’ve looked after ranges of dogs breeds from large to mini dogs. I also have extensive experience and knowledge relating to animals and how to care for them correctly through looking after animals when I was a teen. I am now a student at Glasgow Caledonian and looking to help look after any age of animal ( Senior or young pup), also I have experience in training young puppy’s. I currently only work one day a week. Therefore my day consists of waking up early in the morning to go and either go to the gym or go on a walk. Then home to have breakfast and read before beginning to get ready for the days activities. Pet care fits in well to my daily schedule as I am completely flexible due to working one day a week. Therefore can cater to the pets specific needs ❤️ I have a fenced garden that can be used to let dogs out to play. In a pet owners home I just pet the animals and keep them company in any way they find my presence comforting. Also taking animals out on walks regularly when they need to. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have always been very comfortable caring for different breeds and personalities. My partner and I have experience looking after family dogs and pets for others, particularly greyhounds, poodle mixes, chihuahuas, and terriers. I’m confident with walks, feeding routines, playtime, and making sure dogs feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while in my company. My partner and I mainly work from home, we go for morning, lunch time and evening walks that a dog can perfectly fit into. One of us will always be home with the dog. We have a basement flat with direct access to a private garden with plenty of grass that is completely walled off and has a locked gate at all times. Our garden is well maintained and clean. There are no other dogs in the block that would disturb your dog if they are nervous around other animals.

About: They say to never work with children or animals but I want to do both! In between my shifts as Children’s Nurse, I am available to look after your pooches either in my house with my own female (spayed) dog or within your own home. From sassy terriers to my own large breed dog, I’m used to spending time with dogs of all sizes, breeds and personalities. Through my most recent dog Mabel, I have needed to learn about trigger stacking, impulse control and reading canine body language in order to optimise her wellbeing. Now I am hoping I can do that to help me care for your dogs! Due to my own dog being a working breed, I am always out walking and used to being active so you can be guaranteed that your dog will have walks amended to their needs! Through my main job as a nurse, I am used to being patient, compassionate and soft in order to make those in my care, feel at ease. It also means bodily fluids do not bother me and I am happy to administer medications and provide basic medical if needed. I currently work 3x shifts through the week so often have a few days off together either mid week or at the weekend. This allows me to have more flexibility then most and I am also available for mid week toilet breaks or dog walking. If a dog is staying in my own home, they MUST be ok with other dogs, everyone’s safety is paramount. Otherwise, my home is there home! It’s a very dog friendly home, so everyone’s allowed on the couch/bed to snuggle up! There’s also other rooms/beds for those dogs who prefer their own space. Happy to house sit within the local area.

For dog boarding I can provide breaks for playing and going outside every 2-4 hours :) When I come to your home, I will be patient whilst your pet gets to know me and do everything I can to create a comfortable and trusting environment for them. For boarding, we have a fenced garden and front garden as well as direct access to both.
About: I have dog walked, dog and cat sat, and trained throughout my childhood and teenage years, and used that experience last year to work for a local company in my home town to walk and pet sit for pets of all kinds (cats, dogs of all sizes, and even birds). About: With my Dad who races pigeons and an Auntie who rescues dogs and used to volunteer with The Dog's Trust, I am one of the lucky ones who has grown up around animals their entire life. We kept budgies and rabbits, a dog and a cat. I had neighbours who asked me to look after their guinea pig, and another who asked me to look after their Yorkshire Terrier, I have wide experience with different animals and on different terms, including overnight stays and daily meal time visits, or just as a companion for a few hours. My boyfriend is always catching me talking to various dogs and our cats when we are out on walks. I'm currently working from home as a freelance photographer which gives me a pretty flexible weekly routine. I live close to a number of parks for walks, but also close to public transport for home visits.I As previously mentioned, I have been entrusted with things like staying overnight to look after a friend's cats, dropping by to check in with pet wellbeing and keeping them company for a few hours and dishing up meal time. About: Hi, we're Kathryn and John. We are a couple living in Glasgow with our 2 pets, a cat and a dog. Kathryn has grown up around dogs and has had a few in my life so far. John has had cats for years and we are both big animal lovers. We currently have a 2 year old Goldendoodle named Luna who will be friends with literally anyone who looks at her lol. If your dog is friendly and would like to have a companion on their walk, Luna will happily tag along. If your dog is not so keen on other dogs, Luna is perfectly happy sitting at home on her own for an hour or two so she won't be offended lol. We have trained our own dog to be very well behaved on walks and are more than happy to follow any rules or specific training you have with your dogs to keep them safe and happy throughout their walks. Kathryn is in a wheelchair with a sturdy leash attached for our own dog, so John will be the one who will collect your dog for their walk if there are any stairs involved. Neither of us work so we are free pretty much 24/7. Our daily routine includes taking our own dog for 2-3 walks a day and standard daily household chores. On Wednesday evenings, John is playing away from 5:30pm-8pm. On Thursday evenings, Kathryn is away from 5pm-9pm. On Friday evenings, John is away from 4-7pm. These are the only times where it would be one of us walking your dog is required. Any other time, there will be 2 of us (3 if Luna is allowed to join lol) We do not offer boarding in our home due to us having a cat as well who will not be friendly with strange dogs in the house.

