“Alfie had a great couple of days with Kim. At first he was a little nervous and had a little toilet accident (he gets like that when nervous) but Kim called me straight away to let me know she had to bath him etc and to make sure he was ok, he settled in nicely after. Was giving plenty cuddles and kisses. I would 1000000% recommend Kim to anyone. She is so nice and gives you little updates throughout the day. Alfie had a great time. She took them to the dog park the next morning, he loves it there. Also kept him an extra night as something popped up, was at such short notice too. Thanks again, appreciate it so much ❤️”

“Helena looked after my little Chihuahua Poppy for a second time and again I am really pleased with how well the boarding went. Poppy is elderly and Helena and her family take great care of her and give her lots of attention, love and cuddles meaning that I can relax on holiday knowing that Poppy is very happy. Helena is such a lovely kind person and Poppy was happy to see her when I dropped her off, that says it all! I would definitely recommend Helena as a sitter and would have no hesitation in leaving Poppy with her again.”

“Penny had a great time. The updates were regular and really let me know she was being well looked after. Penny even gave Jamie and his partner kisses before she left. I’ll absolutely have Penny stay again.”

“An amazing professional who gave our dog exceptional care. Our German shepherd fell in love with kaelan and had her best holiday ever. He truly went above and beyond with her care and could not recommend him enough! Plenty of cuddles and a homey environment which she loved and settled into quickly”

“Keira had a wonderful stay with Kwai and family. She was very well looked after and enjoyed having a wee friend, Sally the Bijon Frisé, to play with. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we received daily updates and photos that were very reassuring. On top of that, the whole family are lovely and really went out their way to make sure Keira's stay would be as good as possible. She's already booked in for a return visit!”

“We couldn’t have asked for better people to look after our dog. From the start, they were kind, reliable, and clearly cared deeply about making sure our dog felt comfortable and happy. We received regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious our dog was treated like part of the family — well looked after, exercised, and given lots of attention and affection. We came home to a relaxed and happy dog, which says everything. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and love they showed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring dog sitters.”

“Audrey and Paul were great with my 2 Jack Russell’s, they kept me updated with texts and pictures every day and could tell they were comfortable with them. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again 😁”

“Dean was very welcoming and took care of our dog very well. We are very pleased with his support with Milo while we were away. We will definitely reach out to him in future dog care. Thanks a lot, Dean.”

“We feel very privileged that we had chosen Moya, to look after Crumble for a weekend. From our first meeting in March she made us feel so at ease and confident about Crumble's welfare. Her home is lovely and we were happy to leave Crumble. Our dogs are not pets they are significant members of our family and it takes a lot of trust to leave them in someone elses care. No issues on that score with Moya, she came across s a real anilmal lover. On our return Crumble looked in great condition, he was very happy and we have nothing but praise for Moya.”

“Clare has been absolutely fantastic from the very beginning! She took the time to get to know all of Albert's quirks and habits, making her home feel like a true home away from home for him. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Clare. She kept me updated every step of the way with wonderful daily photos and detailed updates on Albert's exploits. It was so reassuring knowing he was getting his daily exercise at the lovely park nearby and receiving so much care and attention. “Charlotte looked after Blue again while I was away for Christmas and as usual took great care of him and cleaned up the mess he made when he knocked a plant down the stairs so I didn't have to deal with that when I got home. It's nice to be able to go away for a few days and not worry about the cat or what mischief he's caused because I can trust Charlotte to take care of it.”

“What an absolute star! Both our girls were looked after so well and the youngest (who is usually scared of everyone and everything) really took to Sanyam, which made it a little easier to be away, knowing she has a new best friend. 🥰 I will absolutely be rebooking Sanyam to watch our wee ones. So accommodating, quick with communication, and of course sent us all the photos and updates!”

“Gabrielle looked after my Alfie for a few days whilst I visited family. She took the booking last minute which I appreciated. Communication was great nothing was a problem, daily updates and pictures from her visits. I have returned and my cat has been well looked after. Would recommend and would use her again!”

