About: I've had cats since I was 5 years old and grew up around dogs. However, it wasn't until I did my diploma in animal care that I discovered a true passion for looking after dogs, including training with positive reinforcement methods. I am currently trying to slowly build up a portfolio of clients, due to me having fibromyalgia this is a great stepping stone until I set up my own business. I do not have much of a garden, it's shared between 4 people. However, I live out of the town center so can take the dogs on walks away from busy streets.

About: 10 years owning dogs, I’m very good at training and looking after them. My Milo has cancer and has been strong for 3 years now after they said he has days. Tyson the terrier has epilepsy. I’ve looked after my aunties dog before (Staffordshire) so very experienced and yet to meet a dog who doesn’t like me :) I live right by the beach with fields and parks surrounding. Milo has two long walks a day, a short one and a garden trip (big enclosed communal garden) at a minimum. So your lovely dog will get the same! Walks, lots of snuggles and the appropriate amount of treats if allowed! I care for me dog better than I do myself and I’ll extend this to any other dog under my responsibility.

About: I have previous experience dog walking and pet sitting through BorrowMyDoggy app, as well as volunteering for Paws of Kalymnos in Greece, where I helped care for rescue dogs by feeding, cleaning and playing with them. Although I would love to have pets of my own, my partner and I travel regularly, so pet sitting has become a wonderful way for me to spend time with animals, while helping owners feels confident that their pets are receiving excellent care. I work remotely full-time, which means I’m at home throughout the day and can provide plenty of companionship, supervision and attention. All I need to work is an internet connection and a space for my laptop, and I rarely have more than 1 meeting a day. I also have a car for getting around and emergencies. Pets in my care are never left alone for extended periods, and I can easily adapt to their usual routines, whether that means regular walks, play sessions, medical needs, or simply having a calm and reassuring presence nearby. My partner and I live in a 2 story semi- detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Dundee. We have a secure fully fenced garden with a lawn behind the house. We are fortunate to have football fields and beautiful walking routes nearby- such as the Dighty Burn, providing plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment. We also own a camper van and love to travel further afield with it at the weekends, and get out on bigger walks, rides and hikes further north.

“I'm often quite anxious to leave Steve with anyone. As a 10 month old black lab, he can be a lot to handle! Yet as we were moving house, Mariah very graciously agreed to take Steve on for doggy day care and overnight boarding! Mariah and her partner were amazing with him. She even brought him some pig ears as a treat! She took him for many walks and kept me updated with lots of pics throughout the day. I can see she truly has a passion for dogs and I would leave Steve again with her in a heartbeat! Could not recommend enough. Thank you Mariah!”

About: I love dogs and enjoy taking care of my doggy nephew when needed, including full boarding, walks, meals and grooming as long as 1 month at a time. I am working from home, so I can keep company for your dog during the day. Small toilet breaks are also available during the day. I can take your dog for a walk on a leash. When at home, I’ll be near all the time. We have a small fenced backyard, but it is shared.

About: I've been enjoying using another app for house sitting pets in the owners home, have looked after 35 pets so far mostly dogs and really enjoy getting to know each beautiful soul! I'm physically and mentally strong, able to manage more demanding behaviors and with gentle patience, charm the most nervous pets. I'm a freelance community project lead so I am flexible and enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible. I love a walk to the park that backs on to my home or a bigger jaunt round to Victoria and Lochee park. I have a fenced in garden for zoomies and the park adjacent for longer stretches. We use the back door as our main door which offers additional safety as we can implement an 'airlock' system between the two internal doors 😅. Our neighborhood is a 20 zone and we live on a cul-de-sac. We have space for your crate if you would like to provide one for your dog's comfort.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for over 10 years. I was always the first person friends and family would go to for pet sitting or dog walking in the summer. I love all pets and would love to meet your furry friends I work part time and I’m a college student with the summer and winter breaks free. I can adjust my schedule to your needs on the day to day.
