About: If a friend brings me to a house with a dog and I go missing, I'm probably sitting somewhere petting their dog. I've been around dogs my entire life, and I always will be, having dogs in my life makes it whole. Apart from occasional freelance work, I have a lot of available time to spend with your doggos :) I am available for dog walking most of the time, however due to being a parent, house sitting may be less often, however still sometimes available. Care will always be completely tailored to individual dogs and owners as the owners will know best how to care for their dogs and routine has the best stability :)

About: I have grown up around pets, never a day in my childhood without a dog ! I Loved lifeguarding with my furry best friend in the USA ! Pet sitting for family for multiple weeks whilst abroad ! Currently studying Animal Biology at University ! (pics attached) I am currently a university student studying animal and conservation biology. I have some spare time which I would like to fill with some extra work in animal care ! Always ensuring needs are met including fresh water available at all times and food provided when needed. I’m reliable, patient and genuinely love spending time outdoors walking and caring for animals. Available evenings after work and weekends, and happy to follow any specific routines or training preferences owners have. I work until 4pm on weekdays, which means I’m available for evening walks and visits from around 4:30pm onwards. I’m also flexible most weekends. Pet care fits easily into my routine as I genuinely enjoy getting outdoors after work, and I’m happy to plan my evenings around bookings to make sure pets get the time and attention they need. When caring for pets in their own home, I always follow their usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. This includes feeding at the right times, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, and of course lots of attention. For dog walks, I make sure they are safely handled on the lead and suited to their energy level. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they feel reassured while they’re away. I’m a lifelong animal lover, professional dog spoiler, and firm believer that every dog deserves to be treated like family (possibly even royalty). I have my own little sidekick, Milo, a whippet/Italian greyhound mix with long legs, lots of personality, and absolutely no understanding of personal space. Having a dog of my own means I completely understand how nerve-wracking it can be leaving your pet with someone else, which is why I put huge importance on trust, communication, patience and making your pet feel genuinely loved and safe.

I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my entire life and have experience looking after all sorts of dogs; tiny nervous pups, giant cuddle monsters, energetic chaos gremlins and sleepy seniors alike. Honestly, nothing is too small, too big, too fluffy or too weird for me to absolutely adore. Animals have always been a huge part of my life and I genuinely love getting to know all their little personalities and quirks, so whether than means I have to sing a song to get your dog to eat, I'm all for it ! 

I live in a quiet, dog-friendly village with a huge park right outside my living room window, which is basically every dog’s dream. I work only 2 and a half days in the office and spend the rest of the week working from home, so there’s plenty of time for walks, play, cuddles, snack negotiations and companionship throughout the day. I’d genuinely love nothing more than some extra furry company while my partner is working as I'm currently trying to persuade him to adopt another sidekick ! 

I also have a car and love being outdoors, so your dog can expect anything from peaceful village strolls to scenic adventures through parks, forests, beaches and munroes depending on their personality and energy levels. Whether your dog wants an action-packed adventure or simply someone to curl up beside and be obsessed with them for the day, I can tailor everything to suit their needs.

You’ll also receive daily updates, photos and probably messages about the funny thing your dog did that day, because I know how reassuring it is hearing that your pet is happy, relaxed and being treated like one of the family while you’re away.

Any questions, feel free to ask me ! Pet care fits very naturally into my weekly routine. I work in the office 2.5 days per week (Mondays 8.45am-12.00, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 8:45am–5:00pm). The rest of the week I work from home and am available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. When working from home, I have the flexibility to adjust my schedule to accommodate dog boarding, walks, feeding times, playtime, and any other care needs such as giving medication. I am committed to ensuring pets receive plenty of attention, supervision, exercise, and companionship throughout their stay, and I can adapt my routine as needed to meet each dog’s individual requirements. I provide a safe, comfortable, and caring home environment where pets are treated like part of the family. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise requirements, medication (if needed), and any specific care instructions provided by the owner. Dogs receive regular walks 3 times a day, playtime as needed, mental stimulation, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I ensure they have access to fresh water at all times and a clean, comfortable space to rest with multiple blankets and dog beds available. I also provide regular updates and photos to owners for peace of mind while they are away. My priority is making sure every pet feels happy, secure, and well cared for during their stay as I know how stressful it can leaving your loved companion with someone else.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child, my most recent dog sitting was for 6 months while the lady worked so I had him all day during the week. I am currently working part time so I will have loads of time to spend with your pups and take for fun long walkies . I have a young friendly small dog to keep your pup company, I stay near a large green area plenty of space to walk your fur baby.

