A typical day
Depending on the breed and age of the dog I will either take them for a long walk in the morning and evening, a short walk at lunch time. I live really close to two big parks and have a back garden.

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid, I always had a dog until 2019 when my sweet Rocky passed away of old age. As of 2025, I have taken care of: labradors, pomeranians, chihuahuas, chow chows, poodles, bulldogs, hounds (standard and saluki), daschunds, spaniels (cocker and english springer), cockapoos, labrapoos and terrier (yorkie, jack russell, scottish). I had cats (domestic longhair) when I was a teen and I know everything about them, also cared for stray kittens while I found them a forever home. I don’t have allergies. Right now, I don’t have a pet because I am fully committed to pet sitting but my husband and I consider our neighbor’s cat as ours lol!

Evelyn provided a warm welcome to Skye. She'd prepared for her visit and supplied us with updates and feedback. Took time to give her a long walk as well as short one. No accidents either all day (puppy just 6 months) which suggests to me Evelyn is intuitive and caring and makes doggies feel safe and secure.
Although Ashley has been to Evelyn a few times this was the first time he had a sleepover and again I picked up a very happy and contented dog. I am very pleased with the service that Evelyn provides. 🐶
This was Ashleys first time with Evelyn and I would definitely recommend her. I got updates how Ashley was getting on throughout the day. I picked up a happy puppy.
