About: We have extensive experience of caring for dogs of all ages and abilities and always putting their needs first.We have lots of experience with senior dogs with mobility issues and administering medication. We are available most days of the week to provide a loving, safe and happy environment for your precious fur baby. We have a fenced garden where your dog can play safely or rest.We have a springador called Toby who is 9.He loves the company of other dogs and sharing his toys and going for walks for any new friends.Toby has issues with his back but is still active and full of fun and character.He is a friendly boy and is sometimes a little shy at first but makes friends quickly. We offer a day filled with either fun and activities or peace and quiet depending on your dogs preference and abilities.All dogs of all ages are welcome to make themselves at home and enjoy their stay

About: Hey, I’m Kayleigh 👋🏻 I’ve always had dogs, since I was a kid. We sadly lost our gorgeous 10yo collie, Rosie, last year and I really miss having a dog in my life. I especially love active breeds, but to be honest I adore all dogs. I work freelance from my home studio, so my days are flexible and I’d love the excuse to get outside and get my steps in with some four-legged company. Because I work from home, I’m available for walks most days (apart from Thursdays). During term time I can be quite flexible, while school holidays are a little busier for me. In general, I’m available for walks between 10am and 2pm, as well as early evenings, but feel free to get in touch if you’re looking for times out with that. I offer doggy day care on Wednesdays. I have a large, fully fenced garden. When we’re out, I’ll always follow your instructions and stick to your dog’s normal routine, including keeping them on a lead if that’s what you’d like. I also only walk one dog at a time, unless they’re from the same household, so your dog will always have my full attention.

When walking, I take care to use the lead and equipment provided by you and follow your instructions around routes, recall and other specific needs. I’ll always make sure doors, gates and other exits are secure before leaving. In your home, I treat your property with the same care and respect I would my own, while keeping your pet comfortable in their familiar environment. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos, and I’ll make sure I have your emergency contact and vet details should anything unexpected happen.

About: When I'm not looking after animals, you'll usually find me outdoors — I'm currently 61 Munros into all 282, and I love hiking, travelling, and both indoor and outdoor bouldering whenever I get the chance. I spent a lot of time in the north of Scotland, mostly in Shetland and Scourie, and I've spent a lot of time travelling and house sitting in those areas too, so I'm very comfortable in remote or rural settings as well as busier towns and cities. Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember — I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, cows, and horses, so looking after them just feels natural to me! I've been pet sitting for over 16 years now, both here in the UK and while travelling around Europe and Asia, and I love that animals have been part of every adventure along the way. At home, I've got two dogs and three cats keeping me busy (and very loved). Some of my favourite memories come from a hobby I did with National Geographic, working with an NGO called Target that helps protect animals from poachers. I got to work alongside animal experts from all over the world in India's national parks — setting up cameras and spending time with tigers, tiger cubs, snakes, tortoises, and dogs. It was an incredible experience and taught me so much about how different animals think and behave. I've cared for pets from tiny month-old puppies and kittens all the way up to a wise old 14.5-year-old collie, across loads of different breeds. I've also helped rescue dogs settle in — from Romania, learning to trust humans and live alongside other pets, and from northern Scotland, helping them become calmer and more confident, learning to walk nicely on a lead, stay relaxed around other dogs, and not bark so much. Animals have always had a huge place in my heart, and I've looked after them both one-on-one and in multi-pet households, so whether it's a single pet needing full attention or a busy home with several animals at once, I'm comfortable managing it all. Honestly, what I love most is getting to know each animal's own personality — because just like people, no two are ever the same! I take the time to understand them, play with them, and learn something new every single day. If you're looking for someone who'll genuinely care for your pet like their own, I'd love to meet them! I'm very flexible when it comes to pet care, and I'm happy to fit my schedule around yours rather than the other way round — whether that means early mornings, late evenings, or something in between. I know how much it means to feel completely at ease while you're away, so I love sending photo updates of your pet enjoying their time with me, so you can see for yourself that they're happy, safe, and well looked after. Communication is a big part of how I work, so if you ever want an update or have a specific routine you'd like followed, I'm always just a message away. I try to respond to your queries within 30 minutes, unless I'm away hiking or somewhere with no network — but even then, I'll get back to you as soon as I'm reachable! 🙂 When I'm caring for pets in your home, I like to keep things as close to normal as possible, so your pet babies can stick to their own routine rather than having to adjust to mine. I spend time playing with them, talking to them, and giving them plenty of attention throughout the day — walkies for dogs, playtime for cats, and anything extra you'd like me to do to keep them happy and comfortable. Your home and your pet's usual habits always come first, so just let me know what works best for them and I'll follow your lead. :)

About: In my family we have always had cats but also all variety of animals to care from such as rabbits, a beagle and hamsters. I have cared for other peoples dogs by walking or feeding for years. I currently work part time Monday to Wednesday and I am a teacher so my schedule is fixed with plenty of opportunities for walking on the evening! We have a fenced in back garden with grass to sniff! There are loads of dogs in the area who are friendly and willing to speak to your babies.

About: I am a zoology graduate and have completed multiple animal care placements (SPCA, sos animals). I currently have 2 cats and have grown up taking care of pets. I currently work a zero hour contract job and have plenty of free time to look after pets. I’m flexible and available to work weekends too. About: I am well experienced in dog sitting, boarding, drop ins, and walking, having done this type of work since a young age, but more consistently in the last four years. Ive travelled all over the world dog sitting in homes from London to South Carolina USA (which is the gorgeous sunny location you see in my header photo ☀️) I also have extensive experience with rescue dogs who suffer with behavioural issues like resource guarding, aggression and reactivity. I’m open to help care for any dog regardless of their temperament, energy levels, medication requirements, etc. I am very big on dog training, so more than happy to incorporate what I know into my appointments, and/or continue with any training owners currently have, for example, loose leash walking, cooperative care, impulse control, obedience and recall. Dogs love predictability & structure and this is very important for their nervous systems. I’m happy to help integrate with your dog’s routine where possible. I’m also a professional digital content creator, so you can expect lots of gorgeous photos of your perfect pups while they’re in my care too! Boarding in my home: I have a fenced, fully secure back garden that any dog in my care will have access to. The kitchen looks out on to the garden, so I can keep a close eye on your fur baby at all times. If a dog is in my care they will never just be left alone to find their own fun- always in my line of sight and properly watched after. I also have a crate for anyone who would prefer their dogs to maintain their crate training routine. I do also often have it set up as a safe space with the door left open for any dogs that may feel overwhelmed by a big new space. For dogs who are already crate trained we know this tool can be especially helpful for ones who have a tendency to be destructive when left unattended, which can pose potential safety concerns, so it will always be used under your instruction only. I have a comprehensive understanding of dog body language, able to confidently tell if they are communicating signals of happiness, stress, excitement and warnings. I also have a strict rule of no on leash greetings when out on dog walks. Walks are for walking, not play dates. Nose to nose dog greetings can become confrontational for our pups and escalate very quickly, especially when you are not familiar with the other dog, so rest assured I’ll always advocate for your for furry friend!