“Jenny was absolutely brilliant. Visited our cat at the requested times, sent us a report every time with photos and even did a couple of extra visits at short notice. Our wee cat is on medication twice a day and Jenny made sure he got his medicine. You can tell she adores cats. We’ve already booked Jenny for another trip in 3 months!”

“Great service looking after our girl Willow x would recommend and definitely book again followed instructions on what was best for willow and our cat looked so happy in pictures.”

“Olivia followed instructions amazing and took care of our precious cat Willow. Olivia changed times to suit the cat and even thought to leave food out! when she wouldn’t return one day! (Totally normal for cats in summer) I would recommend Olivia in future and would definitely use her services again.”

“I am extremely grateful to Zoe for looking after my dog and cat. I had a family weeding and Zoe visited them twice in the day. Zoe's communication before, during and after the visits was excellent and she was super reliable, visiting at the agreed times, feeding and taking my dog out. It was very obvious Zoe is a huge animal lover. Unfortunately my 13 year old dog developed an upset tummy the day before the visit and Zoe refreshed the pads left in case of an accident and kept me constantly updated on what they had eaten etc. Above and beyond and I would 100% recommend and use again. Thank you Zoe 👏👏”

“Harley had an amazing time. He is normally very nervous around strangers especially men but he was very comfortable with Allan. I got lots of updates throughout the day with great photos! Harley came home happy and tired from all his walks. Harley will definitely be visiting Allan again.”

“Cannot say enough good things about Alex and how amazing he was with our Buddy. He constantly communicated with me sending pictures which put my mind at rest that Buddy was happy. We were looking for someone who basically treated Buddy with the love and attention we give him and we found this in Alex. He has a lot of experience especially with anxious dogs and has such a lovely and caring nature. I think Buddy would have been happy to stay with Alex!! So happy and relieved we’ve managed to find someone after a lot of searching that we are more than happy to leave Buddy with. Thanks Alex for being amazing.”

“We are delighted to have found Jamie via Rover as we’ve been looking for someone to help us with our anxious dog who can take a bit of time to settle. Jamie is incredibly patient and understanding when caring for Otto. Already rebooked for an overnight stay 😴”

About: Hey, I’m Kayleigh 👋🏻 I’ve always had dogs, since I was a kid. We sadly lost our gorgeous 10yo collie, Rosie, last year and I really miss having a dog in my life. I especially love active breeds, but to be honest I adore all dogs. I work freelance from my home studio, so my days are flexible and I’d love the excuse to get outside and get my steps in with some four-legged company. Because I work from home, I’m available for walks most days (apart from Thursdays). During term time I can be quite flexible, while school holidays are a little busier for me. In general, I’m available for walks between 10am and 2pm, as well as early evenings, but feel free to get in touch if you’re looking for times out with that. I offer doggy day care on Wednesdays. I have a large, fully fenced garden. When we’re out, I’ll always follow your instructions and stick to your dog’s normal routine, including keeping them on a lead if that’s what you’d like. I also only walk one dog at a time, unless they’re from the same household, so your dog will always have my full attention.
“Dionne was fantastic with Guinness can't believe how often she kept me updated throughout the day, with photos, messages and video's, would highly recommend Dionne to watch your furbaby. Guinness was definitely won round by Dionne she worked wonders and I can't thank her enough. Keep up your good work Dionne, you are top of my list to watch Guinness when I require your service.”

About: Individual Attention: "I believe every dog is unique. I'll tailor my care to your dog's specific needs and preferences." I will let you know anytime how your dog is and send you videos and photos. I'm working 2 days a week. I have plenty of time to be with your dog and give him all the care he needs. Your pet will be well stimulated on those walks with games and treats. Our garden is safe. It is fenced of and locked. I prefere to take doggies for a walk before sending them to the garden. But the garden is safe.

