“Alfie had a great couple of days with Kim. At first he was a little nervous and had a little toilet accident (he gets like that when nervous) but Kim called me straight away to let me know she had to bath him etc and to make sure he was ok, he settled in nicely after. Was giving plenty cuddles and kisses. I would 1000000% recommend Kim to anyone. She is so nice and gives you little updates throughout the day. Alfie had a great time. She took them to the dog park the next morning, he loves it there. Also kept him an extra night as something popped up, was at such short notice too. Thanks again, appreciate it so much ❤️”

Zoe's communication before, during and after the visits was excellent and she was super reliable, visiting at the agreed times, feeding and taking my dog out. It was very obvious Zoe is a huge animal lover. Unfortunately my 13 year old dog developed an upset tummy the day before the visit and Zoe refreshed the pads left in case of an accident and kept me constantly updated on what they had eaten etc. Above and beyond and I would 100% recommend and use again. About: I have regularly dog sat for my family members who also have Dachshunds for the past 8 years, residing in their homes while they are on holiday. I currently work full time, but do have evenings, a day throughout the week and most Sundays available for any walks. About: When I'm not looking after animals, you'll usually find me outdoors — I'm currently 61 Munros into all 282, and I love hiking, travelling, and both indoor and outdoor bouldering whenever I get the chance. I spent a lot of time in the north of Scotland, mostly in Shetland and Scourie, and I've spent a lot of time travelling and house sitting in those areas too, so I'm very comfortable in remote or rural settings as well as busier towns and cities. Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember — I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, cows, and horses, so looking after them just feels natural to me! I've been pet sitting for over 16 years now, both here in the UK and while travelling around Europe and Asia, and I love that animals have been part of every adventure along the way. At home, I've got two dogs and three cats keeping me busy (and very loved). Some of my favourite memories come from a hobby I did with National Geographic, working with an NGO called Target that helps protect animals from poachers. I got to work alongside animal experts from all over the world in India's national parks — setting up cameras and spending time with tigers, tiger cubs, snakes, tortoises, and dogs. It was an incredible experience and taught me so much about how different animals think and behave. I've cared for pets from tiny month-old puppies and kittens all the way up to a wise old 14.5-year-old collie, across loads of different breeds. I've also helped rescue dogs settle in — from Romania, learning to trust humans and live alongside other pets, and from northern Scotland, helping them become calmer and more confident, learning to walk nicely on a lead, stay relaxed around other dogs, and not bark so much. Animals have always had a huge place in my heart, and I've looked after them both one-on-one and in multi-pet households, so whether it's a single pet needing full attention or a busy home with several animals at once, I'm comfortable managing it all. About: All though I don’t have any pets at the moments I’v have a few dogs over the years. Iv watched friends and family’s dogs when they’ve been on holiday and always love a dogs company. As a full time worker my availability would be flexible for walks. But my partner works opposite shifts so if I was boarding a dog then there would be some one at home with the dog most of the time. I know just how different all dogs are and like different things. I will adjust to there needs to give them the best possible care that I can. I have a fully fenced secure back garden, but I would never leave your dog unattended in it as I never did with my own.

About: After sharing four wonderful years with my rescue Greyhound, Ryan, I sadly had to say goodbye to him in May 2026. He was a huge part of my life and is deeply missed. About: I have had dogs in my family pretty much all my life. I lost my last dog in June 2025. His name was Hamish. He was a West Highland Terrier and he was almost 16 years old. From around the age of 9, Hamish was diagnosed with diabetes meaning for the rest of his life he required two shots of insulin everyday which were given to him by me. I love dogs and giving a pooch a home for a small amount of time would be really cool. I currently live alone. I work full time but have a great deal of flexibility in my job. Friday’s are the only day I am away for my home for an extended period of time. Generally 9am to 5pm. All other week days I work in a local high school or in the local community with some home working added in too. I would try my best to fit in with any toilet or walking schedule. I have a fenced in back garden and access to local parks for walking. I currently have no other pets at home and only accept one sitting job at a time. Your dog will be my priority.

I have a fenced back garden that’s accessible via a shared back staircase but this is infrequently used. I would be more likely to take your dogs out for walks than use this space as the parks nearby are far more pleasant.

Naturally l was very apprehensive but Liam took the time to meet up beforehand, to check that both he & my dog would get along. It was clear that he loves & cares for dogs therefore l was reassured that he would do his best to follow my pet's daily routine regarding exercise, feeding etc. Liam also sent us regular updates & photos which gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to relax on our holiday knowing that Caelo was in safe hands.
