I have a lively and very fit Doberman girl and so it takes a bit of knowledge and patience (and lots of cuddles) to have my dog. Whenever I have seen Sheila meeting any kind of dog, big or small, old or lively young, she has made quite clear how much she likes dogs. My dog has been in Sheila's house and was made at home there as if it was in my own place, always a nice chew waiting and never left alone. Whenever I take my dog to Sheila's place she is storming to the entrance door, I am forgotten. What better way to leave your dog at the sitter's home!”

About: I have been around pets such as cats, dogs, horses, rabbits and pigs my whole life. I love going on adventures with animals and pets. I am full time work, but I am free all evenings, the weekends and holidays. I am also free certain hours of the day too. I live in a quite happy street with my own garden attached to my house that is suitable for cats, dogs and any other pets.

About: Since I was about 12 years old, I've been taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes. Growing up, we always had a mix of dogs in the house - small mixed breeds, to large German Shepherds - and usually at least 3 dogs at once! I've looked after them and worked on some very basic training whilst they were puppies, all the way up to their old age. I love getting to know dogs and their different personalities, their favourite games, and which treat they like the most! I'm also experienced in looking after adult to senior cats - we always had cats and dogs at my parents' house - so I'm happy to look after a combination, or either cats or dogs separately. I'm currently working part time (Monday - Thursday) based in Inverness, and I have a car, so I'm able to provide a few walks or drop-in visits a day. I try to keep my calendar updated regularly, but usually Friday, Saturday and Sunday are free! From April onwards, my work schedule will change from Tuesday to Saturday and I will be working longer hours, so I will update my availability nearer the time as I would realistically only have time for 1 walk/visit per working day and more on Sundays and Mondays. I want to ensure I have enough time to commit to your pet so they have my full attention, without me needing to rush off to work/other commitments, so if you have any questions, just send me a message! If I can accommodate, I will. I would hope to speak with you about any particular needs your pet has before looking after them to ensure I am meeting these. If there's any safety, behavioural, or routine requirements that helps keep your pet happy and healthy, I will make sure to follow these.

About: I am a qualified veterinary care assistant with 8 years or experience working with a variety of animals, predominantly dogs. I work at a local animal rescue so I am used to working with a range of different breeds, sizes and personalities of dogs. I love getting to know a dogs individual character and find it rewarding building trust and a relationship with them. I am currently working part time so my availability is: - Saturdays and Sundays all day - Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30pm - Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30pm Safety is my top priority when it comes to dog walking and pet care. It is something that I take very seriously. Dogs will be walked in your local area. During walks your dog will be kept on-lead until we get to know one another and off-lead walks can be carried out safely. I believe in creating a positive and enriching environment for pets under my care. Walks are not just about exercise but also about an adventure filled with mental stimulation, fun and lots of tail wags!

About: I’m an animal care assistant looking to spend more times with animals outside of work. I have looked after all of my own pets for many years. I’m currently working full time but I am able to pop in and out of houses while house sitting throughout the day to keep your pet happy and spend as much time after work with them. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have experience of them at all ages including training them as puppies. Now I am confident and capable in looking after dogs for long periods of time as well as handling them on walks and socialising them. I work flexible hours and so I am able to fit your needs into my schedule. I can do drop ins to check on pets in order to feed them or keep them entertained, or I can stay for longer periods of time. I love walking generally and so know many walking routes to fit the most energetic to the most lethargic dogs! I have experience pet sitting through Trusted Housesitters and can provide reviews from at request. I work full time on a flexible schedule and therefore I am comfortably able to fit you and your dogs needs into my day or week. I have trained multiple dogs throughout my life and so if you still have a young dog I can help with all basic training including crate and toilet training.

About: I’ve had family rescue dogs for the past 8 years and have had a big role in caring for them. The dogs have been more mature and in need of some tlc. I work shifts so I am available week days as well as weekends. My availability changes every week making me flexible. I work 3 to 4 days a week. I live in a flat so would not feel comfortable caring for a pet that needs outdoor space here as there is no fenced off area for them. I do live near numerous parks which are great for dog walking and I am happy to drop in to feed/check in on pets at your home.

About: I have a lot of experience with animals, I have pets of my own and they are different breeds. am a very enthusiastic 24 year old, who qualified last year in NC Animal care which covers, animal anatomy, basic first aid, husbandry, handling, feeding and accommodation for a range of different animals.I love animals and taking good care of them, I know it can be difficult finding someone who you can trust to take genuine care of your pet. I love going on walks with dogs as I feel like this is where they really get to express their personality. I would take care of pets as if they were my own and would be grateful to look after your pet! :) I work full time as a Vet Care Assistant, and will be training to be a Vet Nurse next year. I am available every 3rd weekend and depending on my shift patten I can do evenings. I have a very big fenced off garden and where we live is more rural. We do have one dog but he is a Labrador and has a lovely temperament and has been raised with other dogs, so he’ll be great company for another dog. He is crate trained and he wonders in and out of his crate as and when he pleases.
