About: I have 10 acres of private woodland for dog walking. I've taken care of all shapes/sizes and ages of dogs from puppies to old dogs that struggle to walk. My favourite dog is a labrador. On the cat front, my family have always had bengals who you need to be a bit of a mind reader to handle correctly/affectionately. My mum has ran a vet practice down in england for >25 years so I've spent a lot of time with animals growing up. I work from home full time as a software engineer and have my own car (Honda CRV so plenty of space), and have a fairly flexible schedule so can accommodate short notice requests. I will always make sure that all windows and doors are secured so no little escape artists on my watch! And that Collars/harnesses are secured to minimise the risk of slipping collars.

About: I have a deep and genuine passion for caring for all animals. Their wellbeing has always been incredibly important to me, I naturally connect with animals of all kinds. Over the years, I have had the privilege of looking after the pets of friends and family, including feeding, walking, grooming, administering basic care, and ensuring they feel safe, comfortable and loved while their owners are away. About: Glen & Sarah have had pets, dogs and cats, all of their lives. Jethro & Judi (mini schnauzers) love having other dogs to stay over & regularly get neighbours dog over to stay. Sarah is a stay at home mum who walks the dogs during the day. Dogs get regular access to the fenced back garden to play. Fenced back garden. Drinking water always available. Plenty of company for dogs who come to stay, be it playing with Jethro & Judi or sitting up on the sofa with the humans.

About: I have always been a massive dog lover, and grew up surrounded by them! Then i adopted my own boy, Teddy who is a 9 year old whippet. I have had him for 7 years and he is the sweetest boy, i am fully obsessed with him. My husband has rescued dogs from a young age and along with his older brother, they trained many dogs who had behavioral issues. I have experience looking after puppies to senior pups. I am the go to dog sitter for all my family and friends. I currently work Monday - Thursday 8-4.30pm. I would be available any evening and all day Friday - Sunday Teddy is walked for 1-1.5 hours a day and when i am at work he is at my in-laws getting all the attention and snacks he needs/wants There is no place your dog wouldn't be allowed, they would sleep in my room with me, i would even share my bed if they wanted to! If you prefer your dog to stay in a crate, that also wouldn't be an issue and i wouldn't allow Teddy to use it. Your dog would be supervised at all times in my house and outside. I prefer to walk Teddy instead of just letting him out in the garden to do the toilet so he can get a good sniff.

About: I’ve grown up with and cared for a range of breeds including flat-coated retrievers, a Welsh Sealyham terrier, a Labrador, and a large Munsterlander, so I’m comfortable with different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I’ve also provided dog and farm sitting in the past, so I understand how important it is to keep pets happy, safe, and in a familiar routine while you’re away. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or just cosy cuddles I will provide! I work remotely most of the time and my partner works remotely entirely so there is always someone home to cuddle and give your dog undivided attention. We have 10 acres of woodland (unfenced) for your dog to sniff around to their hearts content! Our home is dog friendly and we live close to many beautiful walking spots. Expect lots of pictures of your dog in different spots!

For walks, I make sure dogs get the right level of exercise for their age, breed, energy levels, and what their owner has asked for while always keeping safety a priority. I’m attentive on walks, avoid unsafe situations, and make sure they’re secure and happy at all times. If caring for pets in my own home, I provide a calm, safe, and welcoming environment. I have a fenced garden for secure outdoor time, and my home is very relaxed—pets are welcome upstairs or downstairs, wherever they feel most comfortable. They’ll get plenty of attention, affection, and supervision, while still sticking to their usual routines as much as possible.

I came back to a spotless house, 2 happy dogs and 2 sit reports to let me know exactly how each pup had been habit/feed/behaviour wise whilst away which was fantastic. About: My family had a number of small pets (rabbits, guinea pigs and budgies) that I helped look after as I was growing up. As a teenager I also contributed to the care of our male boxer. For many years thereafter it wasn't possible to have any animals - I had moved abroad for university, spent time away on placement, started full-time work thereafter with life in rented accommodation which didn't allow pets. This change in 2020 when I lodged with a new landlady and her 2 adorable cocker spaniels. We became friends and when I visit I continue to take care of them when their owner is away; daytime and overnight. That includes walks on the beach or on a forest trail, where their favourite activity is to chase a tennis ball, followed by a swim. Once home, the boys make it clear that they would like food and ongoing attention in the form of belly rubs I'm very happy to oblige with. Following their owners suggestion I registered on borrowmydoggy in 2021 and met through this service a number of lovely dogs, mostly larger breeds (German Shepherd, Huskies, Malamute) but I've also started looking after a very confident and fast Chihuahua/Jack Russell lady who enjoys meeting new dogs on her park walks. My availability varies weekly. I prefer late morning and early afternoon sessions which give me a nice break from working at home on days that I can. I live in a top floor rented flat and have access to a small enclosed communal garden to the rear of the property. There is no lift so your pet needs to be able to climb stairs. Cats visit the garden frequently. I can take your pet to the beach or forest in my car.

About: We had our own lovely Cassie (a beautiful labradoodle) for 12 years. She was much loved and is much missed. Also lots of family pets in younger years. We decided not to replace her as our children live abroad and we want to travel unhindered. Hence me offering to look after other people’s beloved pets - the best of both worlds - a dog in the house when we are available and freedom the rest of the time! Lots of experience looking after other people’s dogs and always treat them with love and respect! Happily retired and my happy place is out in the local county side walking a dog! I can usually accommodate most pet schedules and happy to discuss requirements. Happy to board your dog who will have the run of our large downstairs. Each pet visiting has found the place they like best to sit, some admiring the view of Bennachie out our front window while others love the garden. Prefer a cage for sleeping but, if pet well behaved, can be flexible.

About: Hi, my name’s Rosie! I’m a 33 year old airline pilot recently moved to Aberdeen who loves horses, dogs and cats. I really wish I could have an animal of my own full time, but due to work commitments, I have the pleasure of looking after and loving other peoples in my spare time! I have over 16 years experience pet sitting horses, dogs and cats and nothing brings me more joy! My apartment is large and spacious with a giant wrap around balcony, which is also backs on to woods and a river path, perfect for your doggies to explore. Your pets will be treated like my own and like it’s their home away from home. Nothing is too much to give them the most comfortable stay possible. I look forward to meeting all your lovely little critters soon! My roster is flexible each month, so I’m available week days and weekends and can give you a months notice on availability. I currently get at least 3 days off a week to look after and play with your doggies! My ground floor apartment is private and only accessible with a key card. My wrap around balcony is large and spacious, with Perspex glass high enough that keeps all animals safely enclosed!

I am a true dog lover who would love to be able to help you out! I work offshore on a 2/2/2/4 rotation (so 2 weeks offshore, 2 weeks onshore, 2 weeks offshore, 4 weeks onshore).