About: I have lots of experience dog sitting many types of breeds of all shapes and sizes! I board and dog sit frequently for friends and family and have growing experience with lovely Rover clients. I also have vast hands-on experience caring for my own much-loved dachshund, Nelly, who has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding each dog’s individual personality and needs! Raising her has given me practical experience with daily care, exercise, feeding routines, and providing a safe, loving environment for my girl! I have a genuine passion for dogs and enjoy spending time outdoors, nature walks and exploring new places together. I’m also happy taking dogs on safe car journeys when needed. My priority is ensuring every dog in my care feels happy, comfortable, and treated as if they were part of my own family. I understand that every dog deserves plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and companionship while their owners are away just as I like whilst I am away. My dachshund will be present unless specifically requested for during booking but she is friendly and loves to play. I have experience in issuing daily medication and monitoring dogs behaviour, diet and intake. I encourage owners to bring their dog beds for comfort during sitting in my home but dogs are all welcome on our sofas with lots of cuddles 🛋️🛌🐾 I am a current primary teacher in Glasgow. During my school holidays I love to dog-board, sit and walk! I love all things animals and walking. I treat dogs as my own, and a part of our family. I have a friendly and welcoming mini dachshund at home in our flat and a garden downstairs. All dogs welcome in our home - even on our sofa! If you are looking someone trustworthy and caring for your little one, please reach out!
About: I’ve spent the last ten years caring for dogs of all ages, personalities and needs. I grew up with both dogs and cats, so looking after animals has always been a natural part of my life. I also have two dogs of my own, which means I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust completely with your pets. I offer boarding in a calm home environment and I only take one guest dog at a time (or multiple dogs from the same household). This allows me to give each dog plenty of attention and helps them settle in comfortably. I work from home, so dogs are rarely left alone and can enjoy a relaxed daily routine with walks, rest and company throughout the day. I have hands-on experience with rescue dogs and nervous pups, and I’m patient, calm and confident when helping them feel safe and comfortable. I’m happy working with puppies who need extra structure and consistency, as well as senior dogs who may need a gentler pace and more attentive care. My goal is always to make your pet feel loved, secure and understood while keeping you updated so you can relax knowing they are in good hands. If you are booking with Rover for the first time you can use my promo code ........ for £15 off your first booking! Pet care is a big part of my everyday life. I’m a full time dog walker and sitter, and I’m also a stay at home dad, so I spend most of my day at home and out on walks. This gives me plenty of time to focus on each dog’s needs, whether that’s exercise, company or a calm, steady presence. My schedule is flexible and centred around the pets I look after, which means I’m able to give them consistent attention and keep their routines as close as possible to what they’re used to. I offer dog walking and pet sitting or boarding in my home. When a dog stays with me, I focus on keeping their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I have a large fenced garden where dogs can play, explore and relax safely throughout the day. Crate trained dogs are welcome, but it’s not a requirement. I’m always happy to follow the owner’s instructions so their dog feels secure, relaxed and settled. Whether it’s sticking to feeding times, keeping up with training or providing a quiet space to unwind, I make sure each dog gets the care and attention they need while they’re with me.
“Ludo stayed with Yasmin and her family for a day, he must have been well cared for and exercised during his stay as he come home his usual happy self. Yasmin was easy to communicate with and I'd be happy to leave my boy with her again.”

