Safety, trust & environment
Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, playtime or general company, I tailor my services to suit individual canine needs. I provide a calm, nurturing environment to keep your pet happy and healthy by prioritising their well-being. Your four-legged family member(s) will be cared for as if they were my own, giving you peace of mind pets in your absence. Having always aspired to have my own Siberian or Alaskan Husky, I'd like to get to know as many pets as possible and make friends with them to prepare myself for such a high-maintenance dog. I don't only feed the animals but also make sure they're happy with the company I'm providing. Reptiles, birds, fish, marsupials, sheep, goats, horses, fowl and rodents are also welcome (I had some farmwork experience in Australia). Photos and videos will be sent to your phone so that you'll know that your darling pets are in good hands.
Information Leony S. would like to know about your pet
Knowing about the pets ahead of time is crucial to provide safe, personalised and effective care. Each dog has unique needs, such as dietary restrictions, exercise requirements, medical conditions, and behavioural traits, which impact how they should be fed, walked, and managed throughout the day. Some dogs may be anxious, aggressive with other pets or have special training needs that require extra attention. Understanding these details beforehand allows the sitter to prepare for any necessary accommodations, avoid potential risks, and ensure a smoother, more enjoyable experience for both the pet and sitter, ultimately giving pet owners peace of mind.
A typical day
My day typically begins with morning potty breaks and feeding, followed by a walk or play session tailored to each dog’s energy level. Throughout the day, I keep the dogs engaged with activities like additional walks, playtime or enrichment games to keep them mentally stimulated and happy. I will send updates to the dogs’ owners, detailing the pets’ activities and moods. In the evening, dogs are fed, taken out for a final walk or potty break, and then settle down for some quiet bonding time. For overnight stays, I ensure the dogs feel safe and comfortable, providing a final update to the owners before the day ends.

Reviews

Leony was great with Mabel 😊 would definitely recommend!

The boys clearly had a great time, as per usual. Thank you, Leony!!

Thank you for another wonderful walk, Leonie!!

Despite Sprout feeling unwell and being anxious, Leony did a great job at looking after Sprout. She kept sending us updates of our wee man the whole time, which allowed us to relax! Sprout is quite a loud and nervous dog, which didn't phase her. Definitely will be booking with Leony again!
