About: I've owned dogs and a variety of pets all my life. I completed my Animal Care qualification and also worked in a vets, giving me the knowledge to handle most situations calmly and confidently. I have 2 dogs of my own and regularly pet sit for neighbours, family and friends. I'm caring, compassionate and reliable - your pet will be treated exactly like one of my own. I'm currently working part time in home care, so my hours vary week to week, but I have good flexibility during the day and can often fit in visits between shifts. I'm available for daily drop-ins, garden breaks, feeding visits and short walks for all dogs, including early mornings, afternoons and some weekends depending on my schedule that week. I visit pets in their own home so they stay in a familiar, comfortable environment with their normal routine. I'll follow your instructions for feeding, garden access and general care, and I'm happy to take dogs of any size out for a short walk on the lead. I always make sure I've got a secure hold and a good feel for a dog's walking style before we set off, so you can be confident your pet is safe with me.

About: Owner of a rescue Lurcher puppy! I understand the importance of meeting a high energy dog’s needs- especially boisterous puppies like my Ozzy. I am well experienced in dog sitting, drop ins, and walking, having done this type of work since a young age, but more consistently in the last four years. I have also done dog/house sitting for THS in various locations from London to South Carolina USA. I am currently 5 months into an intensive training regime with my own rescue puppy and feel from this I have developed a unique set of skills that I would love to use to help other dog owners who perhaps are in a similar situation as me. Because of this, I am open to caring for various dogs- if we are the right match! Does your dog require special handling? I’m experienced with behaviours like reactivity and resource guarding, so don’t worry about this being an “issue”. I am very big on dog training, so more than happy to incorporate what I know into my appointments, and/or continue with any training owners currently have, especially with loose leash walking, impulse control, and recall. I attend 1-2-1 training classes with my own puppy on a monthly basis, and feel like advice and training tips I learn at my lessons can be highly transferable. As an owner of a puppy, pet care is a massive part of my every day. Dogs love predictability & structure and this is very important for their nervous systems. I’m happy to help integrate with your dogs routine where possible! My expertise when it comes to pet care is definitely dog walking. As an owner of a rescue pup every dog walk is a training session. It’s never just a quick walk around the neighbourhood for me. Every walk is an opportunity for dogs to learn about the world around them, and how to behave on lead. This type of practise consists of loose leash walking, heel walking, and trigger disengagement practice- which is especially important if you have a reactive dog, or a dog with a high prey drive. This helps to engage the dogs brain, mentally stimulating them whilst on walks, whilst simultaneously practicing obedience and neutrality. I like to use a long line style lead (not a big fan of retractables) paired with either a collar or harness. If your dog has special equipment or requirements like a harness or muzzle for example, I am happy to continue with whichever method you are using. Consistency is key!

About: I have over 12 years of hands-on experience caring for my family's dog, who was a cherished member of our household. Throughout those years, I was involved in every aspect of their care, including feeding, walking, grooming, administering medication when needed, attending veterinary appointments, and providing daily companionship and attention. This long-term experience taught me patience, responsibility, and how to recognize and respond to a dog's physical and emotional needs. Our beloved dog fudge recently passed away, and while it has been a difficult loss, the experience has deepened my appreciation for the bond between people and animals and strengthened my passion for caring for dogs. About: I have had pets throughout my life and they are a huge part of my family. I live alone with a dog (5 years old) and cat (15 years old), so I know how important it is for them to be well looked after if you’re unable to. I often pet sit for family and friends and I’ve really enjoyed doing this over the years. I work four days a week and commit to helping Wednesday at any time and then I work flexibly and so can support other days as well. I have my own cat and dog so cannot stay at other people’s houses however I am happy to check in or take dogs out for a good walk. During weekends I am available all day and can support to ensure that your pets are well looked after if you’re unable to. I am a strong believer in treating my animals with love and affection whilst ensuring they are properly trained. I have also sat for my aunt's young dog Lottie, and my friend's two cats and their newborn kittens. I have also cared for a senior dog, Basil. At 15 years old he needed to be fed, walked, medicated, bathed, and was given plenty of cuddles and comfort. If you have smaller pets such as hamsters, fish, etc. I can drop in to feed them. I have a few years experience taking care of my own guinea pigs. I am available weekdays from 5pm onwards to walk dogs or pop in quickly to feed any pets. Friday nights may be more flexible, contact me to discuss pet sitting. On weekends, I'm available all day Saturday and Sunday for any pet sitting or dog walking needs! :) I am happy to learn about the safety rules put in place for each individual home and/or as is required for each and every pet.

About: I've always loved animals- I used to walk neighbours dogs when I was a child but was never allowed one so when I was an adult I finally got two dogs of my own who are my entire world. I run multiple businesses but they are doing well so I now have some extra time on my hands so would love to spend it around animals. I know how difficult it is to trust someone to care for your animals the way you do. DBS checked. I'm currently really flexible as I run my own businesses from a laptop. I can work around any schedule your pet needs (mornings, lunchtimes, evenings and weekends). I am DBS checked (having done some voluntary work with the elderly previously) and am happy to have some free meet and greets before undertaking any pet care- I completely understand you need to be sure I am the right person to take care of your pet.

About: I have a keen interest in dog training and behaviour. Dog lover with a lot of patience. I have a cocker at home who would be helping with the sitting service. I work 7 days out of 14 so have a lot of available time to work around. Days available every week Sunday Monday Wednesday and every second Thursday available. I have an enclosed back garden and live on the edge of airdrie with lots of open fields if allowed off lead. Also have 3 crates, 1 being used with my own, which are available for use if needed/requested. Dogs will be allowed on furniture and walked throughout day. My back garden gets no sun after 2pm so is nice and cool for dogs on sunnier days.

About: Grown up with dogs all my life, with dogs of all shapes and sizes throughout my life. I now also have my own very energetic Beagle/Foxhound, which also means that your dog would have to be okay with other dogs. I have a car, so can pick up/drop off your dog(s) within a reasonable area. I have a secure private fenced garden and I live near Drumpellier Country Park, and have lots of green spaces nearby my house so can walk you dogs in places they'll find very exciting! Currently available all day and night during the week, but I am busy on the weekends. I take my dog on runs occasionally so you can happy knowing your dog will be tired after spending the day with me! I have a secure fenced garden where your dogs can play with my dog! I have plenty of toys and treats in my house also.
