“Moira and Rhuraidh have taken amazing care of our little, sometimes anxious dachshund. He took some time to get used to the new environment, but they did everything in their power for him to relax and feel at home: playlng with specialized toys to relaxing dog music, everything was offered to our little one. And he did feel at home as we could see and feel from their daily update videos and photos! Also Nestor is very particular with his walks and how much exercise he can have and what he can eat and so on. Moira and Rhuraidh respected all these wishes and boundaries around his needs to the letter and he didn’t have any problems. They gave him his supplements diligently and took time to help him eat in the beginning when he was stressed due to the change in environment. Anxious dogs like having everything the same, all the time, so they need time to adapt. As said we really appreciated receiving regular updates about Nestor, pictures, videos and being asked for advice at every step. What can one want more than such a forthcoming dogsitter - they catered all his needs! We will definitely contact them again next time we go on a break. They are fantastic.”

About: I have sat for my friends cats for many years. One friend had two adult cats, one of which had two litters. I helped foster all kittens from both litters until they were old enough to be adopted. This included feeding, playing, ensuring they were socialised among other cats and children, getting exercise, and taking care of them while poorly. If you have smaller pets such as hamsters, fish, etc. I can drop in to feed them. I have a few years experience taking care of my own guinea pigs.

About: Grown up with dogs all my life, with dogs of all shapes and sizes throughout my life. I now also have my own very energetic Beagle/Foxhound, which also means that your dog would have to be okay with other dogs. I have a car, so can pick up/drop off your dog(s) within a reasonable area. I have a secure private fenced garden and I live near Drumpellier Country Park, and have lots of green spaces nearby my house so can walk you dogs in places they'll find very exciting! I started my career on an exotic referral and small animal practice, where I treated all kinds of exotic creatures, from parrots to marmoset monkeys. Although I was surrounded by various exotic species, my love for cats grew tenfold, and now I work in a practice that is considered 'cat friendly' (which just essentially means that we're able to give cats the time, space and respect that they deserve and treat them in a stress free environment. About: I have trained myself from a trainer whilst I was training my puppy, so I have strong foundation of puppy and dog care, I have been looking after my dog since more than a year now. I work remote, so I am available most of the day for pet care. I don't have a busy schedule and I am able to attend my dog every few hours and can give them a break every hour or two hours if needed. I can walk with pets once during day and once in the evening for 30-45 minutes. I hand feed my dog thrice a day when its dry food, when he eats wet food he still get small portions from me instead of just dumping food in bowl, so if your pet is a gobbler, you don't have to worry. We have a fenced garden and a fenced patio as well as gated drive. Our 1 year old Coco will be the company for your fur baby and we allow them on furniture, if needed we crate our dog and can crate yours too, we have a spare medium sized crate and a spare small sized crate if you don't have one handy.

