About: I have grown up with dogs of all kinds from a very young age. As a family we have so much love for dogs and understand that they are a part of the family and deserve so much love and the best care. I’m currently working part time and my shifts are very flexible. I also don’t work weekends so I’ll be free evening, weekends and some weekdays to either do home visits or over night boarding at our house. I have a large house with an enclosed back garden. I also live next to a woodland which is great for walks. I have 3 daughters, 5, 9 and 16. All have grown up with dogs, are very gentle and absolutely adore any animals, especially dogs.
About: I have been lucky enough to have dogs all my life and since I got married we have horses, cats, chickens, sheep and goats. I am currently living and working in Inverness whilst my family are in the Outer Hebrides waiting to move over. I have have the good fortune of helping look after my housemates two Labs (5 & 2 year old) for the last few months as well as a colleagues Cocker Spaniel who I take trail running with me as well as long walks. I would know like to offer my services as experienced animal person. I care for your family member like it was one of my own. I work full time so will cater my availability to be there for your loved one. I live only one mile from my work place so it easy to nip home to let out for toilet breaks and I tend to work afternoons and evenings. I have a small fenced garden at the rear with an 8 foot fence and a larger front garden with 4 ft fence on two sides and a 6ft on the other. Happy to stay in the pet owners home and actually prefer to keep the pet in an environment they are comfortable and familiar with.
About: I have always had animals growing up. From a young age I was always helping in the responsibility of putting our family chickens to bed, we have over 100 and were counted each night. I worked 3 winter seasons in Austria babysitting/dog sitting so have plenty of experience looking after different breeds of dogs. I also work as a receptionist at a Veterinary Practice so have a good knowledge about cats and dogs. I work full time at a Veterinary Practice that allows us to bring our own dogs into the practice but I also only live a 8 minute walk away and have an hours lunch break for visiting them if they need to stay at my house. About: I have had training in looking after my 12 year old dog and before that I have had another two dogs since this dog .I have also looked after family pets when they have been on holiday and one of their dogs is a rescue from Spain and have managed to get him out for walks and spend time with him so he gets used 2 me I am very patient and take time with every dog . Im currently working in the local school and I come home every lunch time to take my lab out for a walk and to feed him and then come home at 3.30 and spend time have cuddle time with my lab I have a fenced garden and I have a lab of my own to keep the other dogs company and they will be looked after really well

“Where do I begin, I honestly can't recommend Chris and Laura enough! Leaving Willow (my 10 month old sprocker) was a big thing for me, but they made me feel completely at ease from the very beginning. She had the best time and came home so happy. Before her stay, we'd already agreed to add one of Chris's training packages alongside the boarding for an additional cost. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made. The difference in Willow has been incredible. Before, she never really settled outside of her crate, she jumped all over everyone and would run off at every opportunity if something caught her attention. Since coming home she's so much calmer, settles around the house on her own, happily lies at my feet while I'm doing things, and is so much better with the kids and other distractions around her. She's learnt so many new skills and commands, but more importantly she's learnt how to relax. I'm genuinely so grateful. Willow is such a big part of our little family and Chris has made such a positive difference to our day-to-day life. The training has given us the confidence to carry on what he's started, and I honestly can't thank him enough. Thank you both so much for looking after our girl. She'll definitely be back! ❤️”

About: I have had animals since I was a small child and started riding when I was 5. I have had cats most of my life and dogs since I was in my 20s. As well as having my own animal companions, I have been a keen horse riders most of my life and worked with horses/ponies over various times of my life. I have two lovely horses who I ride daily. My dream is to have a small croft where I can have a horse and lots of other animals: goats, sheep and hens. I have 4 collies (2 bitches/2 dogs) who I am bringing on and are well trained and excellent with other dogs. Two of my collies are sheepdogs and I train them regularly. They need a lot of mental and physical stimulation so I am out three times a day, either in the park playing football or further afield at the farm, beach, lochs woods or more rural areas to get plenty of uninterrupted doggo time. I am also experienced in breeding and have raised 3 litters of pups. I work from home Mon- Thùr and take my dogs out three times a day. Fridays and weekends are adventure/play time for longer walks, swimming or exploring new areas. I have a 6ft fenced garden with access to fields, walking tracks, woods. I transport my dogs in a Mitsubishi L200 that is kitted out with transport crates. We love beach time, outdoor swimming and collie-ball (football with collies). My dogs are my best friends and closest companions. I have a teenage son who assists with park and beach walks and shorter walks locally if they require 1:1 time. I work 4 days per week from home and have plenty of flexibility in my schedule. About: As a family we adore dogs. We are previously had a cocker spaniel who lived a happy loved life and died of old age when our daughter was a baby. As our life over the past 8 years has been busy bringing up our 2 children now 8 and 5 we didnt think it was a right time to bring a dog into the family. We are now considering a dog but want to ensure its the right decision before making the huge commitment again. Our daughter who is 8, is a animal lover she has a pony which she shares with her granny and the love and kindness she she shows her pony is heartwarming. She is also very committed to animal welfare and caring for all animals pets and wildlife. She is very keen for a dog and would like the opportunity to prove herself. For her 8th birthday she asked for poo bags to practice picking up dog poo! Serious commitment picking up other people's dog poo!! She has had experience with other family members dogs and friends and neighbours dogs and is very sensible and aware of dog behaviours as has read and studied various dog books. We would obviously support observe and assist the children at all times. As a family we are very active we have a suitable garden for a dog and live very close to a rural walk that is suitable for on lead or off lead walks. We are also own a property on the west coast of Scotland which is almost on the beach pictured. We would be delighted to take a dog that we got to know over time for longer periods to our holiday home for holiday cover if required, it's a dog's paradise. We would mainly be able to welcome a dog during the weekends. As we would all be off without commitments the day would very much revolve around the dog and its needs. We would plan our day around walks and meal times for the dog and it will be with us at all times never being left alone. Completely fenced dog safe back garden. Dog completely supervised at all times in the garden and when with the children. The house will be dog safe and appropriate place for the dog to rest/sleep will be available. No doubt on the sofa in front of the fire if owners allow this!

