This was my first time leaving my dog with anyone besides my parents, so as you can imagine I was nervous. She was willing to work with my schedule and I could immediately tell my dog was her highest priority. Joli house sat for me as well, and she treated my home with respect and went the extra miles. Joli took the initiative to proactively give me updates on Chip and their adventures, and it made me so happy! Chip had the best time!! The icing on the cake was that on my flight back I was delayed and could have missed my connection. Joli was very willing to stay with Chip longer if I did miss my connection. Jennifer did a great job house and cat sitting. I leave directions for sitters and she followed all directions perfectly. It takes a while for my cat to warm up to new people, and this stay was only several days, but my cat did start to come out before the stay ended, and seemed comfortable with Jennifer. Taytumn stayed over at our house for a week to watch our dog Ty. She sent lots of pictures and updates, and I could tell that Ty was well taken care of. This was our second time booking with Katie, and this stay was for a much longer international trip—9 nights in total. Knowing we’d be so far from home, and that getting back quickly would be difficult if anything went wrong, definitely gave me some anxiety beforehand. I’m happy to say that Katie once again exceeded our expectations. She took exceptional care of Fitz and our home, kept everything neat and tidy, communicated regularly throughout our trip, and sent plenty of photos and updates. Alix was so great with our hound, Mo. He can be a handful of emotion, but from the moment he met her, it was clear that she knew how to manage him.
