“Roz provided exceptional care for our golden retriever. Her home was warm and inviting, and our pup was in great company with her two adorable dachshunds. We appreciated the regular updates throughout the stay, it gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommend Roz!”

About: I’ve had dogs for most of my life and absolutely love being around them. Although my little dog recently passed away, and I’m taking some time before getting another of my own, I still have lots of love, care, and cuddles to give to furry friends. I regularly look after my brother’s Collie and occasionally care for my friend’s Labrador, so I’m very comfortable with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. Spending time with dogs genuinely makes me happy, and I’d love the opportunity to provide a safe, caring, and fun environment for your dog while you’re away. 🐾 I currently work hybrid so have days in the week I can offer as well as weekend boarding. My days of hybrid working are Tuesday and Thursday. Weekend availability - full weekends other than specified weekends when I may be away. I have a fenced in garden and live within a quiet safe neighbourhood surrounded by gorgeous walks in the countryside! I have two children, 9 and 16, who are both very experienced around dogs, very calm, and very loving. We love walking and will very much enjoy a little doggy to take with us.
About: I grow up with dogs and other small animals. My current pets are my dog Lily and my two guinea pigs Mini & Bella. We also have two more dogs in our family who we occasionally take care of. I work in healthcare 3 days a week. The other days Im happy to take care of your pet along with my dog Lily who will love to be yours and your dog best friend. I have fenced garden. I will follow your feeding and walking instructions. Pets are allowed on furniture in my house. I have safe space for dogs in my car. Occasionaly there may be a 10yo child in the house who loves animals.

About: We have been offering pet boarding for over a year, and I’ve had dogs my entire life. I truly believe they are one of the best companions a person can have. I have completed pet first aid training and focus training, and I care for every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. My husband and children are all involved with the pet boarding and this ensures the pets have plenty of cuddles and attention. I look after your dogs as if they are my own and I follow the routines they are used to. Our dogs enjoy at least two good walks a day off the lead in a safe area and lots of fun and attention. We have a large enclosed garden for them to enjoy as well. My dogs are friendly and used to meeting new dogs and people. We as a family love dogs and all respect and treat them with kindness.

“Emma and her husband were really helpful in accommodating a last-minute booking, which I truly appreciated. They were friendly, welcomed me into their home, and showed me where Ellie would be staying, which was reassuring. They also responded to my messages and kept in touch when I asked for updates, which made me feel more comfortable while Ellie was with them.”

“Glen and Sarah were fantastic! They took such good care of our dog, and kept us updated throughout. Lovely family, their own dogs are great, and overall felt very comfortable leaving our dog with them.”

“Winston had a lovely stay with Zhi! I’m really anxious leaving him but felt so reassured by all the photos and videos I got throughout his stay - thank you for this ☺️ I can tell Winston enjoyed his walks with Dream and came home happy and tired!”

“Kayleigh and family looked after Rufus for 3 weeks in July. They took exceptionally good care of Rufus so we were very happy and will definitely use Kayleigh again. - Plenty of walks and excercise - Nice house and garden in a nice area, so we knew Rufus would be safe and secure - They have a small dog who was a good companion for Rufus - Socialising with other dogs, which was good for Rufus - Daily updates with lots of photos gave peace of mind”

About: From a young age, I have always had a love of animals, especially dogs. My naturally caring nature with animals means they will feel relaxed in my company. I have experience with various dog breeds, ranging from Vizsla to Wire-Haired Dachshunds. I am currently studying at University so I am very flexible with days & times to cater for looking after your pets, although I would like to meet the dog & owner, as I would like to know more about your pet (what needs it has, how many walks is required, how the sleeping pattern may be if staying over for the night etc). This information will help me provide the particular, tailored care needed for your beloved pet, whilst also putting your mind at ease that I am a trusted and safe caretaker. I have been looking after my friends' dogs and cats for 6 years, which has provided the hands-on experience of feeding and taken care of the welfare of the animal. I can also take care of house cats if needed as well. I live very near Hazlehead Park & woods, which provides plenty space to take your dog for a walk to let off energy and relieve stress. There is also the local burn at Kings Gate burn and Maidencraig nature reserve :) I will gladly send picture updates of your dog or kitty to show how they are acclimatising in their new environment & experience with myself. I'm also to happy to play with them with their favourite toys and would enjoy extra time for snuggling sessions whilst looking after your best friend. I have references to provide on this website for your perusal before meeting. I am looking forward to hearing from you and especially meeting your pets. I am currently a full-time furry godmother. I am available Monday-Sunday during this summer period. I am here to give care to your furry family members. I’m fully insured, and have Dog First Aid training, DBS checks. Several parks around us for adventures. Your dog will be mentally stimulated and physically trained with games according to their special needs. I have experience with pups on a special diet and medical condition.
About: I have grown up with both cats and dogs all my life, I am an experienced pet owner, and pet sit for friends and family and neighbours. Loves Animals, caring, compassionate, honest. I currently work PT so I have a flexible schedule and am available in evenings and weekends, and I understand that pet sitting is specific. I have worked in peoples homes as care manager & used to changing environments and how to be respectful and responsible, and reliable. Leaving homes as you find them.
“Angela was great with Peppa and Darcy is such a lovely calm, accepting gentleman. Peppa came back calm, happy and seemed like she had a great time. Angela and her family accepted Peppa like their own and followed the care instructions given. I knew I didn’t have to worry about Peppa receiving the best care and attention which helped us enjoy our time away better. Will definitely book again.”

