Janys was absolutely amazing! My cat had surgery the day before and I had an important meeting scheduled that I couldn't miss. Because Mr. Whiskerson had stitches and was wearing an e-collar, I was worried about leaving him alone and potentially getting the collar off or disturbing his incision. I specifically reached out to Janys because of her veterinary technician experience, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. She took excellent care of him, made sure he kept his e-collar on, and administered all of his medications exactly as instructed and on schedule. To make things even more stressful, my meetings ended up running longer than expected. I contacted Janys about extending the visit, and she was incredibly accommodating and flexible. Knowing that Mr. Whiskerson was in such capable hands took a huge weight off my shoulders and allowed me to focus on my responsibilities without constantly worrying.
