We were comfortable and enjoyed our time away, knowing that Luna was loved, well taken care of and also well exercised. She had a sweet playmate with Ace the whole time which is a real bonus! Throughout the stay, Thomas sent amazing updates and photos that showed just how happy, exercised, and loved Jax was the entire time. He went above and beyond to keep my pup engaged and comfortable. Knowing Jax was in such great hands allowed me to actually relax — something I honestly didn’t think was possible when leaving my dog with someone new. He stayed in my home and was incredibly respectful of my space. Everything was exactly as I left it, and he followed all of Jax’s routines perfectly. It felt like Jax got a little vacation of his own. Thomas gave me a level of peace of mind I didn’t think I’d ever have with a sitter. My initial apprehension about leaving my dog with someone new is completely gone and that is entirely because of him. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Thomas. He is responsible, kind, attentive, communicative, and genuinely exceptional at what he does. If you’re looking for a sitter who will treat your dog like family, look no further. Thomas is your guy, and I will absolutely be using him any chance I get.”

Joli took the initiative to proactively give me updates on Chip and their adventures, and it made me so happy! Chip had the best time!! The icing on the cake was that on my flight back I was delayed and could have missed my connection. Joli was very willing to stay with Chip longer if I did miss my connection. She made sure I made my connecting flight and made sure I made it home. I will exclusively be using Joli every time I need a puppy sitter and I highly highly recommend leaving your animals with her. She will spoil them with attention and affection while you are away!”