About: We had our own lovely Cassie (a beautiful labradoodle) for 12 years. She was much loved and is much missed. Also lots of family pets in younger years. We decided not to replace her as our children live abroad and we want to travel unhindered. Hence me offering to look after other people’s beloved pets - the best of both worlds - a dog in the house when we are available and freedom the rest of the time! Lots of experience looking after other people’s dogs and always treat them with love and respect! Happily retired and my happy place is out in the local county side walking a dog! I can usually accommodate most pet schedules and happy to discuss requirements. Happy to board your dog who will have the run of our large downstairs. Each pet visiting has found the place they like best to sit, some admiring the view of Bennachie out our front window while others love the garden. Prefer a cage for sleeping but, if pet well behaved, can be flexible.
About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 14, my own dogs, my family dogs, neighbours, they relied them to me, I love them, They're like babies, So Cutes! I am currently studying part-time at college, so I just can't be able mondays and tuesdays, But I am available From Wednesday onwards, every week, in the afternoons I have a big park behind my house and it is a safety area, there's a near veterinary if something's wrong, I can walk them easily and play with them!
About: What makes me different from many sitters is that I only welcome one dog at a time (or two from the same family). This way, your pet receives my full attention and care, without the stress of kennels or large groups of dogs. I treat every dog like part of my family – cuddles on the sofa, cosy sleepovers, safe walks, and lots of love included. I also share our home with Lili – our 2-year-old adopted dog who is extremely friendly and loves meeting other dogs. She gets along with everyone, so your pup will always feel welcome. And if any dog ever needs quiet time, I have the option of using two separate gardens, so comfort and safety are never a problem. I have experience with both young, energetic dogs and older, more sensitive ones, so I adapt the routine to your pet’s individual needs. With a safe garden, a dedicated pet room, and plenty of time for play and rest, I make sure your dog feels truly at home. If your dog needs special care – like sticking to medication schedules, calm socialisation, or extra patience – I’m here to provide it with love and understanding. Pet care is part of my daily life. I am currently at home full-time with my young family, which means your dog will always have company and constant care in a warm, family environment. My routine includes morning walks, playtime in the garden, and plenty of cuddles throughout the day. Evenings are relaxed family time, where dogs are welcome to join me on the sofa or sleep in their own cosy space. Because I only take one dog at a time (or two from the same family), I can fully adapt the daily schedule to your pet’s needs. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide constant supervision, a secure home environment, and a fully fenced garden for safe playtime. I only welcome one dog at a time (or two from the same family), which means your pet receives individual attention without the stress of large groups.
“Eilidh is calm, measured and genuinely loves dogs. Our puppy had the best time with her and thoroughly enjoyed the long walks. She was very well looked after and benefitted from all the love and attention that we had hoped for. Eilidh provided updates, pics and even short videos daily. We enjoyed complete peace of mind knowing that our beloved girl was safe and having lots of fun with Eilidh and her dogs. Happy to highly recommend her!”

Aberdeenshire dog owners share their Rover experiences
Charlotte was amazing, very friendly pet sitter who easily and quickly engaged well with Agnes and helped to settle her more anxious behaviours. She has a lovely home and spent quality time with Agnes taking her long walks and generally going above and beyond the role. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Charlotte again and wanted to thank her for taking care of Agnes so well.