About: When I'm not looking after animals, you'll usually find me outdoors — I'm currently 61 Munros into all 282, and I love hiking, travelling, and both indoor and outdoor bouldering whenever I get the chance. I spent a lot of time in the north of Scotland, mostly in Shetland and Scourie, and I've spent a lot of time travelling and house sitting in those areas too, so I'm very comfortable in remote or rural settings as well as busier towns and cities. Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember — I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, cows, and horses, so looking after them just feels natural to me! I've been pet sitting for over 16 years now, both here in the UK and while travelling around Europe and Asia, and I love that animals have been part of every adventure along the way. At home, I've got two dogs and three cats keeping me busy (and very loved). Some of my favourite memories come from a hobby I did with National Geographic, working with an NGO called Target that helps protect animals from poachers. I got to work alongside animal experts from all over the world in India's national parks — setting up cameras and spending time with tigers, tiger cubs, snakes, tortoises, and dogs. It was an incredible experience and taught me so much about how different animals think and behave. I've cared for pets from tiny month-old puppies and kittens all the way up to a wise old 14.5-year-old collie, across loads of different breeds. I've also helped rescue dogs settle in — from Romania, learning to trust humans and live alongside other pets, and from northern Scotland, helping them become calmer and more confident, learning to walk nicely on a lead, stay relaxed around other dogs, and not bark so much. Animals have always had a huge place in my heart, and I've looked after them both one-on-one and in multi-pet households, so whether it's a single pet needing full attention or a busy home with several animals at once, I'm comfortable managing it all. Honestly, what I love most is getting to know each animal's own personality — because just like people, no two are ever the same! I take the time to understand them, play with them, and learn something new every single day. If you're looking for someone who'll genuinely care for your pet like their own, I'd love to meet them! I'm very flexible when it comes to pet care, and I'm happy to fit my schedule around yours rather than the other way round — whether that means early mornings, late evenings, or something in between. I know how much it means to feel completely at ease while you're away, so I love sending photo updates of your pet enjoying their time with me, so you can see for yourself that they're happy, safe, and well looked after. Communication is a big part of how I work, so if you ever want an update or have a specific routine you'd like followed, I'm always just a message away. I try to respond to your queries within 30 minutes, unless I'm away hiking or somewhere with no network — but even then, I'll get back to you as soon as I'm reachable! 🙂 When I'm caring for pets in your home, I like to keep things as close to normal as possible, so your pet babies can stick to their own routine rather than having to adjust to mine. I spend time playing with them, talking to them, and giving them plenty of attention throughout the day — walkies for dogs, playtime for cats, and anything extra you'd like me to do to keep them happy and comfortable. Your home and your pet's usual habits always come first, so just let me know what works best for them and I'll follow your lead. :)

About: 🐕🦺 I am well experienced in dog sitting, boarding, drop ins, and walking, having done this type of work since a young age, but more consistently in the last four years. I’ve travelled all over the world dog sitting in homes from London to South Carolina USA (which is the gorgeous sunny location you see in my header photo) ☀️ I also have extensive experience with rescue dogs who suffer with behavioural issues such as resource guarding and reactivity. I also have experience caring for dogs with both food & environmental allergies who require specialist foods or cooperative care for cleaning. So whether or not your dog is on a special diet you can trust I will never be that person to “just give them a little bit” of leftovers or treats they’re not allowed 🍗 and I’m happy to do any wipe downs necessary after walks. 🧼 After working closely with behaviourally & medically complex dogs, I would be happy to transfer my skills and knowledge learned where possible to help other dog owners who experience similar situations. 🫶🏼 Having so much experience with high prey drive dogs such as greyhounds & Lurchers in the past, I am also confident fitting muzzles, or continuing any ongoing muzzle training where required with a positive reinforcement approach. 🐶 I’m open to help care for any dog regardless of their temperament, energy levels, medication requirements, etc, as long as they can be managed. If this describes your dog I will most likely propose a meet and greet free of charge first to make sure we’re a good match before any official bookings. ✅ Got a placid dog who’s pretty low maintenance? That’ll be a walk in the park! 🦮 pardon the pun… 🐾 I am very big on dog training and use it as a communication system. More than happy to incorporate what I know into my appointments, and/or continue with any training owners currently have, for example, loose leash walking, cooperative care, impulse control, obedience and recall.🗣️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Guaranteed with every service: ♥️ Loving care for your fur baby 🪡 Tailored approach ✨ Follow instructions clearly 📱 Regular updates for peace of mind Dogs love predictability & structure and this is very important for their nervous systems. I’m happy to help integrate with your dog’s routine where possible. I’m also a professional digital content creator, so you can expect lots of gorgeous photos of your perfect pups while they’re in my care too! Boarding in my home: I have a fenced, fully secure back garden that any dog in my care will have access to. The kitchen looks out on to the garden, so I can keep a close eye on your fur baby at all times. If a dog is in my care they will never just be left alone to find their own fun- always in my line of sight and properly watched after. I also have a crate for anyone who would prefer their dogs to maintain their crate training routine. I do also often have it set up as a safe space with the door left open for any dogs that may feel overwhelmed by a big new space. For dogs who are already crate trained we know this tool can be especially helpful for ones who have a tendency to be destructive when left unattended, which can pose potential safety concerns, so it will always be used under your instruction only. I have a comprehensive understanding of dog body language, able to confidently tell if they are communicating signals of happiness, stress, excitement and warnings. I also have a strict rule of no on leash greetings when out on dog walks. Walks are for walking, not play dates. Nose to nose dog greetings can become confrontational for our pups and escalate very quickly, especially when you are not familiar with the other dog, so rest assured I’ll always advocate for your for furry friend!
About: All though I don’t have any pets at the moments I’v have a few dogs over the years. Iv watched friends and family’s dogs when they’ve been on holiday and always love a dogs company. As a full time worker my availability would be flexible for walks. But my partner works opposite shifts so if I was boarding a dog then there would be some one at home with the dog most of the time. I know just how different all dogs are and like different things. I will adjust to there needs to give them the best possible care that I can. I have a fully fenced secure back garden, but I would never leave your dog unattended in it as I never did with my own.