About: I have taken care of animals for most of my life, whether that be my own animals or someone else’s. I currently have 3 cats and a dog. I am 20 years old and currently studying at the dundee university full time but i am looking to make some extra income over the summer while im back in glasgow to help me through my studies! My dog lolly is a very friendly, forgiving dog, who does not mind sharing toys, food or space but I will supervise and can separate if needed. But your pup will have some company and a play buddy if they are up for it! Pups are allowed on furniture, and I have many dog bed options so they can pick their spot. They will always have access to water and will always be on lead if I need to take them outside to use the toilet or on a walk. About: I’ve looked after ranges of dogs breeds from large to mini dogs. I also have extensive experience and knowledge relating to animals and how to care for them correctly through looking after animals when I was a teen. I am now a student at Glasgow Caledonian and looking to help look after any age of animal ( Senior or young pup), also I have experience in training young puppy’s. I currently only work one day a week. Therefore my day consists of waking up early in the morning to go and either go to the gym or go on a walk. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have always been very comfortable caring for different breeds and personalities. My partner and I have experience looking after family dogs and pets for others, particularly greyhounds, poodle mixes, chihuahuas, and terriers. I’m confident with walks, feeding routines, playtime, and making sure dogs feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while in my company. My partner and I mainly work from home, we go for morning, lunch time and evening walks that a dog can perfectly fit into. One of us will always be home with the dog. We have a basement flat with direct access to a private garden with plenty of grass that is completely walled off and has a locked gate at all times. Our garden is well maintained and clean. There are no other dogs in the block that would disturb your dog if they are nervous around other animals.

About: They say to never work with children or animals but I want to do both! In between my shifts as Children’s Nurse, I am available to look after your pooches either in my house with my own female (spayed) dog or within your own home. From sassy terriers to my own large breed dog, I’m used to spending time with dogs of all sizes, breeds and personalities. Through my most recent dog Mabel, I have needed to learn about trigger stacking, impulse control and reading canine body language in order to optimise her wellbeing. Now I am hoping I can do that to help me care for your dogs! Due to my own dog being a working breed, I am always out walking and used to being active so you can be guaranteed that your dog will have walks amended to their needs! Through my main job as a nurse, I am used to being patient, compassionate and soft in order to make those in my care, feel at ease. It also means bodily fluids do not bother me and I am happy to administer medications and provide basic medical if needed. I currently work 3x shifts through the week so often have a few days off together either mid week or at the weekend. This allows me to have more flexibility then most and I am also available for mid week toilet breaks or dog walking. If a dog is staying in my own home, they MUST be ok with other dogs, everyone’s safety is paramount. Otherwise, my home is there home! It’s a very dog friendly home, so everyone’s allowed on the couch/bed to snuggle up! There’s also other rooms/beds for those dogs who prefer their own space. Happy to house sit within the local area.

About: I've been house and pet sitting for the last few years looking after dogs, cats and the odd rabbit in all shapes, sizes and ages. I have looked after dogs ranging from a small and elderly, though still sprightly, Bichon to a young large and boisterous Visla and enjoyed discovering new breeds little quirks. I know that following a dogs well established routine ensures a more comfortable transition from their humans to the unknown friend that will be hanging out with them. I work part time jobs through agencies where I can pick and choose my own schedule leaving me plenty of time to be flexible with pet care. This allows me to cover both weekdays and weekends. I am able to care for pets in their own home and have regularly done so happy to take them for walks to local parks and dog walking routes.
