About: I was raised in a house full of different animals and for the last 20 years I have had dogs, cats, rabbits, gecko & horse. I have experience in looking after small to extra large dogs. I was a fosterer with Thistle Boxer Rescue for 3 years and became a trustee (lead rehomer) matching rescues with their forever family. This was the most rewarding experience ever! I have experience in challenging behaviours and believe in reward based training. My only ask is that any behavioural issues are disclosed before pick up/drop off such as wanting to eat my cat (1 eyed feline who thinks she runs the house) this decreases any risks and helps me to understand the dog better and provide better care. I also like to borrow my friends and family’s dogs just because I like the furry hugs. I like to make sure that all dogs feel loved. I have a variety of walking areas local to me and will work around the needs of the dogs. I am currently not working so will be able to fully focus on any dog that is in my care. Going for walks, playing with toys and snuggling on the couch if that’s what they want. I look after all animals in my care as my own, with love and with lots of fun. I treat others home and property with care and respect.

“Paulina was great once again! Picture and video updates every day and I could tell Joni was very content and so well looked after with her - can’t recommend enough!”

Im excited to take my love of animals and the outdoors and make my own wee business. I've had two dogs, two cats, hamsters and rabbits so I am happy that I can care for them. About: Cats don’t want fuss. They want respect, routine, and someone who understands that choosing to sit near you is a compliment. Hi, I’m Louise, a dedicated cat sitter and former cat owner with years of hands-on experience caring for cats of all personalities. I’ve lived with cats myself and regularly look after my friends’ cats, so I understand just how different each one can be — confident or cautious, chatty or watchful, cuddly or proudly independent. While I now share my life with dogs, my approach to cats is very different and completely cat-led. I know that many cats are happiest staying in their own home, sticking to familiar routines, and being cared for by someone calm, observant, and patient. What your cat can expect from me: 🐾 Respect for boundaries — no forced interaction, ever 🐾 Care that follows their routine, not mine 🐾 A calm presence for shy, nervous, or aloof cats 🐾 Playtime, affection, or quiet company depending on what they prefer 🐾 Clean litter trays, fresh food and water, and a tidy feeding area 🐾 Photo updates so you know they’re relaxed and content I’m especially mindful that many owners feel uneasy leaving their cats with “just anyone”. Cats notice energy, tone, and patience — and I take the time to let trust build naturally. Whether your cat greets me at the door or observes from a dignified distance, they’ll be cared for with kindness and consistency. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands cats — not just feeds them — I’d love to help 🐱💛

About: I’ve been a lifelong cat enthusiast, and I currently care for my two beloved Ragdolls—a responsibility I take immense pride in. With extensive experience ranging from kittens to senior cats, I am well-versed in catering to various personalities, whether your feline friend is affectionate or a bit more independent, indoor or outdoor. You can rest assured that I will treat your cat as if they were my own, diligently following your instructions while ensuring their comfort and happiness is my top priority. I’m happy to drop in and spend quality time with your cat, offering you the peace of mind to be away from home, whether on an occasional basis or as a regular service.

“I feel my cats are very very well looked after. I have a lot of confidence in leaving them with Fay and Ian. Wouldn’t want anyone else looking after my boys. And my boys seem to love it too which is very reassuring. 100% would recommend leaving your animals with Fay &Ian. Thank you so much for your excellent care xx”

About: I have over 20 years of nursing experience (most recently as a Nurse Practitioner), but now spend my time being Mum to one human child and two fur babies! I absolutely adore cats, and was given my first kitten when I was 6. Currently I have two (one Siamese and one moggie), and I have owned several cats over the years. I have also owned dogs, rabbits, fish, hamsters, and a horse, so I would be happy to discuss provision of care for other animals. I am aware of the difficulties behind finding trusted pet care. You want to find someone that will look after them as well as you do yourself. As a staunch vegetarian and animal lover, I am looking forward to providing gentle, kind and professional care to any pets that I am trusted to look after.