About: I’ve had animals all of my life. From puppies and kittens to senior animals and strays. I’ve always found animals take to me well, it’s like they can tell I prefer them to humans. Working part-time can be a great way to balance responsibilities while still having enough free time to pursue other interests, like pet sitting. With a flexible schedule, I can dedicate my afternoons or weekends to caring for pets, ensuring they get the attention and love they need when their owners are away. This not only provides a rewarding experience but also allows me to earn some extra income while enjoying the company of furry friends. Having had 2 dogs and 3 cats. I have smashed the safety aspect of an in closed garden. I tend to adore every animal I ever meet & typically prefer them to people.
About: Hi! 👋🏼 I'm Dionne! - Your dogs new best friend! Dogs have been at the centre of my world for years, and now caring for them is what I do full-time.🐶💖 I'm a very friendly, loving and caring person. I love to uplift people who are around me, as it makes me happy seeing others happy and seeing the passion that comes out of people when you support them in doing what they love. - I love animals too, Especially dogs! Dogs hold a special place in my heart, they are such wonderfully social creatures, and I adore getting to know all their unique personalities. I pride myself on creating a safe, loving experience where your pup feels supported, comfortable, and truly cared for. Whether it’s walks, play, or just being a calm, reassuring presence, I’m dedicated to making your dog’s time with me as happy as possible. I don't have a dog of my own, but I'd absolutely be honoured to take your dog out on one of my walking adventures or have them stay over, for as long as you'd like. Just let me know which service you'd like, and I'll most likely be available to help you. -------------------------------------- 💖 A personal note: On my profile, you’ll see photos of two very special boys — Star (The whippet) and McCoy (The Lhasa apso) — Who both hold a permanent place in my heart. 🌟 Star was a very happy whippet and my very first Rover booking. We became best friends instantly, and I was lucky enough to see him regularly. Always asking for sausages (even after I’d already given him two!), he brought so much joy to our walks, occasional playful moments, and cuddle sessions. Star didn’t play much, being an older boy, but every moment with him was special — from him running up the stairs to greet me, to his sweet little whippet face. He passed away on 03/08/23 at 5:00 pm, and although my heart broke hearing the news, I’m forever grateful for the bond we shared. Star will always be a cherished part of my Rover journey. 🐾 McCoy was one of my first regular bookings and quickly became my wee best pal. A quiet soul, he’d come for affection on his own terms, sometimes joining me on the couch before toddling off to curl up in his bed like the cosiest wee boy. He had his playful moments too, especially after a good walk, and I’ll always remember his gentle, comforting presence. Both Star and McCoy left paw prints on my heart that will never fade. Though they’re no longer here, the love and memories we shared will live on forever. 🌈❤️ -------------------------------------- Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do — it’s my daily routine and my full-time passion. 🐾 I'll try to go out of my way as much as possible to help you with whichever dates you'd prefer ✌🏻❤️ Your pup will be treated like family here: ✨ A safe, loving home where they can feel comfortable ✨ Plenty of walks, play, and cuddles tailored to their personality ✨ Regular photo & video updates so you always feel connected I enjoy making you happy, allowing you to comfortably leave your best friend in my hands, where you'll receive regular video and photo updates as much as you'd like and being able to show you that your best friend is being loved and cared for as if they were my own. I appreciate each and every one of my clients, and I especially appreciate my regular clients who allow me to regularly have fun with their but now, also my best friend, due to their regular bookings. I'm happy to now be your full time Fairy Dogmother, Haha! 