Experienced in Animal Care
In the past I worked in a shelter with many dogs and cats of all ages, including some who had severe behavioural issues. I have great patience and extensive experience walking dogs, grooming, administering medications, providing enrichment and standard training practices, as well as quickly detecting any changes in behaviour and/or physical health status. In the past I've owned a cat, and more recently owned three ferrets. I have also worked with horses for almost the entirety of my life, and know quite a bit about positive reinforcement training from my work with them. I am currently in university studying biomedical science.

Safety, trust & environment
I spend lots of time enriching your pet including play, reinforcing favored behaviors through training techniques, and affection. I pay close attention to their diet and behaviors around eating, as well as (ab)normalities in stool and urine.

We’re really happy with how well Rhianna looked after our boy Pecorino. He’s very shy around new humans, but she was very patient, gave him the time and space he needed. She followed all instructions and even took in a few unexpected parcels for us! We fully expected to come home to an annoyed Pecorino for leaving him, but instead we came back to a very happy boy who was pleased to see us — always a good sign! We’d happily have her look after Pecorino again. Thank you for taking such good care of him!
Rhianna has been great with Flora. She is very organised, punctual and reliable. Flora has been very happy and is enjoying her walks!

Schedule
I am an international student from the US. My schedule is such that my classes should last no more than 4 hours. I have plenty of time to spend with your pets and am happy to provide the enrichment they need!
