About: I’ve looked after dogs for most of my life, whether they’ve been my own family pets or for family and friends. At home I currently have a 1 year old working cocker which I really miss when I’m back up at uni. Having such a high energy dog means I feel like I can keep up with just about anything! I am a medical student so sometimes just having a dog to hang out with is much needed! I have put “no pets” as in my uni house I have not got pets. I am a medical student so I do tend to have quite a busy schedule but I also sometimes have half days which means I tend to get back just after midday. As I am now on my placement years I have a little less free time but I am always free in the evenings and I am completely free on weekends, all day and night. My schedule varies weekly but but it means that no days are ruled out every week! I have a valid DBS certificate. I can easily crate your pet if needed, and due to growing up with dogs and having looked after a fair few I know my way around keeping them safe and any precautions I would need to take. As I will be looking after your dog in your own home it will mean that they won’t be uprooted or in a new environment, so you won’t have to worry about them being somewhere you don’t know and they don’t know. I am very respectful so any house rules you may have I will ensure to follow E.g. if your pet isn’t allowed on the sofa I will continue to enforce that.
“This was our second time using Phoebe to cat sit for us. She always turns up on time, did everything we asked and gave our cats plenty of love and attention. Gave us peace of mind that they were well looked after while we were away. Would definitely book Phoebe again.”

About: Before coming to the UK, I was basically a mom of 7 dogs. Spending time with them is never tiring . Aren't they little angles ✨ I have flexibility since its summer and I have no school. Pet care just kinda slips into your day—like feeding your furry overlord when you wake up, going on poop patrol during walks, and brushing enough fur to make a second pet. Once a week, it’s spa day When I’m caring for pets—whether in my home or someone else’s—it’s all about creating a safe, cozy vibe they can trust. I pet-proof the space (no sneaky snacks or chewable cords!), stick to their routine so they feel secure, and shower them with affection
About: Hello, I'm Katy, a North East based dog owner, walker and sitter. To me, no moment spent with an animal is a moment wasted. I care deeply about the wellbeing and happiness of your furry friend and I am proud of my punctual nature and professional conduct. I have owned cats for 13 years, and I have owned dogs for 5 years. At home, I give my animals all of the attention, play and nurturing that they need and my approach to clients' animals is no different. I will provide your animal with lots of love and attention when house sitting or just dropping in, meeting whatever needs they might have. I am currently studying at Newcastle University. As a student I have plenty of free time and a flexible schedule to walk your dog, drop in or stay the night. I am a highly responsible walker and sitter with experience handling all different doggy dispositions. Rest assured that your pet will be in good hands if you book my walking or sitting services.

About: I absolutely love animals and have grown up around them - having a cat, a horse, and now two dogs (a Fox Terrier and a Jack Russell x Pug). I’m a friendly, bubbly person who is responsible and reliable, with regular experience dog sitting and walking both young and older dogs. This has helped me build confidence in handling different temperaments, sticking to routines, and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I’m very comfortable with different breeds and personalities. I enjoy playing with them, going on walks, and giving them plenty of attention and cuddles. I’m also lucky to have a park right outside my house, so your pets would get lots of fresh air and exercise. As a university student, I have a flexible routine that fits really well around pet care. I’m used to planning my schedule, so I can prioritise walks, feeding times, and giving pets plenty of attention throughout the day and nights. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and it’s a great balance alongside my studies, so I’m always happy to build my routine around their needs. In my home: I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment where pets can feel comfortable and settled. I stick closely to their usual routine, including feeding times, walks, and any specific care instructions. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection, always keep the owners updated, while also monitoring their pet’s behaviour to ensure they’re happy and healthy. In an owner’s home: I respect the owner’s space and follow all instructions carefully to maintain the pet’s normal routine. I ensure feeding, walks, and any medication are given on time, keep the home tidy, and I always give regular updates for peace of mind. I focus on keeping pets relaxed in their familiar environment, giving them lots of care, attention, and consistency.

