About: Not had my own dogs before but have looked after friends previously. Happy to do multiple big walks a day as required and even runs if they like that! I currently work doing workshops in schools which is mostly term time and during the day. Some days there isn’t any work in a school and just working from home one or two days a week I have a large grassy garden for a pet to run around in which is secure. My fiancé and I also regularly take walks in the week and larger walks on the weekend and do love to hike so if your pet enjoys big long walks we can happily get them bagging some munros!

About: I am well experienced in dog sitting, boarding, drop ins, and walking, having done this type of work since a young age, but more consistently in the last four years. I have also had the privilege of dog & house sitting for THS in various locations from London to South Carolina USA. I have extensive experience with rescue dogs who suffer with behavioural issues like resource guarding, aggression and reactivity. I have been on the receiving end of that “I just need a break” feeling and would love to use my skills and knowledge to help other dog owners who perhaps are in a similar situation. Don’t ever worry about this being an “issue”. Having so much experience with high prey drive dogs in the past I am also confident fitting muzzles, or continuing any ongoing muzzle training where required with a positive reinforcement approach. If your dog is pretty chill, lazy, placid or easy going- great! I’m open to help care for any dog regardless of their temperament, energy levels, training requirements, etc. I am very big on dog training, so more than happy to incorporate what I know into my appointments, and/or continue with any training owners currently have, for example, loose leash walking, cooperative care, impulse control, obedience and recall. Dogs love predictability & structure and this is very important for their nervous systems. I’m happy to help integrate with your dogs routine where possible! Boarding in my home: I have a fenced, fully secure back garden that any dog in my care will have access to. The kitchen looks out on to the garden, so I can keep a close eye on your fur baby at all times. If a dog is in my care they will never just be left alone to find their own fun- always in my line of sight and properly watched after. I also have a crate for anyone who would prefer their dogs to maintain their crate training routine. This can be especially helpful for any dogs who have a tendency to be destructive or pick up and eat things they shouldn’t around the house, which can pose potential safety concerns. I have a comprehensive understanding of dog body language, able to confidently tell if they are communicating signals of happiness, stress, excitement and warnings.

About: I have over 12 years of hands-on experience caring for my family's dog, who was a cherished member of our household. Throughout those years, I was involved in every aspect of their care, including feeding, walking, grooming, administering medication when needed, attending veterinary appointments, and providing daily companionship and attention. About: I’ve owned a west highland terrier for 11 years, I’ve trained her since she was a pup! I have also taken care of my step mums dogs too she has two small dogs, they absolutely love my scratches and get excited to see me every time. I’ve been told I’m a dog whisperer as doggies absolutely love me and I’m always the one at gathering in the corner with the dog. I love walking and do so daily and I love having a wee companion with me. I’m good with anxious dogs as I’ve helped a few dogs that have dealt with anxiety over the years. My little dog has had many illnesses and has allergies so I’m good with giving dogs medicine and helping with any problems and giving baths or helping with skin allergies, my dog also suffers from inflammatory bowel disease so I’m no stranger to upset tummies either. I currently work part time on the weekends and I’m currently studying at university but I am only in three days and only for a few hours or do online work so I would be able to fit dog walking or pet sitting into my schedule easily, I’m able to look after dogs or walk them at night on the weekends too if needed. I don’t currently offer pet sitting in my house but I do have my own dog that if your dog likes company I can bring in walks!

About: I've owned dogs and a variety of pets all my life. I completed my Animal Care qualification and also worked in a vets, giving me the knowledge to handle most situations calmly and confidently. I have 2 dogs of my own and regularly pet sit for neighbours, family and friends. I'm caring, compassionate and reliable - your pet will be treated exactly like one of my own. I'm currently working part time in home care, so my hours vary week to week, but I have good flexibility during the day and can often fit in visits between shifts. I'm available for daily drop-ins, garden breaks, feeding visits and short walks for all dogs, including early mornings, afternoons and some weekends depending on my schedule that week. I visit pets in their own home so they stay in a familiar, comfortable environment with their normal routine. About: Since I was little I’ve had a deep love for all animals. No matter the species or breed their presence makes me calm and fills me with joy. I’m a very caring individual with a deep love of nature. I have a beautiful cat who is 13 and I rescued Bertie two years ago. He is a German spitz mix. During toilet break visits I always spend time with the cat or dog as I don’t like to leave them unless the owner wishes. This is just to bond with them and give them some company before leaving. When dogs are in my home or staying I make sure that the dogs routine is similar to their home comforts. My children are around dogs daily and adore them. They are gentle, caring and understand boundaries. I provide updates, pictures and video calls for anyone who would like to check in with their beloved pooch. My garden has seven foot high fencing which is secure. No puppers have escaped which is reassuring and allows me to let them explore the garden if they like being outside. I live alone with a dog (5 years old) and cat (15 years old), so I know how important it is for them to be well looked after if you’re unable to. I often pet sit for family and friends and I’ve really enjoyed doing this over the years. I work four days a week and commit to helping Wednesday at any time and then I work flexibly and so can support other days as well. I have my own cat and dog so cannot stay at other people’s houses however I am happy to check in or take dogs out for a good walk.
