Cannot recommend Jiao enough! My cat George was slightly nervous the first two visits as he is only used to me and my partner and she persevered and found ways to make him feel comfortable until he adjusted to her. Jiao left my flat in perfect condition and my boy very happy. Very good communication with pictures and updates which was very much appreciated. Will definitely book again .
Honestly couldn’t recommend Jiao enough, she’s so good at explaining how my buns are which is so helpful for a worrisome owner like me, it’s so reassuring and calming to know they are being so well looked after and to have the daily updates of them with every visit. Jiao communicates any issues so well and also resolves them too. She’s so kind and I’m so pleased we’ve found her!
Jiao did a fantastic job with my cat, she visited her twice a day, although it was heavily snowing and the roads were mostly closed with snow, she continued visiting and feeding my cat, I cannot thanks her enough for what she did and recommend her for every one. Many thanks
