I have always lived in a household with dogs. When I was born my parents had Jimbob. A cocker spaniel who taught me how to treat senior dogs at a young age. After he passed we got Copper, a Brittany spaniel. I learned how to raise a puppy and learned how to train a dog. Then we rescued Brindy, a pitbull-heeler mix who was an anxious dog. I learned how to read her body language to keep her comfortable. Both of these dogs lived well into their senior years, and I took an active role in giving them medication and ensuring they had what they needed. My family then rescued Mayhem, a poodle terrier mix who is now eight. She was a very young puppy when we got her and so I learned what such a young dog needs. Along caring for and training these dogs, I pet sit for neighbors and family friends. These were dogs of all ages and cats of all ages. I know the nuances between dog breeds and understand the slight differences in needs.

I keep a notebook where I can record important phone numbers and addresses as well as important details about the animals and home. I can also send frequent and cute pet pics! I am a writer so I can start and stop my work as needed to pay attention to matters at hand.

Paige was super friendly, professional, caring and informative. I felt completely confident with Paige looking after Morris whilst away for a few days. She also showed the utmost care and respect to my home. Her report cards were very informative and she shared lots of lovely photos during her time too. I couldn’t recommend Paige highly enough!

Paige is AMAZING! She bonded with my cat Zaya instantly and took care of her as if she were her own. She followed every instruction, understood exactly what Zaya needed, and even managed to brush her — a miracle in itself. She looked after my flat beautifully too, spotting a problem with the electric toilet and fixing it right away. I loved the constant updates and photos; it made being away so much easier. Paige’s passion for animals is obvious, and her care goes above and beyond. I trust her completely and have already rebooked her. Truly an outstanding cat sitter and a wonderful person. This is the second time we’ve booked Paige to look after our cats, Luci and Lina, and once again she was absolutely fantastic. She’s incredibly reliable, communicates clearly, and always keeps us completely at ease while we’re away. The updates were thoughtful and reassuring, and we could tell the girls were relaxed and well cared for. It’s such a relief knowing they’re in safe, loving hands.
We had a fantastic experience with Paige. She took great care of our two cats and kept us fully at ease while we were away. Communication was excellent throughout, and she sent plenty of photos so we always knew they were happy and relaxed. We had to stay longer away and she accommodated the request. We came home to two very content cats and everything in perfect order. Highly recommended, we’d happily book with her again.

Schedule
I work part time, usually one to three times a week. I'm done by 3pm on those days. However my work is very sporadic for days so I will mark the days I am scheduled. I don't mind house sitting on those days, but I will be out of the house for anywhere from 5-7 hours.

- I'd like to know if there are any commands or habits you're working on building. I'd also like to know about treats, what is allowed and what isn't and if there are any allergies. If I don't know this information I do err on the side of caution and won't give treats. I have had animals with strict dietary restrictions and so I know how important a controlled diet can be. Also if your dog is cautious or vocal towards other dogs just so I know how to handle passing other pets.
