***Now taking bookings for Christmas! Will be offering morning visits only on Christmas Day, but normal availability for the rest of the holiday period*** As a cat owner myself I know how scary it can be to leave your cat with a stranger and I will do my utmost to make sure you feel safe and reassured leaving them in my hands. I can't wait to look after your cat(s), keep them happy, and send you plenty of reassuring photo updates while you're gone. I am super flexible and will adapt myself to fit your specific cats needs, whether that be a half hour play session, complicated medication, or just company and gentle pats, I am happy to do it all! I have a diva of my own so will not be phased by anything your cat may throw at me! If you would like plants watered, or for me to coordinate my visits with deliveries, I am super happy to accommodate that, just ask!

Safety, trust & environment
I am extremely patient and understand cats are sometimes shy and not receptive to new people around. I am a very calm presence around cats and would never force pats on a cat that didn’t want that. Alternatively, if your cat is receptive they will receive as much love and attention and I can possibly give them to try to maximise their happiness while you are away.

Kat was absolutely amazing with our shy Arlo! He warmed up to her very quickly and from the photos she sent I could tell her was getting all the love and attention he needs. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Katriona was wonderful, making Albus feel safe and loved in our absence. She cleaned up after his messes and even went back once to deal with a litter box issue. So kind and communicative - Albus will be happy to see her again the next time we are away. Highly recommend!
Kat was a brilliant cat sitter. Sent loads of photos every visit and really detailed descriptions that were very reassuring and comforting, which helped is miss our cat less and enabled us to enjoy our holiday. We would highly recommended her services.
Katriona was exceptional. I'm quite an anxious cat mum and Oscar can be quite shy. But when she first came to visit us, Oscar immediately took to her and I could see she had a wonderful way with cats. Oscar had been ill recently and needed several medications. But this didn't phase Katriona in the slightest. Whilst we were away she sent detailed updates after every visit of his care along with lots of beautiful photos of their time together. Katriona has such a wonderful way with cats it was lovely to see all the pictures of how happy he was with her. She's also a really lovely person, very friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and she responded instantly to messages and enquiries. I really couldn't recommend her enough.
5 star all round. Kat is a true cat person.

Schedule
I currently work flexi-time as a Lab Scientist but am available before work and after to attend to your cats every need. I am available both weekdays and weekends and can do up to 3 visits a day. I have a car if needed to travel anywhere across Edinburgh.