About: I’m a passionate animal lover, whether it’s dogs, cats, small mammals, birds or reptiles and I treat every pet like part . I make sure to tailor each visit to fit their unique energy, routine, and personality! I have my own pet cat and dog, and have vast experience looking after others pets, from dogs and cats to chickens and lambs.

About: Hi! I’m Anastasiia, and animals have always been a very special part of my life. I grew up with my beloved dog, Timmy, who was part of our family for 14 wonderful years. Caring for him taught me patience, responsibility and how important it is for every pet to feel safe, loved and understood. I truly love animals and enjoy spending time with them. Since losing Timmy two years ago, I’ve really missed having a furry companion around, which inspired me to join Rover and care for other people’s wonderful pets. I’m currently completing my MSc dissertation, so I spend most of my time at home. This means your pet will receive plenty of attention, companionship, regular walks and lots of care throughout the day. I only host one family’s pet at a time to provide a calm, safe and loving environment. I’ll follow your pet’s usual routine and keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. “Ali looked after my puppy Roy, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he was kind, warm, gentle, and incredibly easy to communicate with. As a nervous puppy owner leaving Roy with someone new for the first time, I immediately felt reassured and comfortable thanks to Ali's calm and caring nature. His dog, Freya, was also lovely and very friendly, and it was clear that she and Roy got on really well. It was wonderful knowing Roy was in such good company and having a great time while I was away. Ali clearly cares deeply about the dogs he looks after, and I felt completely confident that Roy was being well cared for. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. Thank you, Ali!”

“Our Cavapoo Neville spent the day with Amy & Harry recently & we couldn’t be happier with them. Neville seemed to have a wonderful time & had made himself at home quickly. We met the week prior & were grateful for their time to introduce Nev, he pulled us straight to the front door when we dropped him off. Amy kept in touch throughout the day, communication was great & we’d have no hesitation in recommending. Nev can’t wait to come and spend some more time with Amy & Harry.”

“Have been using Leigha’s dog sitting service for a few weeks now and will continue to do so. Rufus absolutely loves it at Leigha’s house! As a 4 month old puppy, spending time with Leigha, her family and dogs has been great for his development. Having well behaved dogs in her family, I felt instantly reassured leaving my puppy in Leigha’s care! From the get go, Leigha showed a genuine interest in Rufus’ schedule - leaving me confident that he would be well looked after. Lovely to see photos and videos of Rufus enjoying himself! He definitely tired himself out today and has been sleepy and cuddly all evening hehe. Thank you Leigha!”

About: I’m 22 years old, and just finished studying my undergrad Sport Business Management degree at Stirling. Growing up my friends and family have always had dogs and/ or cats, I’ve always loved looking after them or taking them on walks! I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats in the past and I appreciate that each individual will have their own quirks and personalities and would likely benefit from meeting me before I stay with them :) In the past I’ve even managed to teach my cat to ‘sit’ and ‘high-5’! I’m currently in between studying my undergraduate degree and beginning my masters degree my fourth year of studying at university :) My schedule usually involves football training a couple of times a week: Monday evening, Friday evening, and Sunday 12-1.30pm I also volunteer at a Parkinson’s Singing Group (Monday 3-4.45pm) and Walking Football (Tuesday 10.30am-12pm). I understand that your pets may be wary of a new person and will be sure to give them any space they need! The worst thing we want to do is give them a bad experience and to overwhelm them. I have experience with nervous pets and are able to recognise when not to approach them, although every pet is different. I’ll give them their space in their own home and let them come to me.
About: I have experience looking after my family golden retriever, who sadly passed away recently, as well as two cats who I miss very much as I have moved out of home. I have walked several dogs via other apps and have also looked after neighbours pets while they are away. I am now studying my Masters and would look after other people’s pets until I can get my own I currently am studying my Masters degree so my time is often very flexible, occasionally things pop up but I’m happy to work round what you need where possible I understand that different pets have different needs and so I will take the time to ask what is best for your pet and will work with that

