About: I have hands-on experience helping to care for my relatives’ dogs, Annie, Bruno and Terra. This has made me comfortable with dogs of different sizes, ages and personalities, including puppies and medium breeds. I am calm, patient, responsible and attentive, and I understand that every dog has their own routine and individual needs. I will carefully follow all feeding, walking and care instructions and give every dog plenty of attention in my calm, pet-free home. I also live very close to Duthie Park, which is ideal for enjoyable walks and exercise. Owners will receive regular photographs and updates for reassurance. I am currently taking a planned career break, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide dogs with individual attention, companionship and care throughout the day. I am available for weekday and weekend doggy day care and overnight boarding, subject to availability and advance notice. I offer a calm, comfortable and pet-free home where your dog will receive plenty of individual attention. I will carefully follow all feeding, walking and care instructions and maintain their usual routine. I live close to Duthie Park and have access to a large communal garden; dogs will always be supervised and kept safely on a lead in communal areas. I will also provide regular photographs and updates for your reassurance.

About: Hi! I'm Morgan, a medical student who absolutely loves dogs and understands how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. I have grown up with dogs my whole life, having 4 dogs ranging from border collies to Anatolian shepherds and working in my parents doggy daycare in Glasgow before moving for uni, means I’m prepared to handle all sizes of four legged friends! I'm responsible, patient, and organised, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing with company, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. As a medical student, I'm used to paying close attention to detail, following routines, and staying calm in different situations. I'll happily stick to your dog's usual schedule, including feeding times, medication (if required), walks, and bedtime routines. I know every dog has their own personality, so I'll take the time to get to know what makes your dog happiest. My goal is for them to feel as relaxed with me as they do at home. I'll also send regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is happy and well cared for. I can't wait to meet you and your four-legged best friend! I’m currently at university of Aberdeen most days from 9-5 but am willing to dog sit or do let outs Monday-Friday anytime outside these hours as well as dog sitting on weekends. I live in a ground floor flat with a back garden and I live around a 10 minute walk away from 2 different parks. I currently have no pets in the flat and live alone meaning my full attention will be on your pet! I cannot drive but have no issue with longer walks if that’s what your pet requires. I also have no issue with pets being on the furniture if that’s what they are used to in your home
“Niko stayed 2 nights with Jemma and he opened up to her in one afternoon ! Mind you he’s a really anxious dog and a Shiba but he was already sleeping soundly and even had a bath . Will definitely schedule again in the near future.”

“Jane was a lovely, calm, and considerate boarder! She took on all of my crazy collie’s quirks and showered her with love whilst I was away for a work trip and I also really really appreciated her coming to meet us for a walk to get to know Millie first 😊 Millie came home tuckered out after loads of exercise and fun with Jane. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Thanks for looking after Huxley. He is a very high energy spaniel and Kieran had a nice calming manner with him. We loved getting a photo of him snuggled on the sofa looking very happy. Thanks again!”

“Rebecca was absolutely amazing!! She made murphy so welcome in her house and sent a load of photos through the day to keep our minds at rest. He was well exercised and plenty of cuddles and when we came to pick him up he clearly wanted to stay. We will 100% use Rebecca again for looking after murphy and highly recommend her to others”

They took exceptionally good care of Rufus so we were very happy and will definitely use Kayleigh again. - Plenty of walks and excercise - Nice house and garden in a nice area, so we knew Rufus would be safe and secure - They have a small dog who was a good companion for Rufus - Socialising with other dogs, which was good for Rufus - Daily updates with lots of photos gave peace of mind”

“Emma and her husband were really helpful in accommodating a last-minute booking, which I truly appreciated. They were friendly, welcomed me into their home, and showed me where Ellie would be staying, which was reassuring. They also responded to my messages and kept in touch when I asked for updates, which made me feel more comfortable while Ellie was with them.”

