He can be reactive on walks and is a super anxious boy in general so I have experience managing nervous dogs. Leo has taught me to see every dog as a cherished family member and loyal companion. When I meet a dog, I want to make them feel as loved and special as they make us feel everyday. My goal is to spend as much time as possible with dogs and I would love to meet yours! I know how exhausting it can be to work and meet your pets needs, and I would love to give you some peace of mind knowing they’ve gotten attention, love, and exercise while you’re busy. I am a master’s student at the University of Edinburgh. I have availability starting midday Monday-Thursday, all day Friday, and on the weekends. I can do walks and stay overnight for up to a week. I can do mealtimes and take walks/backyard playtime. And of course, will include endless cuddles.

About: I’ve grown up with pets my whole live, but have specifically been working in veterinary since 2018. I graduated with a degree in veterinary nursing in 2022 and have only now decided to leave the industry in 2026 for a break. However, I would love to keep your furry companions in my life still, so hoping to pet sit. I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, and rodents. About: I’ve taken care of friends and family dogs and cats previously and have helped raise and train my flat mates puppy. I work from home Tuesdays and Fridays so can be flexible (including weekends). I have a small ground floor flat but able to provide toilet breaks as much as needed and walks before and after work and at lunch time if needed! For walks: I keep dogs on lead in any area with road access or other risks, and only allow off-lead time in secure spaces or where you've confirmed it's safe and your dog is reliably recall - trained. I stay alert to other dogs, wildlife, and traffic throughout. I send updates and photos so you always know your dog is safe and having a good time, and I'm always reachable if anything comes up.

About: I've grown up in a very animal centred household, with 2 Great Danes, a full farm, MANY rescue cats and other obscure animals! We live next to a park making it easy to walk pets. I have moved away from home and missing my pets and would love to have company on my walks/ in our home and they will definitely be spoilt. “We rebooked Leigh-Ann for a day sit as she was so great last time. Unfortunately Arthur wasn’t very well and had an upset tummy. Leigh-Ann could not have been more brilliant and cooked him chicken and rice to settle his belly, kept an eye on his stools to make sure it was all getting better and even cleaned up a bit of a poonami. I felt so comfortable knowing he was so safe with her and had updates through to day mostly of him fast asleep with her on the sofa as he obviously felt so comfortable with her too. Katie was amazing! She took great care of my cat, really making an effort to spend time with her on each visit and get her cuddles and playtime, not just food. Rory was fantastic with our two cats, one of whom requires daily medication. Roory groomed them, played with them and gave them lots of affection. Rory's communication was excellent, and our kitties clearly really enjoyed spending time with him. The house was also left in superb order throughout. We'd recommend Rory without hesitation.
Jennie was great with my cats and provided daily updates with plenty of photos which were appreciated. One of my cats can be very timid and hide from new people but Jennie gained her trust within a few days which made me feel a lot less guilty about leaving them! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-in visits, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12.00 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our booking protection will kick in. This means you'll get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
