⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MayMay was fantastic, Sheridan is smitten. MayMay looked after Sheridan with two drop-ins a day while we were away, and she was excellent from start to finish. She was organised from the first message. She sent a clear recap of Sheridan's routine, asked sensible questions about food, litter and where things were kept, and arranged the key handover easily. She was also flexible and reloable with regard to visit times. Communication was the real standout. Every visit came with a flood of photos and videos, and every evening a detailed written update covering what he ate, litter checks, how he was behaving, and confirmation that he was safe and the door locked. It felt like we were there with him. Her updates were funny and observant too, capturing Sheridan's personality perfectly (the paw-tapping to hurry up dinner, the "no treat, don't touch me" mood swings, the "sentry duty" around the flat). Sheridan can be a bit shy and doesn't like being picked up. MayMay let him come to her, worked out that he loves a massage and a comb, hand-fed him his pâté the way he likes it, and played with him. By the second day he was greeting her at the door, meowing helll, and following her around the flat. On her last visit she stayed longer just to play with him, then returned the keys through the letterbox as arranged. I suspect it was only "goodbye for now" between her and Sheridan. MayMay is clearly gifted with animals; we actually learned a lot just from watching her video reports. In summary, Sheridan's happy and I would recommend MayMay without hesitation.

I couldn't recommend Maymay enough! This was my first time using Rover and the longest I had been away from my cat since adopting her, but Maymay's attention to detail, regular updates, and genuine care for my cat made the process so easy. At the meet & greet, Maymay took detailed notes and photos, and asked good questions, which was reassured me that she was the right catsitter for us! During the period of drop-ins, Maymay was punctual and always kept me updated on when she was arriving and leaving the flat. She sent photos and videos, as well as a thorough write-up at the end of each day. My cat Tiger Lily is an anxious girl but Maymay was great at reading when she wanted some space and when she wanted to play, and Tiger Lily quickly warmed up to her. My cat also has specific feeding instructions, which Maymay followed precisely and which provided me with peace of mind. Maymay is a great catsitter and I would be more than happy to use her services again. I'm sure Tiger Lily would love it too!

Maymay looked after our cat for a week while we were away - she was absolutely amazing and sent multiple pictures/videos each visit which I really appreciate and enjoyed! My cat appeared super happy in these videos and gave Maymay plenty of cuddles! Thank you so much! I would 100% recommend Maymay to anyone looking for an amazing cat sitter ❤️☺️

It was my first time leaving my kitten alone so had some general anxiety, but MayMay did such an amazing job with her that i no longer have to worry! She sent updates and pictures along the way alongside a detailed report so that i had a full description of everything she did. Her main priority is making sure my cat is safe, fed and happy, which leaves me happy! Thank you 💗

Maymay was an excellent cat sitter for my wee cat Lola. She was very warm and friendly when I met her and obviously a cat lover. At the first meeting she took detailed notes and photos as well as asking lots of good questions about Lola and her routine based on her profile. While I was away Maymay sent lots of detailed reports plus photos and videos so I never had to worry about how Lola was as I knew she was happy and being very well looked after! Maymay stayed at my flat for four nights and left it very clean and tidy which was also great. I came home to a very happy cat and will definitely be booking Maymay again to look after Lola!