I treat every dog like my own and always aim to give owners peace of mind, with plenty of love, exercise and attention. I currently work 3 days a week, so I have plenty of free time for dog walks! Weather that’s in the morning, afternoons or evenings of my days off. I like exploring new places and parts of town, so having a furry friend to keep me company is just what I’m needing. I have a fenced balcony but a wide range of greenery around me. Pets would never be left unattended in my company to ensure they are always safe.
About: I am a dedicated dog owner and currently have a 7-month-old high-energy puppy, giving me hands-on experience with training, exercise, socialisation and routine care. I have also cared for older dogs and rescue dogs with varying needs and temperaments. In addition, I volunteered with Guide Dogs, providing care and support for dogs in training. I am confident handling energetic young dogs as well as those requiring extra patience and attention, and I always strive to provide a safe, loving and enriching environment. I currently work from home Monday to Friday and already have time scheduled to walk my own dog which can easily be flexed to make room for your needs. I have a fenced garden and a friendly dog of my own to keep your fur baby company and make sure they get the stimulation and exercise they need. With access to lots of safe walking routes near my own home and a car to collect and return your dog is needed.

So as you'll see I'm used to a wide range of animals not just Cats and Dogs. Monday & Wednesday 3.30pm onwards - Dog walks and pet visits can be provided Tuesday - Doggy day care. Dog walks and pet visits can be provided Thursday from 3.30pm , a Friday & a Saturday - Overnight boarding.Doggy day care , dog walks and pet visits can be provided. Sunday - Doggy day care , dog walks and pet visits can be provided. ..Due to working on a Monday any over night boarding dog/s still here on the Sunday will need to be collect by the evening. Each pet sitting job or dog walking will be choosen by and tailored to the individual needs of the client and their pet/s. It's not a one size fits all and I think tailoring these wants and needs of the individual makes things not only professional but adds a more personal touch as well. Thank you for looking. Please feel free to ask any queries you may have.
“Ellie has been fantastic with my whippet Nell. She took my request for dog walks at the last minute and I can't say enough good things. Nell loves her and I'm happy to know I have someone I can trust when I'm new to the area. Thanks Ellie”

About: I have experience with: - Small, medium, large and XL dog breeds - Puppy specific needs - Senior dog care - Reactive dogs - Dogs with specific medical needs - Re-homed dogs - Multiple dog households I am happy to adapt to whichever routine you have in place. I will stop by to give belly rubs and a toilet break, or I can walk/run/train/stimulate your hyper-energetic pup so they can settle down while you are away. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask, I also have experience with smaller pets, cats and horses if there are other jobs to be doing while I'm there. Currently working from home, so if you are local, I can be flexible with my visit timings. Early morning, lunch break or post work/evening visits. Trust is extremely important to me. I want you and your pet to be comfortable with my service, so anything I can do on top of regular communication and live updates please let me know. Safety and security of your pet and home goes without saying. If my visits are going well and I have built a strong relationship with your pet(s) then overnight/multiple days/weeks of care can be discussed.