I had a Jack Russell who was my best pal for 19 years.. my partners mum has two dogs one is a Australian Doodle and the other a Cockapoo. When I have dogs over they run about freely without any issues. Concerns over the garden can be addressed by keeping dogs on harness. I care for pets by being gentle, loving and fun! It’s all you need really. Feed and water when required. Regular walks and toilets whenever is required. In my home dogs are free to be as they wish. There are doors on every room and extra tall baby gates on the key rooms where your dogs and my ow pets will be staying - therefore a more secure set-up to prevent escapes and/ or any animals coming in to contact with each other. There are no young children in the home, and I have a secure outdoor garden with two 6-foot fences and two lockable gates. There is also a local roam-free park just 5 minutes away, where your dog(s) can enjoy off-lead exercise, as well as relaxed on-lead walks. A meet and greet will always be arranged beforehand, and I’m happy to offer collection and drop-off for your convenience, so your dog can enjoy their own little holiday too. Your dog will never be left alone (unless previously agreed) and will be part of the daily home routine, receiving plenty of attention, affection, and care. I tailor each stay to your dog’s individual personality and needs, whether that means lots of playtime, cuddles, or enjoyable walks. I provide exclusive 1-to-1 care, meaning your pet will be the only animal(s) from an outside household in my care at any one time. This ensures consistent supervision, attention, and comfort during their stay. My goal is to make your dog feel completely at home while giving you full peace of mind that they’re in a safe and caring environment. Unfortunately, I don’t offer home visits. I live in an upstairs flat with a shared outdoor stairway and pathway, and out of respect for my downstairs neighbours’ privacy I don’t have owners visit the property. I really appreciate your understanding. I’m hoping to move within the next 1–2 years, and once I do I’d be more than happy to welcome owners to visit beforehand. House Sitting; When house sitting, I care for your dog(s) or cat(s) in the comfort of their own home, helping them feel relaxed and secure in their familiar surroundings. They will receive the same level of care and attention as they would when boarding with me. My overnight house sitting rate covers up to 12 hours of care. Any additional time outside of this is classed as extended daytime care and will be charged accordingly. I am happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and any specific requirements to ensure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. This includes feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning bowls, walks and/or garden time, administering medication if required, plenty of play and affection. For safety, dogs are kept on a lead during walks unless in a secure, designated roam-free area. Off-lead walking may be considered once trust and a relationship have been built, or if your dog has reliable recall. I will keep you regularly updated with messages, photos, and videos, so you can feel reassured while your pet is in my care. I’m also happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand to ensure both you and your pet feel completely comfortable. The rate shown on my profile for house sitting is for the overnight service. If you wish for your pets to be cared for in your own home (daycare / night care but in your own home) - this can be booked under ‘house sitting’. Pets needing full-time supervision are very welcome. For bookings outside my local area or requiring travel over a certain amount of time, a small travel fee may apply to cover time and transport. Pet collection/drop-off can also be arranged - please message to discuss. Dog walking; I’m always happy to help where I can! My availability can vary during the spring and summer months due to occasional work commitments away from home. If you get in touch, I’m happy to share my upcoming availability and see how I can fit around your needs. During autumn and winter, I’m generally much more consistent and available for regular bookings. In spring and summer, I’m best suited for occasional, short-term, or emergency dog walking requests. Where key handovers are needed (Drop-in Visits etc), keys provided during the meet & greet, via lockbox, or posted through the letterbox after the service has been completed is free of charge. About: i’ve lived with dogs my full life, fully trained them myself from a young age constantly out with them using near by dogs parks to let them run wild and burn energy on agility courses. A short while ago i started walking and doing house sitting for some of my friends and family members who need that extra bit of help with their dog. Now i want to expand on this and be there to help everyone who needs it and create beautiful memories with every dog that’s in my care. Currently i’m part time in college so i have lots of free time to meet your pups needs. On days i’m in college I’m able to be there after 4pm if it’s needed. when looking after your dogs any information or rules you provide me will be followed firstly. when doing walks dogs will be on the leash at all times!. if your dog usually of leash i have an extremely long, light leash that i will clip onto your dogs collar/harness that i just let trail with them just incase any situation occur i am able to gain full control of your dog quickly and safely. On house visit i will make sure your dogs always has a full water bowl, is walked at least 2 a day, fed on the times you give me and all gate are locked and has a safe secure outdoor place to play. Any service i provide for your dog fun is a top goal. lastly i will keep you in the loop of how our day is going provided pictures and small updates of how our day is going.

About: I have had previous experiences training a family friend’s cocker spaniel puppy as well as taking them on walks. Within the past year I have also spent a lot of time with my partner’s border collie who I have happily walked and taken care of when needed. I am a full time medical student at university but I love to decompress with animals to get away from it. I am available for dog walking and pet sitting on weekends! About: I love dogs and puppies so much l find them adorable. I have a family dog at home who is called Tilly. I take Tilly for walks and I look after Tilly when my parents are away. I am happy to care of a dog in my own home, do daycare, or pop in and walk the dog. Pet care is part of my daily routine, with regular feeding, walks, and playtime with our family dog, Tilly. As I am home from University for the summer, I have time to help care for other people's pets. I would ensure the safety and comfort of any pet with constant supervision, a safe and large garden, and daily walks around a nature reserve at the end of our road. Both my parents (who are retired vets) are often available in case of an emergency.
