I spent years working offshore, which meant I could never have a dog of my own. About: Been around dogs since I was a kid. From walking and feeding my neighbours Jack Russell to full on dog sitting when I became more experienced. Genuine lover of dogs with experience in walking, feeding, administering oral medication, washing + drying & providing puppy love. I’m currently working full time as an engineer, who works from home multiple days of the week. I can plan around yourself if needed based on dates and regularly pause work to walk the dog and give the needed attention, toilet breaks etc. I have a large living room with a multitude of dog toys, beds and even a crate. About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 14, my own dogs, my family dogs, neighbours, they relied them to me, I love them, They're like babies, So Cutes! I am currently studying part-time at college, so I just can't be able mondays and tuesdays, But I am available From Wednesday onwards, every week, in the afternoons I have a big park behind my house and it is a safety area, there's a near veterinary if something's wrong, I can walk them easily and play with them!

Please don’t hesitate to contact Shaimaa, she is an absolutely wonderful dog-sitter and a very lovely person. The fact that she is also vet qualified only adds to the peace of mind. I have left my pug Celeste in Shaimaa’s care three times now for a number of days, and have been kept updated regularly and been able to completely relax when away. Shaimaa offers one to one care, lots of walkies, follows feeding and medication instructions and I am so happy to have found such a wonderful dog-sitter. I just hope she doesn’t get too booked up!!! I like the pre-pay on booking system as it saves another expense when you actually go on holiday and also gives peace of mind that you are sorted for future holidays. Zoe was great while Ellie was boarding with her for two nights over a weekend. She was excellent with communication from the start, and was also very accommodating when we needed to adjust our drop-off and pick-up times. During Ellie's stay, we received plenty of photos and updates, and was well looked after. We'd definitely recommend Zoe to anyone looking for a reliable dog sitter, and will be booking Ellie with her again.
After returning from our holiday, our pet came out as a new dog! Happy, fit and well loved! If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