About: I looked after my family dogs and friends dogs too. I had lots of pets in the past because I love animals and I had a field. I work from home and have a lovely dog. I live by the meadows and take my dog for amazing walks. It is an opportunity to enjoy the company of best human friends in a pleasant atmosphere. Dogs who came here had the time of their lives. Friends suggested me I should be looking after dogs. I have a lovely dog. I work from home flexible hours so they are all day with me, right next to me getting cuddles and attention and exercise. I have a nice fenced garden, a cosy living room and kitchen. I live by the meadows in Edinburgh, dogs paradise. I only need to cross over to the most amazing park.

About: I look after friends and family’s pets whenever necessary, and have been a part of Rover for a wee while now. I have experience with different breeds/sizes and love time spent with animals! I’m currently working part time and my hours are very flexible week by week! I live right next to the pentlands so plenty walks and outdoor time. I have a fenced garden at the back, with decking, and a front garden space. I have one young female spaniel called Rosie who is friendly (although likes to make a fair noise when first meeting new friends).

About: Hi I'm Lauren, I have about 29 years pet care experience this includes my own as well as pet sitting and dog walking for others throughout the years. Over the years I've had many pets who were all very much loved and well cared for but sadly some are no longer here. ( isn't that the worse thing about having pets ). We currently have ; two young cat Pepper & Everest; A Guinea pig Kovu ; Two giant african land snails Bowie and Bella and about 30 odd Ramshorn water snails. So as you'll see I'm used to a wide range of animals not just Cats and Dogs. Monday & Wednesday 3.30pm onwards - Dog walks and pet visits can be provided Tuesday - Doggy day care. Dog walks and pet visits can be provided Thursday from 3.30pm , a Friday & a Saturday - Overnight boarding.Doggy day care , dog walks and pet visits can be provided. Sunday - Doggy day care , dog walks and pet visits can be provided. ..Due to working on a Monday any over night boarding dog/s still here on the Sunday will need to be collect by the evening. Each pet sitting job or dog walking will be choosen by and tailored to the individual needs of the client and their pet/s. It's not a one size fits all and I think tailoring these wants and needs of the individual makes things not only professional but adds a more personal touch as well. Thank you for looking. About: Hi there! I am grad of New York University (BFA) and Drama Centre London (MA), living in London on the Global Talent Visa. I grew up with many pets in my life. I had never owned less than three dogs until I left my home in Orange County for the big apple where I studied at NYU. I have a huge space in my heart for animals and would love to spend some time caring for your dog(s) or cat(s). I have a great deal of experience dog walking, sitting, and boarding both inside and outside of Rover. In moving across the pond, I had to say a sad 'see ya later' to my favorite little cutie pies back home -- Dallas a sweet, sweet chocolate lab, and Abby and Bella, the cutest little cockapoos that ever were. The good news about my doggy withdrawal is that your pets will get more than enough attention, walks/runs, play time, and cuddle time. I am very attentive and sensitive to the needs of animals -- I nearly became a veterinarian before I decided to follow my passion in the arts. I am writing a feature film which means I will be home with the doggos a lot of the time, working on that project and a few other jobs I do remotely. I run a theatre production company and am in pre-production as well for a few films. I am very responsible and will take such good care of your furry friends!