I work full time at a Veterinary Practice that allows us to bring our own dogs into the practice but I also only live a 8 minute walk away and have an hours lunch break for visiting them if they need to stay at my house. Although I don’t have a garden as such there is a field right beside me and a fenced park which is only a 5 minute walk away.
About: I currently work in a Veterinary Practice as a Student Veterinary Nurse and I have worked in a Veterinary Practice for nearly 5 years. I have many years experience in caring for both cats and dogs and have my qualification in animal first aid. I previously worked in a local doggy daycare caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Big or small I love them all 🐶🐾 My experience ranges from walking dogs, feeding and watering both dogs and cats, providing them with lots of love and enrichment. I have also previously studied HND animal care where I have an understanding of animal behaviour. I am currently working full time but I am able to work around my schedule on week days to make pet care work and I am available on weekends I would care for your pet as you wish. Whether that be kept on a short lead for the whole walk, only out to the garden or crated
About: I have had training in looking after my 12 year old dog and before that I have had another two dogs since this dog .I have also looked after family pets when they have been on holiday and one of their dogs is a rescue from Spain and have managed to get him out for walks and spend time with him so he gets used 2 me I am very patient and take time with every dog . Im currently working in the local school and I come home every lunch time to take my lab out for a walk and to feed him and then come home at 3.30 and spend time have cuddle time with my lab I have a fenced garden and I have a lab of my own to keep the other dogs company and they will be looked after really well

About: Student veterinary nurse - soon to be qualified with 4 years experience working in the veterinary industry. I have a lot of experience caring for animals of all shapes and sizes including different personalities, anxious, energetic, elderly and medically complex pets. I am happy to administer oral, topical and injectable medications, qualified in first aid and confident at recognising clinical signs suggesting a pet may unwell. Most importantly I will tailor my care to best suit you and your pet’s needs. I currently work part time due to my studies which means I have multiple weeks of online college throughout the year so I can be available and with your pet all day. During my working weeks I am able to let pets out for a toilet break every 4 hours minimum and can be with them from 430pm until 730am the following day. I have a large fenced garden which is fully secure and pet friendly. I also have my Jack Russel Dori who loves making friends and playing but is also happy to chill out and be calm around other dogs.

About: I have had animals since I was a small child and started riding when I was 5. I have had cats most of my life and dogs since I was in my 20s. As well as having my own animal companions, I have been a keen horse riders most of my life and worked with horses/ponies over various times of my life. I have two lovely horses who I ride daily. My dream is to have a small croft where I can have a horse and lots of other animals: goats, sheep and hens. I have 4 collies (2 bitches/2 dogs) who I am bringing on and are well trained and excellent with other dogs. Two of my collies are sheepdogs and I train them regularly. They need a lot of mental and physical stimulation so I am out three times a day, either in the park playing football or further afield at the farm, beach, lochs woods or more rural areas to get plenty of uninterrupted doggo time. I am also experienced in breeding and have raised 3 litters of pups. I work from home Mon- Thùr and take my dogs out three times a day. Fridays and weekends are adventure/play time for longer walks, swimming or exploring new areas. I have a 6ft fenced garden with access to fields, walking tracks, woods. I transport my dogs in a Mitsubishi L200 that is kitted out with transport crates. We love beach time, outdoor swimming and collie-ball (football with collies). My dogs are my best friends and closest companions. I have a teenage son who assists with park and beach walks and shorter walks locally if they require 1:1 time. I work 4 days per week from home and have plenty of flexibility in my schedule. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are dedicated to family time and dog time with plenty of adventures 😀 we go on adventures daily and the dogs gets plenty of exercise at the farm where I keep my horse. I have an enclosed back garden and access to fenced fields for exercising the dogs. I am responsible and attuned to the needs of my animals. Health and safety comes first.

However, after our initial visit to meet Kerry and her own pets we felt more at ease and happy that Keira would be able to settle down with her new friends and family. During our holiday Kerry responded to our messages promptly and kept us informed about Keira’s integration into her new surroundings. I would say that Keira was made very welcome and possibly even spoiled by Kerry and her family so, she would have felt very comfortable in her new “home”.
