About: Hey, I’m Kayleigh 👋🏻 I’ve always had dogs, since I was a kid. We sadly lost our gorgeous 10yo collie, Rosie, last year and I really miss having a dog in my life. I especially love active breeds, but to be honest I adore all dogs. I work freelance from my home studio, so my days are flexible and I’d love the excuse to get outside and get my steps in with some four-legged company. Because I work from home, I’m available for walks most days (apart from Thursdays). During term time I can be quite flexible, while school holidays are a little busier for me. In general, I’m available for walks between 10am and 2pm, as well as early evenings, but feel free to get in touch if you’re looking for times out with that. I offer doggy day care too on Mondays & Wednesdays (plus Fridays from Jan)! I have a large, fully fenced garden. When we’re out, I’ll always follow your instructions and stick to your dog’s normal routine, including keeping them on a lead if that’s what you’d like. I also only walk one dog at a time, unless they’re from the same household, so your dog will always have my full attention.

About: I have regularly dog sat for my family members who also have Dachshunds for the past 8 years, residing in their homes while they are on holiday. I currently work full time, but do have evenings, a day throughout the week and most Sundays available for any walks. Ask my schedule changes 4 weekly, I will be able to update my availability with plenty of notice. I have a miniature dachshund Tess who is the friendliest wee lass ☺️ My garden is not fully secure, but if I was boarding your lovely fur baby, ai would absolutely keep them on the lead until this is completed. Safety is at the forefront of my mind as I know how difficult it can be to trust someone so cherished with a stranger. I would happily keep you up to date with photos and videos regularly for your peace of mind. If at any time a vet is needed, you will be informed ASAP. Your pet's happiness and wellbeing is of the utmost importance.

About: I am a zoology graduate and have completed multiple animal care placements (SPCA, sos animals). I currently have 2 cats and have grown up taking care of pets. I currently work a zero hour contract job and have plenty of free time to look after pets. I’m flexible and available to work weekends too. I can feed and provide water for pets and spend time petting them and playing with their favourite toys. I can also let them outside safely and supervised.

He passed away on 03/08/23 at 5:00 pm, and although my heart broke hearing the news, I’m forever grateful for the bond we shared. About: When I'm not looking after animals, you'll usually find me outdoors — I'm currently 61 Munros into all 282, and I love hiking, travelling, and both indoor and outdoor bouldering whenever I get the chance. I spent a lot of time in the north of Scotland, mostly in Shetland and Scourie, and I've spent a lot of time travelling and house sitting in those areas too, so I'm very comfortable in remote or rural settings as well as busier towns and cities. Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember — I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, cows, and horses, so looking after them just feels natural to me! I've been pet sitting for over 16 years now, both here in the UK and while travelling around Europe and Asia, and I love that animals have been part of every adventure along the way. At home, I've got two dogs and three cats keeping me busy (and very loved). Some of my favourite memories come from a hobby I did with National Geographic, working with an NGO called Target that helps protect animals from poachers. I got to work alongside animal experts from all over the world in India's national parks — setting up cameras and spending time with tigers, tiger cubs, snakes, tortoises, and dogs. It was an incredible experience and taught me so much about how different animals think and behave. I've cared for pets from tiny month-old puppies and kittens all the way up to a wise old 14.5-year-old collie, across loads of different breeds. I've also helped rescue dogs settle in — from Romania, learning to trust humans and live alongside other pets, and from northern Scotland, helping them become calmer and more confident, learning to walk nicely on a lead, stay relaxed around other dogs, and not bark so much. Animals have always had a huge place in my heart, and I've looked after them both one-on-one and in multi-pet households, so whether it's a single pet needing full attention or a busy home with several animals at once, I'm comfortable managing it all. Honestly, what I love most is getting to know each animal's own personality — because just like people, no two are ever the same! About: In my family we have always had cats but also all variety of animals to care from such as rabbits, a beagle and hamsters. I have cared for other peoples dogs by walking or feeding for years. I currently work part time Monday to Wednesday and I am a teacher so my schedule is fixed with plenty of opportunities for walking on the evening! We have a fenced in back garden with grass to sniff! There are loads of dogs in the area who are friendly and willing to speak to your babies.

About: All though I don’t have any pets at the moments I’v have a few dogs over the years. Iv watched friends and family’s dogs when they’ve been on holiday and always love a dogs company. As a full time worker my availability would be flexible for walks. But my partner works opposite shifts so if I was boarding a dog then there would be some one at home with the dog most of the time. I know just how different all dogs are and like different things. I will adjust to there needs to give them the best possible care that I can. I have a fully fenced secure back garden, but I would never leave your dog unattended in it as I never did with my own.

I do also often have it set up as a safe space with the door left open for any dogs that may feel overwhelmed by a big new space. I also have a strict rule of no on leash greetings when out on dog walks. Walks are for walking, not play dates. About: I have had dogs my whole life, currently have a springer spaniel, I am a qualified puppy trainer and I offer puppy training sessions. I am currently studying a canine behaviour counselling course and I work part time on reception in a vet practice. I have had dogs my whloe life and I work part time in a vet practice and would love to care for pets in my spare time. I am available Tuesdays 10am - 3pm, the services I offer is drop in visit for puppys & dogs which include feeding, given medication, training session and let out for the toilet, I also provide dog walking services and can do solo walks or buddy walks with my dog.