“Bob had a great time with Portia! She looked after him so well. Lots of walks and even let him pick his own dinner!! World highly recommend her for any of your dog sitting needs. I’m sure Bob will be back (if she’ll have him!!). Caroline”

“Our little Yorkie spent the weekend with Bruna and her pup Maple and had a great time! Bruna was very communicative and picked Rosie up and dropped her back off to us as we were staying in a hotel in town while at an event. We could tell from their first meeting that Bruna loves dogs and when we said goodbye it was easy to see that Rosie loved both Bruna and Maple. We highly recommend Bruna for pet care and would absolutely leave Rosie with her if we are ever back in Aberdeen. 😊”

Jemma is a lovely lady that took very good care of poppy while I was away , she sent me regular photos and updates on how poppy was doing , poppy had many walks and loads of cuddles by the looks of things, I would definitely recommend Jemma and use her again if needed, 10/10, thank you very much Jemma

Bruna was absolutely wonderful with Siggy! 🐶❤️ She had a lovely 5-day stay with Bruna and Maple, and it was clear from the updates that she was happy, comfortable and very well cared for. Bruna was kind, attentive and kept me updated throughout her stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Bruna and would happily leave Siggy with her again! 🥰

Rodger was great at quick and comprehensive communications, friendly, approachable and keen to understand Eva. Great pre-board meet which reassured us. Easy drop off and pickup up and daily photos, all confirming that she was totally “at home”. Couldn’t recommend more highly, thank you :)

This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Evelyn was absolutely amazing with my dog, Walter, and put my mind at ease from the very beginning. She kept me updated with messages and photos, and it was clear that Walter was happy, well looked after, and loved spending time with her. I was quite nervous about leaving him, but Evelyn made the whole experience stress-free. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy sitter, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Thank you so much, Evelyn!

A huge thank you to Camilo for looking after Betty at short notice. Camilo was always contactable, sent lots of pics each day and gave us lots of updates during Betty's stay. A huge thank you to Camilo’s mum for the lovely little gift she gave Betty when we picked her up 😊, Betty was clearly very relaxed in their company. Would 100% recommend.

Jane was a lovely, calm, and considerate boarder! She took on all of my crazy collie’s quirks and showered her with love whilst I was away for a work trip and I also really really appreciated her coming to meet us for a walk to get to know Millie first 😊 Millie came home tuckered out after loads of exercise and fun with Jane. Would definitely recommend!!

Angela and her family were absolutely amazing with Lana! Went above and beyond to look after her as she wasn’t feeling 100% when we dropped her but Angela and family kindly still took her in and cared for her amazingly! Thank you so much. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Please don’t hesitate to contact Shaimaa, she is an absolutely wonderful dog-sitter and a very lovely person. The fact that she is also vet qualified only adds to the peace of mind. I have left my pug Celeste in Shaimaa’s care three times now for a number of days, and have been kept updated regularly and been able to completely relax when away. Shaimaa offers one to one care, lots of walkies, follows feeding and medication instructions and I am so happy to have found such a wonderful dog-sitter. I just hope she doesn’t get too booked up!!! I like the pre-pay on booking system as it saves another expense when you actually go on holiday and also gives peace of mind that you are sorted for future holidays. Thanks Shaimaa, Celeste loves you ❤️🐾💕🐾❤️

Leah cared for our two doggies like they were her own and spoilt them rotten. She put us at ease from our first meeting before our holidays and continuously updated us on our dogs and sent beautiful pictures. She gives five star care for pets and our family can’t recommend her enough xxx

Zoe was great while Ellie was boarding with her for two nights over a weekend. She was excellent with communication from the start, and was also very accommodating when we needed to adjust our drop-off and pick-up times. During Ellie's stay, we received plenty of photos and updates, and was well looked after. We'd definitely recommend Zoe to anyone looking for a reliable dog sitter, and will be booking Ellie with her again.

You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available for dedicated customer support by email or chat if you have concerns.
The personalised, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog's vaccines is the best way to be 'boarding ready'. Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Sitters in Scotland may request that your dog be up-to-date on core vaccines, such as Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Adenovirus (also known as DHP or DHPPi), Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. Cats may be required to have Feline Panleucopenia Virus, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Leukaemia Virus up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes dedicated customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement programme for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover must pass an identity verification before they can list their services. An identity verification confirms that the sitter is who they say they are based on their documents.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit our Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee. Read more about our requirement for following local licensing requirements .
