“Lynnh, Chris and the boys had our girl Poppy for a week. This was Poppy's first time being looked after for this length of time out with her own home and not with a family member. We didn't need to worry as she had absolute ball with a loving caring family. Lots of lovely forest walks, swims and walks to the park to play ball and generally spoilt rotten. Poppy was one tired but happy pooch when we collected her. Lynnh and Chris communicated well and provided us with lots of pictures of Poppy each day. These were lovely to recieve and were reassuring too.”

About: I grew up with dogs, and now have my own beautiful boy who’s 7. I love dogs of all age & sizes, for walks cuddles & playtime I am available for home boarding Thursday - Sunday, I’ll be at home during these time, so your special pooch will have all the attention they need I have a big enclosed garden, for your pooch to play in, a huge park just across the road. I also have a very friendly dog of my own. All boarders will be allowed on the furniture.

“Grant and Angela were amazing. It started with a very professional meet and greet introducing us to their home and allowing them to meet our Labradoodle Bentley. Grant has a Health and Safety background and was very thorough/comprehensive in his introduction.They also introduced him to Otis who would be overlapping his stay with Bentley by half a day. A few days later we left Bentley in their care for two nights. Bentley has separation anxiety however settled in really well. Grant gave us regular updates including Video which really put us at easy seeing Bentley's tail wagging away. We have tried kennels before in which Bentley lost his voice and nose was raw from pushing against the kennel door. Such a relief to have found Grant and Angela. When we picked Bentley up it was very clear he had already formed a bond with Grant and Angela. Emotions dont lie - was great to see. Really was a home from home.”

I have always had a dog in my life and have owner-experience of Border Collies, German Shepherds, Springer Spaniels and I currently have a young Cocker Spaniel who I enjoy training and taking on adventurous walks. I work away so I am not always available, however when I am at home I am available all day everyday so can dedicate whatever time is needed to the animals in my care. I am happy to visit the dog or cat in their own home, feed, take for walks or toilet breaks, and play. I will always treat the dog and their home with care and respect. I am happy to take the dog in my car to a more interesting walk location, but only if the owner is happy for this to happen. Walkies can be with my dog or own their own, whichever suits the individual best. For house sitting services, I have a campervan which I would prefer to stay in at your property as I have my own dog.

About: I have always been an animal lover! I have just finished my HND animal care qualification and passed. HOUSE SITTING: I am currently doing relief work as a care assistant, with shifts between 4-6 hours in the local area. I am happy to speak to you about your specific pet's needs. If they are ok to be left for 4-6 hours, then I will pick up a couple shifts during my house sit. I will ensure that they are adequately walked, fed, and watered both before and after, with plenty of cuddles after my shifts. If they are not comfortable being left, then I am also happy to negotiate staying closer to home! DOG WALKING: I am currently picking up relief shifts as and when required, around house sitting and dog walking. I am quite flexible except for Wednesdays, Sunday mornings, and certain weekends. About: I’m 22 years old, and just finished studying my undergrad Sport Business Management degree at Stirling. Growing up my friends and family have always had dogs and/ or cats, I’ve always loved looking after them or taking them on walks! I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats in the past and I appreciate that each individual will have their own quirks and personalities and would likely benefit from meeting me before I stay with them :) In the past I’ve even managed to teach my cat to ‘sit’ and ‘high-5’! I’m currently in between studying my undergraduate degree and beginning my masters degree my fourth year of studying at university :) My schedule usually involves football training a couple of times a week: Monday evening, Friday evening, and Sunday 12-1.30pm I also volunteer at a Parkinson’s Singing Group (Monday 3-4.45pm) and Walking Football (Tuesday 10.30am-12pm). I understand that your pets may be wary of a new person and will be sure to give them any space they need! The worst thing we want to do is give them a bad experience and to overwhelm them. I have experience with nervous pets and are able to recognise when not to approach them, although every pet is different. I’ll give them their space in their own home and let them come to me.
