I attended college after high school and earned a full HNC and HND in Animal Care. From there I went on to work in animal rescues and in pet retail spaces until part way through my Psychology degree when I decided to start my own business. Growing up I have always had dogs and have experience with dogs in both rural and urban living situations! Currently I have a border collie, Hollie, who is my adventure buddy. We really enjoy all sorts of walks, from exploring the city to extensive woodland and beaches! Thanks to my animal care education, I have a range of toys and mental stimulation games and am more than comfortable to discuss any medical requirements or ongoing care. My main goal is very similar to the adverts for Rover.com, in the sense that my goal is to be a new best friend for your pet!

Safety, trust & environment
Previous employment has shown me all different pet owners and pets from all walks of life. It has proved to me that each unique relationship between pet and owner, from their routine to the food they eat and toys the play with is very important in ensuring that your pet (and you) are happy. Walks and drop ins will always take place from the safety of your home with route familiar to your pet and a meet and greet will be required ahead of any first booking. This allows for any questions to be asked that we may have for each other, and most importantly, that your pet and I have the chance to meet ahead of our booking. I enjoy finding out things about your dog/cats quirks; what they like, don't like, are afraid of and things they absolutely love! Working in a rescue previously has also helped me understand more about dog behaviour, and has made me vigilant with dogs of all walks of life.

Always prompt with just the right encouragement even for a lazy dog Allie always gives Tué a great walk and we get some lovely pictures too. Highly recommend!
Queen Allie strikes again. Thanks for looking after Freddie whilst we've been at work the last couple of weeks. The pupdates have been their usual fabulous, detailed paragraphs, and Freddie always seems very happy when we get home. Really appreciate your help!
We booked Allie to walk out dog whilst we went to the Scottish open golf for the day during our holidays, it was nice to meet up before day, it put our mind at rest... The day was made a little tricky due to the heat, Allie judged the situation & decided on little walks on the shade and a bit of company. We would recommend 👍🏼
We’ve used Allie, every time we come to Aberlady. She popped round again for a meet and great Molly and new guy Baxter. She’s excellent in providing photos, update and poop/ wee counts. We’re booking her again for next year… Hope you’re available Allie. Highly recommend her.
Allie has checked in on our cat several times now, we always return to a very happy cat! Allie provides detailed updates and lovely photos from the visits.

I completed my degree in 2025 and my calendar is regularly kept up to date with my availability. Ahead of each year, I will update this section to allow for common annual leave dates to be aware of.
