About: I grew up with Dobermans and at one point we had three in the house. I love dogs and regularly look after my friends pets both sitting and walking. Had experience of dog training, both small and bigs breads, from a border terrier to a German shepherd. Happy to go on adventurous walks, or a walk round the block and open my home up for sitting too. I work full time but have every other Friday off and can work flexibly from home for 2 days a week. I am more available at weekends however can adjust my work from home days to sit around the weekend for longer sitting opportunities. Dog walking can be before work, after work or during a lunch time on a WFH day and weekends any time. I have no pets of my own just yet. I have a garden at my home, 3 bed house with plenty of space and space downstairs for dog beds, crates or whatever is required. I am super respectful and will always follow the dog owners wishes for caring for their dog.

About: I love dogs and understand that they mean everything to you! I will provide the care the need whilst walking them. I have taken care of friends and families dogs. Both feeding and walking pets. I love being around animals and would love to have the opportunity to spend more time with them. I currently work on weekdays until 4 but love to remain active after work and spend time with animals! I am also available weekends but this is subject to availability. I will not be dog sitting. However, I will treat your pet with respect and care making sure I provide them the attention they need!

About: I’ve had pets / dogs all my life so I’m very experienced in looking after there every needs from playing all day long too taking them on long enjoyable walks and feeding them. My love of dogs is so big that I used to walk my neighbours for free as it gave me so much enjoyment , I also gained huge experience in waking different size dogs and handling different dog behaviours .My flexibility and on demand style can give you relief that your dog is looked after whenever you need and with full care . I’ve also had experience in looking after friends dogs at there house overnight where I’ve made sure there dog is fed ,watered and walked as many times as requested . i work as a carer but i have spare hours where i can look after and play with your dogs and give them all the attention they deserve i have a fenced garden where your dogs can play and have fun and also a labrador of my own so they have a friend , i also own a crate if its needed I’m currently on a break from full time work so I can give all my attention to my new furry friend! It’s my pleasure to help anyone out, even at short notice. I have a fully fenced back garden where your dog can play as much as they want and a dog bed for rest times. I can also provide food/water bowl and treats if allowed!

About: I’m completely dog obsessed and love having them around. I know how important it is leaving your dog with someone else, so I always make sure they feel safe, relaxed and properly looked after. I’ve grown up around dogs and I’m the go to for friends when they need help. I’m confident with all personalities… from high energy to more anxious, gentle ones. I’m active so happy with walks, but also love a chilled, cosy day if that’s more their vibe. I’m very flexible and around most of the time, so your dog will have lots of company and attention. I don’t leave dogs alone for long periods and make sure they feel settled and cared for throughout. Your dog’s comfort and safety is my top priority. I always like to meet beforehand so we can make sure it’s a good fit and your dog feels relaxed around me from the start. It also gives you the chance to run me through their routine, habits and anything important I should know. I try to keep everything as close to home as possible for them, so you’re more than welcome to send them with their usual bits like a bed, toys or blankets. Familiar things make a huge difference.

About: I have two cocker spaniels at home and before this I’ve always had cats in the house. I am used to feeding, walking and bathing them. I miss them dearly since moving to Newcastle and would love the company of some fury friends! I currently work in the office two days a week and at home three days a week but have a flexible schedule and can alter this when needed! Your pets are part of the family so safely and trust plays the most important role in keeping both you and I happy! I will treat your pets like my own… loved, cared for and probably a bit too spoilt!

About: I have always had dogs in my life. My family currently have 6 at home! I absolutely love walks and cuddles. I have experience with multiple different breeds, and I have a soft spot for spaniels, lagottos, terriers, doodles and labs. We’ve raised puppies before, as well as having multiple senior dogs throughout the years. I love taking dogs for long walks through forestry or along the beach! I have also had experience with a very ‘energetic’ Staffie 😉 and would like to get more experience with them. I work two jobs but have a fairly flexible schedule. I am mainly available to do walks/visits on evenings, but sometimes also have days off during the week, so it’s best just to message and we can figure out days/times. I have more flexibility in the next couple of weeks, as I am waiting to start a job in a school. I am more wanting to do walks/home visits however I can have dogs round at my flat. There are no other pets here, and we have a small backyard. However if your dog was staying with me then they would get plenty of walks, as I live minutes from Heaton Park!

About: I’m a veterinary student with hands-on experience caring for animals of different ages, sizes and temperaments. I have done a range of volunteering/placement at different shelters and organisations. I’m confident handling energetic dogs as well as older pets who may need extra patience and attention. Through my studies and personal experience, I understand animal behaviour, health and safety, and husbandry. I always aim to make pets feel comfortable, cared for and happy while their owners are away. I’m reliable, communicative and genuinely love spending time with animals. I am in my summer holidays of uni with few other commitments so have plenty of time to look after and play with your pets! I enjoy keeping dogs physically and mentally stimulated with games, enrichment activities and exploring local parks and new walking routes. I always adapt to each dog’s energy levels and routine so they feel comfortable and happy.

