Previous cat owner, adhoc care of friends dogs . Became proud owner of Findlay as a puppy, enjoyed many happy years long walks, swimming , lunching out with other doggie friends. Sadly l lost him this year as a result of longterm nuerological problems. So gained months nursing him whilst he was housebound. As a dog owner I have vast knowledge of local walks equally happy to go for wee danders or chill in my garden with less able dogs.

Anne was amazing with Poppy, she treated her just like her own and Poppy loved being there. I am definitely going to book again.

We really appreciated getting updates and he clearly had a lovely weekend going on different adventures!! Jaffa had a great time on her first trip staying with Anne. Anne took onboard Jaffa’s special diet requirements and made sure she understood her normal daily routine.

Anne is so lovely and thoughtful with Leia, she really takes the time to read the care notes I give her and she always keeps me updated as to how things are going. It’s such a relief to know Leia is in such caring hands and Anne seems to genuinely care about Leia and her welfare, which is really heartwarming. Knowing she’s in such good hands makes it that little bit easier leaving her. Thanks Anne!
Anne looked after Georgie for two days. Georgie is a German Shepherd who is full of beans and can be a bit reactive but Anne dealt with all her needs amazingly well. Anne knew which dogs in the local park/green spaces would make good play mates and Georgie had a ball. Anne also played loads of games with her and the outdoor space she has is great. Georgie came home very happy and tired. I was nervous to let someone else look after Georgie but Anne was great at looking after me too! plenty of photos and reassurance to make it a really positive experience for everyone.

Fully retired with no other pet care responsibilies, very flexible and looking forward to welcoming your dog. My dog was my daily life routine so free to support others .

Secure back garden with grass and shady borders for hot days. Can take dog in my car for further afield walks if appropriate. Your dog will have full freedom of my house and garden.

I'm an early riser who likes to seize the day. I'll be ready to have fun with your dogs through great local walks or further afield in my car if appropriate. If your dog likes to swim we can go to the beach and rivers. I live near Newbattle Abbey which is a wonderland for dogs. I will also include any requested activities to meet your dog's needs.
