About: I have been caring for animals most of my life and am currently a 2nd year student studying Animal Care and Veterinary Science. I have worked with a variety of animals; big, small, farm, and aquatic. I have a great passion for all animas and would love nothing more than bringing joy to your pet. I am currently a student at Oatridge college. I live and breath care as during summer break I also work part time in a nursery. I have my own pets at home also. I can follow a schedule and feeding plan for your animals. Accommodate to their needs and your wants. More than happy to go the extra mile for animals and love their company.

About: I have looked after / owned dogs for almost 20 years. We lost our beloved dog Holly just over two years ago after rehoming her as a young dog and we really miss time with her and walking. However, due to having two small children, owning another dog at this time is not possible. I have helped friends over the last two years and have also been contacted through them by other people to look after their dogs for holidays. I can help out Monday and Fridays during the day and weekends/holidays also. I currently have two fairly regular dogs that I look after and this is working really well for us. Please get in touch and we can see if we're able to help out with walks/holidays/overnights. I work part time (Tues/wed/thurs) so am available the other 4 days to help with walks/sitting/boarding. If I have a dog in then I am home mostly. Dog wouldn’t be left for long periods just for school drop off etc. I have a large enclosed back garden and live near a large park which is great for dogs. Also happy to take dogs in the car for trips / walks further afield. Dogs are allowed on the sofa and upstairs. Generally not on the bed during the night.

About: I have many years experience as a dog owner from childhood and, more recently, having done over 50 petsits since 2020 caring for a wide variety of dogs, cats, small animals, chickens and the occasional pony/horse. I adore animals and pride myself on ensuring that pets are safe and secure in their own home while their pet parents are absent. I am spotlessly clean and organised and work around the routine of the animals I care for, while ensuring that the home I am staying in is kept immaculately clean and secure. I currently work online as an English language tutor, approximately 3 mornings a week for a total of around 10 hours. This has always worked out well and complimented my pet-caring work as the teaching fits well around caring for animals in their homes. However, I emphasise that I work around the individual needs and routine of the animals I care for as they are the utmost priority. Before accepting a petsit, I make absolutely sure that the 'fit' is right for both me, the home owner and, most importantly, for the animal. If I feel that I can't provide exactly the care that an animal requires, then I will not accept the work. I do this first and foremost because I love animals. I like to make sure that the home/animal owner fills me in completely on what is required to both care for their pets and their home and that everything is in place to ensure confidence from everyone concerned. Once I am certain that I can confidently provide what is required I am prepared to accept a new client.

About: I may not own a dog, but I’ve happily walked friends’ dogs, know how to feed and water them, and always give care and attention. I study fine art full time and work part time but that doesn’t stop me from checking on all pets. That can be some days a week or on the weekends. I will always ask you the owner what you are comfortable with me doing as it is your pet and your home. I can easily adapt to whatever you need me to do.

About: Thank you for coming along to my profile. I’m Lucy, I’m 25 and a dog lover of all ages, breeds and sizes! I recently lost my family dog who was a Bichon called Buddy and was 13 years old! I loved him so much and enjoyed every minute I had with him. We were lucky to always have a family or friend we trusted to look after Buddy, and I would love to be trusted with your pet when you are unable to be with them. I am happy to look after dogs pets of all ages with love and care ❤️ I work full-time during the week, however I do have flexible working and work from home 3 days a week. I’m free most weekends with some availability on weekdays however not regular due to my work pattern, but feel free to message me to check! I’m local to a lot of great parks and walks for dogs, as well as enclosed dog fields if your dog prefers this. About: I had a family dog when I was a child that I would walk and feed and bathe from the age of 10 and now as an adult I have two cats and a rambunctious pup that I take constant care of! I’ve also had Guinea pigs, rats and hamsters in the past so I definitely know a thing or two about pets! I am reliable and often the one to look after pets belonging to friends and family while they’re away. I currently work part time so I will have plenty of time to look after your furry friends every need and want! I am available mostly in the mornings during the week. I will pay constant attention to your fur baby while sitting for them as I just adore animals! I am so enthusiastic with animals and love to get to know their little personalities.

About: I’ve been picking up waifs and strays since 2005. My dogs have always been unwanted mixed breed rescue pups. I’m so proud of how they all turned out. I love dogs in general and have dealt with dogs with trauma issues and reactiveness. Happy to adapt to individual dogs needs. I have experience with senior dogs too. As I have my own dogs, all sitting and boarding will be in my home. I have a secure garden. Your dog would become part of the pack whilst here. Walks and visits are also available. I am off work/in transition at the moment. Free most days, evenings and nights. My dogs are extremely well catered for and yours would be too if joining our pack. I have a secure garden and local park round the corner. Happy to offer longer adventure walks 1-2 hours if required. I can transport dogs as long as they are savvy enough in the front seat of my van. About: I currently live in a house with 3 boy cats aged 1,2 and 4. I have taken care of them alone whilst flatmates were away on trips. I have also helped care for a friends puppy when needed! I’m very flexible as I am not currently working, I am at Glasgow Clyde college Monday to Wednesday. So any homes in Glasgow are very convenient as I have to travel in and out of Glasgow a lot! Also keen to work in other areas like Edinburgh as on my free days I stay in Livingston. I’m happy to walk dogs in any weather, I’ve used harnesses and leads before. I’ll take care of dogs waste and cats litter box, I groom my cats frequently and vacuum any shedded hair. And happy to feed them at their routine eating times. About: Hello! I’m Madeleine, I live semi rural, lots of great walks, enclosed garden and plenty sofas to snooze on. I have 3 children who are very used to dogs, boundary aware and know how to behave around animals. However, if your guy is not keen on kids I am not for you, sadly. Your dog will have a separate room if needed/ when required. Otherwise I have a very open household and they will be treated like a member of the family. I have experience with most breeds including not limited too: brachycephalic Breeds(I owned a bulldog) , doodles, labs, Xoloitzcuintli & bullmastiff. I have completed dog first aid and own a dog first aid kit. I mention this as I know with certain breeds and the hotter summer months approaching overheating is a real concern. Im equipped and knowledgeable! Training experience : My dog was a rescue from Japan. He had no socialisation and wasn't toilet trained when we got him. After a lot of work, he is a well rounded guy who is fully toilet trained. I like to think I'm pretty versed in basic and behavioural correction training. I had a professional trainer advise with my dog, It is an area I’m really interested in, working with positive reinforcement and trust building. I can help with toilet training, socialisation, recall, desired behaviour positive reinforcement etc I can’t work with, understandably, large breeds that don't like children. If you are planning on a longer holiday, we will need to meet before. This will give both parties peace of mind. Potentially even an over night that I will do at a discounted rate. Even if it’s just one night I'm still always happy to meet up first! I will send you daily photos/ updates and happy to face time etc! I am a stay at home mum of 3 school aged children. After school drop off, my favourite thing to do is grab a coffee and go on a lovely (childfree) walk! I know tones of great walks and love finding new spots so no two walks are the same. Weekends and holidays my kids will be off school. We tend to go more child friendly places like lauriston Castle, Cammo and Cramond. I have my doggy first aid and kit! I am scripted and ready for things like: overheating (used to own a bulldog) anaphylactic reactions (I can administer injections) , kennel cough etc. We have a large fenced garden. Dog will sleep in our kitchen area/ utility if boarding. If its just a day visitor they will have the run of the downstairs.
