They knew exactly how to calm her down, and were in touch with clear communications to let me know how she was getting on and the steps they were taking to relax her and get her comfortable. These steps worked and Dolly was able to relax and enjoy her stay, which was a big relief. It takes real skill to be able to read and adjust to the behaviour of a dog you do not know, but they handled it brilliantly. I was really impressed by this. About: I've had my own dogs for 10 years—a Border Collie and a Pomeranian. They are very different in energy and personality, so I've learned a lot about dog behaviors and obtained many dog owner personalities such as being patient, caring, and supportive. Since I have two dogs living together, they sometimes get into arguments and little fights. That means I have real experience stepping in to calm things down, redirect them, and make sure each dogs do not feel left out and get along equally, safely, and have a good time. I'm a student without a heavy schedule and I live in a simple lifestyle. I have every Thursday–Sunday fully free, so it's a perfect time to take care of pets. Before living in UK, I also need to handle walks and care for my own dogs during my school time, so balancing pets in my daily routine is not a problem. I always prioritize safety and comfort for every pet. My own dog was bitten by other dogs in the past, so now whenever I walk my dogs, I have the habit of asking the owner about their dog's personality and behavior first in order to make sure it's a safe environment for everyone. When I'm looking after other people's pet, I'll definitely ask for their pet's habits and make sure everything goes smooth and safe. I live in Simpson Loan, where every building has their own fenced gardens, so it's a perfect place for toilet breaks. Also, I'm near to The Meadows where most dogs really loves to play at.

He is now 13 years and taking a few different medications- Gabrielle was happy to manage this aspect. I am very happy to recommend leaving you dog with her.
Hui Nan and Daniel were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. I felt totally confident leaving our dog with them for a long weekend, they sent regular updates/pics, were very flexible with arrangements, and went above & beyond in their helpfulness. They also seem like genuinely lovely "dog" people - 100% recommended.
Robert took great care of Sully, sending me daily updates of their many adventures. Robert also responded quickly if I had any questions. Sully has allergies and instructions were followed very well. I would definitely recommend Robert and happily let him look after Sully again. Sully loved him and was a very happy boy coming home.
Our 4 year old dog stayed with Dr Nicole for almost 2 weeks. She got to make friends with other sweet dogs, including Bustaphine, go on lots of walks and play cognitive games. We were regularly updated on how and what she was doing. It was very reassuring to know Nicole has a deep knowledge of and takes responsibility for providing great care.
Kate was absolutely fantastic looking after my dog Rio. It was the first time I'd used anyone on Rover and I couldn't be happier with how it went. She sent so many photos updating me about how he was getting on - lots of walks, playing with his ball and chilling out in the house - Rio clearly had the best time! Will absolutely feel super confident and happy any time Kate is looking after him again.

My first time leaving Hekla with someone else while I had to go away and Giulia took excellent care of her. Hekla is a very gregarious 7 month old puppy but that didn’t cause any issues. I already have another booking in place now for a longer stay for a later holiday

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