About: Hi! Im Trish ! Thank you for considering my services. I’m a lifelong animal lover, professional dog spoiler, and firm believer that every dog deserves to be treated like family (possibly even royalty). I have my own little sidekick, Milo, a whippet/Italian greyhound mix with long legs, lots of personality, and absolutely no understanding of personal space. Having a dog of my own means I completely understand how nerve-wracking it can be leaving your pet with someone else, which is why I put huge importance on trust, communication, patience and making your pet feel genuinely loved and safe. I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my entire life and have experience looking after all sorts of dogs; tiny nervous pups, giant cuddle monsters, energetic chaos gremlins and sleepy seniors alike. Honestly, nothing is too small, too big, too fluffy or too weird for me to absolutely adore. Animals have always been a huge part of my life and I genuinely love getting to know all their little personalities and quirks, so whether than means I have to sing a song to get your dog to eat, I'm all for it ! I live in a quiet, dog-friendly village with a huge park right outside my living room window, which is basically every dog’s dream. I work only 2 and a half days in the office and spend the rest of the week working from home, so there’s plenty of time for walks, play, cuddles, snack negotiations and companionship throughout the day. I’d genuinely love nothing more than some extra furry company while my partner is working as I'm currently trying to persuade him to adopt another sidekick ! I also have a car and love being outdoors, so your dog can expect anything from peaceful village strolls to scenic adventures through parks, forests, beaches and munroes depending on their personality and energy levels. Whether your dog wants an action-packed adventure or simply someone to curl up beside and be obsessed with them for the day, I can tailor everything to suit their needs. You’ll also receive daily updates, photos and probably messages about the funny thing your dog did that day, because I know how reassuring it is hearing that your pet is happy, relaxed and being treated like one of the family while you’re away. Any questions, feel free to ask me ! Pet care fits very naturally into my weekly routine. I work in the office 2.5 days per week (Mondays 8.45am-12.00, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 8:45am–5:00pm). The rest of the week I work from home and am available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. When working from home, I have the flexibility to adjust my schedule to accommodate dog boarding, walks, feeding times, playtime, and any other care needs such as giving medication. I am committed to ensuring pets receive plenty of attention, supervision, exercise, and companionship throughout their stay, and I can adapt my routine as needed to meet each dog’s individual requirements. I provide a safe, comfortable, and caring home environment where pets are treated like part of the family. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise requirements, medication (if needed), and any specific care instructions provided by the owner. Dogs receive regular walks 3 times a day, playtime as needed, mental stimulation, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I ensure they have access to fresh water at all times and a clean, comfortable space to rest with multiple blankets and dog beds available. I also provide regular updates and photos to owners for peace of mind while they are away. My priority is making sure every pet feels happy, secure, and well cared for during their stay as I know how stressful it can leaving your loved companion with someone else.
About: I’m taking care of dogs from last 3 years. I would always love to give my attention and companionship to the dogs. Having in-depth knowledge of animal care and training techniques. I’m mostly working from home and I have a very friendly welcoming dog who can give your pets a very good companionship besides me. I have lot of backyard space to make them play and have good enough time to take them out for walks for every 2 or 3 hours. I am staying in a detached house with a good fencing in the back yard and a welcoming dog who loves to play with her mates.
About: Hi, I'm Rachel, a dog lover and artist based in central Perth. I'm offering my pet sitting services to good natured four legged friends in Perth and the surrounding area 😊 Past experience: My childhood dog was a Norfolk Terrier, who was great - but a classic terrier! We next got a Romanian rescue who had been in a kill shelter so was quite anxious. My family fostered a number of other Romanian rescues, so through these experiences and having one of our own, I am familiar with looking after those of a more nervous disposition, and the importance of building trust slowly. Having done lots of pet sitting throughout my life (including cats) and using Borrowmydoggy when I moved to Scotland, I later joined Rover to share my services more widely. I treat each pet as if they were my own and love building a genuine relationship with a dog over time and learning their quirks. I am able to follow care instructions, work with their usual routine to make them as comfortable as possible, and balance fun and play with firmness when needed. About me: I am approachable, trustworthy and reliable. I love spending time in nature; I am a landscape painter so the surrounding areas provide significant creative inspiration to me. I have a car and am located in central Perth, right by the river and the South Inch park, with lots of nice local walks nearby. I currently work full-time but I am able to be flexible on my office days (the more notice the better for this). I am particularly able to do short-term sits, such as a single day or day-night-day, but do feel free to put through any requests for longer and I'll see what I can accommodate! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile, any queries just let me know 😊 I currently work full-time so if you require my services in the week it'd be good to know that your dog would be ok with me spending time sitting at my laptop (with cuddle breaks of course). I am generally 1 day per week in the office but I do have some flexibility in my schedule, particularly with a bit of notice. I am in a first-floor flat, no garden but very close to green space. My flat is clean and smoke-free. I live on my own, and pets are welcome on the sofa and bed if allowed!

“The service Lynh and her family provide is fantastic, and it was lovely (and relieving!) to know our pet was in good hands and having his own holiday adventures during his stay. I can’t recommend highly enough!”

“Debbie and her wonderful family treated Vallie like their own. They followed her schedule perfectly and planned an amazing holiday for her with beach trips, park visits, and lots of games. We loved the frequent photo updates, and it looked like Vallie had more fun than we did! Highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter.”
