About: I’ve experience of looking after cats having had my own cat for over 10 years who sadly passed away 2 years ago. I enjoy looking after my mums ragdoll when needed. I live in a flat on my own so your cat will have a nice peaceful home while I’m looking after them with lots of attention and cuddles should they want that (I know how cats can need their own space at times) - much like myself! I work as a therapist and I’m in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9-5. I will be working at home Wednesday and Friday then available most weekends. I live in a top floor flat on my own so your cat would have plenty of peace and quiet. I ensure that I do not have any windows open when I am cat sitting to ensure safety. It’s a spacious and bright flat so plenty of space for the cat to roam about in and have some natural sunlight. No other pets will be in the property.

About: Growing up on a farm I have cared for animals and pets most of my life. The majority of experience is with dogs and cats however I have also experience looking after various farm animals/pets. Dogs: At the moment it's mostly dogs (but still open to other animals!). I have looked after lots of dogs during my time in the city here - on a formal and informal basis. I absolutely love dogs and spending time with them is a joy for me. I ensure they don't have too much time alone - especially on their first stay - as want them to see my home as a place of comfort & something to look forward to! I love getting to know a dog's favourite activity and seeing where they like to explore - feel free to share these facts during their stay :) Ps they do get couch / bed privileges here if that's something they are allowed... I currently work part time as an Occupational Therapist within mental health. I am available on days off, evenings and flexible to weekends. I am open for doggy day care, walks, check in/playtime, overnight stays. Not currently available for house sitting. I live in a big flat with 3 other animal lovers and we have current experience pet sitting. We have access to Queen Street Gardens - so lots of SAFE space for pets to be let off lead and run around in a quiet secured area :)

About: I’ve been walking and caring for dogs for ages. I’ve also worked at an animal rights charity since 2015 because animals have a huge place in my heart and I care deeply for their well-being. If I see a dog at a restaurant or venue who doesn’t have a water dish, I’ll always get them one. I have so much empathy for animals it hurts. With me, your dog will get long walks, lots of attention, and be well cared for and engaged. I take them with me everywhere they can come and make sure they get their own dedicated walks and sniffing time. At home, they get as many cuddles as they want - I always read their cues and follow their lead. I make sure they always have a full water dish, are fed on time, and I can give them medicine, if needed. If dogs like being pet, scratched, or massaged, that's what they get from me until my hands fall off. My flat has a nice size shared garden in the back that gets lots of sunlight, and it’s fenced in. I work from home 9 to 5 Monday to Friday so it’s flexible. I take them out 5 times a day starting at 7:30am and ending at 10pm. I have them settled for sleep by 10:30. In the evenings I go to the gym at 5:30 and am away for about 90 mins total, unless otherwise specified. I leave the music on for them, softly. Other than that I’m with the dog the whole time. I’m very close to lots of green spaces including St Marks park, Eyre st park, and some gorgeous trails. Aside from garden breaks, I do one to two big walks, depending if they pull or can go off lead. My flat has a fenced in garden so we visit frequently and I never have them go more than 4 hours without a potty break. I’m very happy to send you updates however frequently you like. I usually do one midday and another in the evening, but can tailor it depending on length of their stay and your preference.

About: I am an aspiring vet who really loves pets! I had a rottie when I was 8 and learnt to take care of dogs since then. I love both dogs and cats and the company they provide. I would love to take care of your fur babies whenever I am free. I’m from warm sunny Malaysia and am currently a vet student here in Edinburgh! I am mostly at home if I don’t have classes and do all my studying at home too. Our course load can be busy so I don’t go out very often. I will try to always be with your pets, and ensure that no mess is around when they are out of sight of me. Feeding on time is very important and I am happy to walk them when needed.

About: For the last 19 years of my life dogs have been an important part of it. They are not “ just animals” for me, they are family, dogs are living creatures deserving of love, care and respect. I have experience with small to medium big dogs. Ive had taken care of puppys to senior dogs. I know how to walk them, give medicine if needed. My schedule at the moment is mostly free on weekends (fri -sun) for drop ins or long walks, also can take care of them on weekends if needed requested in advance. About: I love all dogs (big and small) and currently do not have a dog of my own. I have lived in Edinburgh for most of my life but work in London on occasions so unfortunately don’t yet have a dog to call my own. I can assure you that I’ll look after yours as though they were my own - I currently work remotely as a graphic designer so I have time to get outside and play with your dog when you can’t. I genuinely miss having a little four-legged companion so I hope your pet will feel right at home in my care 💖 I work remotely as a graphic designer Monday to Friday and I’m often available to take the dog out for a quick walk and fit collection and drop-offs around your schedule. I live in a 1 bedroom flat with an enclosed shared garden space at the back of my flat, there are several local parks within walking distance that I could take your dog to and give them a bit of exercise.