🌸 Why pet parents choose me: Because I go beyond basic care. I take the time to get to know your dog — their quirks, comforts, and even anxieties. If your pup has special needs, I’ll work with you to make sure they’re supported every step of the way. Every booking is personal to me, and many of my clients have become like extended family — their dogs are just as excited to see me as I am to see them. That bond means everything. 💖 📸 A little extra: I studied photography in college, so capturing your dog’s personality is one of my favourite parts of the job. Clients often tell me how much they love the photos I take — some have even framed them for their walls! Knowing those memories mean so much to you makes my heart so happy. I love sharing the joy these pups bring into my life, and I’d love for you to be part of it too. 💖 Search "Dionne’s Dogs" on Facebook and follow along for updates, sweet photos, and plenty of wagging tails. 🐾📸 🏡 Safety, Trust & Environment Your dog’s safety and happiness always come first. I provide a secure, fenced home where I live with my mum that has plenty of space for play and rest. And because I don’t have a dog of my own, your pup gets my undivided love and attention. There are a few grassy areas near me where I like to take dogs and let them have a good run around. I also make sure to learn about each dog’s individual needs — whether it’s special care, anxieties, or just their favourite daily routine — so they feel at home and fully supported.
About: Hi, I’m Cirila — I’d love to look after your pet while you’re away and make sure they feel happy, safe and relaxed. I’ve grown up with animals and have over 10 years of pet-sitting experience. I share my home with Fox, my gentle and friendly lurcher, who’s calm, well socialised, and used to having other dogs around. I’m self-employed, so I’m home most of the time and can give your pet plenty of attention, cuddles, and company. Dogs staying with me get at least one nice long walk a day, plus extra walks or playtime depending on what they enjoy. I’m also happy to pet-sit in your home if that’s what your pet prefers. I have experience looking after cats and budgies, as well as small animals. I really enjoy getting to know each pet and treating them like part of the family. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry (or feathered!) friend 🐶🐱🦜 Pet care is part of my everyday life. I’m self-employed, so I only take bookings when I’m working from home or on holiday, meaning your pet always has company. My own lurcher, Fox, keeps me on a routine of walks, playtime, and chill time — so looking after another dog just fits right in. I make sure every pet gets plenty of exercise, attention and a comfortable, calm day. In my home: Your dog becomes part of the family. They get daily walks, lots of company, playtime, and whatever routine you prefer. Fox is very friendly and enjoys having a buddy around. In your home: I follow your pet’s usual routine so they feel at home. I’m tidy, respectful, and send plenty of photo updates. With your permission, I may bring Fox along — he’s gentle and used to house-sitting with me.

“Penny had a great time. The updates were regular and really let me know she was being well looked after. Penny even gave Jamie and his partner kisses before she left. I’ll absolutely have Penny stay again.”

On top of that, she was incredibly accommodating and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which made everything completely stress-free.
