I work in healthcare 3 days a week. The other days Im happy to take care of your pet along with my dog Lily who will love to be yours and your dog best friend. I have fenced garden. I will follow your feeding and walking instructions. Pets are allowed on furniture in my house. I have safe space for dogs in my car. He was well taken care of, and we got plenty photos and videos, which kept us updated and we enjoyed seeing them. When our Storm was slightly sick, Ellie was really worried and contacted us immediately, and once we got photos of it, we could quickly reassure her that it was nothing to be worried about. About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. We got out first family dog, Luna, seven years ago who is definitely the favourite child! Three years later she gave birth to two gorgeous puppies which I helped raise from birth so I’m confident with puppy care and handling. I would be able to do house sitting/drop in visits/walking on the weekends and Wednesdays. I could do these services on weekdays too but after 5. I focus on keeping pets safe, relaxed, and happy by sticking closely to their usual routine. I would follow your instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care they need. I give plenty of attention, gentle handling, and regular check-ins so you always know how your pet is doing. As a vet student, I’m confident recognising stress or discomfort and making sure every pet feels comfortable and well looked after. About: I’ve had dogs since i was young and last year did some dog sitting around Aberdeen in other people’s homes. This year i have my own house with a fenced garden so am ready for dogs in! I’m at university but have a good schedule that will work well with dog sitting, I’m free every night and most mornings and for weekends I have a fenced front and back garden with lots of grass that will be safe for your dog, and love going on long walks. It was a very last minute request but Shaimaa was extremely accommodating, she made sure she had all the details she needed about Diana’s usual routine and care and I left feeling reassured she would be very well taken care of. Finding a good sitter is sometimes a bit like hunting for gold dust, but Angela was a dream right from the first message! From setting up an initial meet and greet through to taking care of Enzo for his brief stay, I couldn’t have asked for better care. The update pictures showed me how he was getting on and the fact he came back home smiling with his tail wagging (but mercifully exhausted!) proved I’d found the right sitter for him. Thank you so much for taking such care of my mischievous boy. We’ll definitely be back. :)

Fantastic. Our dogs usually stay with relatives however due to illness we were left without care at very short notice. Bruna messaged and everything arranged hassle free. My dog Meryl had a great time at Eury’s. Lots of walks by the river, in parks and at the beach and lots of pictures and updates. We arranged a meet up before the booking and Meryl loved it and was happy to see Eury at drop off. Eury and her family are so friendly and absolutely love animals. I’ll definitely be booking Eury again.
Carla has looked after our golden retriever Mabel multiple times and it has always been a great experience. Carla is very accommodating and sends adorable picture updates of Mabel and Billie together. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