About: My pet care journey is driven by a genuine love and understanding of dogs. Having recently graduated, I’m currently based at home where I live with my six dogs, including two puppies I’ve trained myself. This environment allows me to stay actively involved in dog care and training on a daily basis. While I’ve been less active on Rover recently, I’ve continued to care for a number of regular clients, maintaining consistent experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I particularly enjoy working with more anxious dogs, helping them feel comfortable, secure and settled in my care. My background also includes working at a doggy daycare centre, where I developed confidence handling multiple dogs at once and adapting to different personalities and energy levels. My key strengths include puppy training, building trust with nervous dogs, and providing consistent, personalised care. I take the time to understand each dog’s individual needs and routines, ensuring they feel safe, happy and well looked after at all times. As a Master’s student (with a background in Zoology at Newcastle University), I balance my studies alongside a flexible part-time job and my passion for pet care. This means I have the time, organisation, and reliability to give your pets the attention they deserve. I regularly update my calendar to ensure I’m fully available and never overbooked, so there’s always plenty of time for walks, play, cuddles, and making sure your dog feels comfortable and cared for. Balancing university, work, and pet care has helped me develop strong time management and commitment, meaning your furry friends will always receive consistent, attentive, and loving care every day. Safety, trust, and a welcoming environment are my top priorities in pet care. At home, I have a secure fenced garden perfect for safe play. When walking dogs, I always keep them on a lead to ensure their safety. In pet owners' homes, I treat the space with utmost respect, leaving it tidy and ensuring pets feel comfortable and loved. “Natasha has been AMAZING while we were gone. She looked after our three cats, very nervous and anxious cats while we were away and I have zero complaints at all. She kept me updated the whole time with photos and messages, how they were settling, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was there with them. She went above and beyond, stayed longer some days to make sure my cats were fed and happy before she left which she definitely did not have to do at all but is a credit to her character. About: I’ve had cats since I was a child and often taken care of them since I was 13 when my parents were away, I continue to do this now. I am also a prominent cat feeder/sitter in my neighbourhood looking after at least 5 different families cats when they are away. I have also been trusted with neighbours and friends dogs to walk them on a regular basis. Additionally, I have been looking after a friends dog and house every summer for the past 3 years for a week. I love doing this and getting to know the pets. I am currently a university student, so my schedule is relatively flexible. I have no university on Wednesdays or the weekends. I work as a swimming coach 3 times a week but these are only for 1 hour on a Tuesday and Wednesday evening and a Sunday afternoon. I am flexible and available for looking after pets and keeping furry friends company I can easily make my way to houses and ensure that dogs are walked and fed regularly. I’m happy to follow instructions and get in touch if I need advice. I love making a happy environment for pets and I’m happy to visit the pets before sitting so that they are more comfortable when I actually come and sit with them so that they know me better.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and have always had a love for them. I have also been around lots of puppies so I’m happy to help with training and keeping good habits. I am currently working part time so have plenty of time off for pets. If there ever happens to be an emergency during your pups time here, I live with seven trustworthy family who also love dogs! I have a yard with a secure gate, and a doggy bed and a cage for the dogs to rest in. I live in a friendly neighbourhood right next to jesmond dean, for lots of walks and a big house to explore!

About: My love of animals has been a constant factor in my life for as long as I can remember. I have had the joy of raising 3 dogs of my own and caring for many more and I find very few things more fulfilling than gaining the trust and love of a pet whilst looking after it. I am able to be firm with pets, ensuring that rules are followed and that their behaviour is under control but in the same breath I am always gentle and make sure I am doing my best to care for them. I can be available throughout the day, and can offer as much time as you and your pets require for either walks, home visits or house sitting. I work part time so if looking after your pet for multiple days I may have to leave for a few hours a day. Typically walks will be between 30-45 minutes and I can offer up to 2 walks a day. Unfortunately I cannot offer to look after pets in my own home so any pet sitting will have to occur in your home, however I can provide constant supervision to any pets when I am petsitting. If during home visits you would like me to water plants or bring in mail etc. that will be no issue, and I can feed and administer oral medication for your pets if required. I would describe myself as attentive, reliable and caring and I genuinely enjoy spending time with pets, whether that be during a walk or while looking after them in a home setting. I work part time, usually between 10-5.30pm. I can typically provide my availability 2 weeks in advance and keep my calender up to date with any days I am not available. I do not offer care in my own home unfortunately, however for care in your home I will be very attentive to ensure that your pets are safe.