About: I always grew up with pets, particularly dogs. I often pet sit for family members and I am starting my house/pet sitting journey with my partner. We have now been house sitting and dog sitting in a few areas of the UK and love it! I’m comfortable with cats and dogs and truly love being around animals. We have many neighbourhood cats that I’ve bonded with. Having a wfh job, I’d love to be getting more steps in and would be happy to bring your dog along! My partner Sam also works from home as a senior designer so he will be present for house sits, boarding and sometimes walks! He loves animals just as much as me and it’s something we love to do together. I’m a full time therapist in the NHS, and work from home 3 days a week. Having a desk job I would love to be more active, and what better way than keeping up with a dog! I’d be available to walk through the week and the weekend. I am respectful and clean and would always prioritise keeping your pets safe and in their routine, with lots of affection too! I’m happy to communicate regularly with updates for peace of mind too
“This was the longest time we had to stay away from our cats, and Natalia was essential in making us feel safe and relaxed to enjoy our trip. She took really good care of them and the house as well. Communication was pretty good and when we arrived back, everything was in order and tidy. I cannot recommend Natalia more. Thanks a lot for everything!”

“Naomi was amazing, I normally leave Winnie with family whilst I work in the office, so I was a bit nervous leaving her for a little longer, but Naomi was great, answered all my questions and kept in contact during the time she was looking after Winnie! She’s also provided a breakdown of how Winnie was in her care!”

About: I’ve had a dog since I was a little girl and grew up with my dog by my side up until I was 19, so I know how to take care of dogs within all stages of life. Now at 23 I’m waiting for the right time to get another dog of my own so I love nothing more than being in the company of any dog. I look forward to taking your dog on long walks and having plenty of cuddles and playtime. I will always make sure your dog gets whatever exercise and care they require and can promise there will be nothing but wagging tails with me. In the past I’ve taken care of friends and family dogs for both day care and overnight stays and have experience with dog walking and day care on Borrow My Doggy. I am currently working part time with differing hours each week so I will have many available days for dog walks and day care services. I don’t have any other pets so all my attention will be on your dog. I live in a ground floor flat with a large, fenced off communal garden giving your dog plenty of secure space to run around.

About: AVAILABLE OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD. I absolutely love all animals and I will spend extra time and care to give you pet love and affection. I also will take the time to understand the pets specific needs.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 3 years now, from Labradors and German Shepherds to Chihuahuas and Jack Russels. I used to own a rabbit amongst other small animals to which I also have experience with. Demi came to look after our little cocker spaniel on short notice and was absolutely brilliant, I cannot recommend her highly enough! It’s very clear she has loads of experience, and knows exactly how to keep a high energy pooch very entertained, going above and beyond with lots of play time and enrichment activities. Demi puts you at ease immediately, is so friendly, and communication was on point throughout. She sent lots of updates and photos during the stay and the photos are so good they’ve become some of my favourites! Do not hesitate to book Demi, she’s an absolute star - 100% will be booking with her again!

Ruth did a meet & greet and following this, came to look after our little pooch on short notice. Super communication at every step of the process and also sent photos and updates during the visit + a check in afterwards. I came back to a very happy doggy after they had lots of play time together! Highly recommend, your doggie will be in very safe hands with Ruth!

We were very impressed by Aviral and G. They came to meet Lochie before the drop in visits and listened to everything we told them about him. They took the introductions at his pace and everything went smoothly. We got lots of updates & it looked like Lochie was having a great time. We would highly recommend them and will be asking them to look after Lochie again. Thank you!

Tara was amazing with our dog today and was really flexible in organising multiple short drop ins while we were at work. Tara spent lots of time playing with our very energetic pup and then made sure she settled down properly before putting her back to bed for a nap. We got lots of updates and pics during her drop ins which were really appreciated - would highly recommend Tara!

Thank you Sophie for stepping in last minute to give puppy Lottie some company while I was at work Really appreciate you making the time to come and meet us all last night too to put our minds at rest and to see what she'd need on the day! Very caring and a natural around animals!

Josh was great with our pups, we had a different sitter drop out last minute so it was a bit of a rush to get everything sorted but he was super flexible and reassuring. He sent updates to let us know how they were getting on, he got on great with them and gave them plenty of cuddles. We will definitely use him again!
