She handled our extremely senior dog very well, and was very helpful and flexible when I had a flight cancellation and couldn’t make it home as originally planned. In fact my flight was delayed by 4 days! She stayed 3 days later than scheduled, and helped us coordinate someone else for the final day when she couldn’t stay. Jennifer did a great job house and cat sitting. I leave directions for sitters and she followed all directions perfectly. It takes a while for my cat to warm up to new people, and this stay was only several days, but my cat did start to come out before the stay ended, and seemed comfortable with Jennifer. Something that’s important for those of us with scaredy-cats. I’d definitely hire her again

This was our second time booking with Katie, and this stay was for a much longer international trip—9 nights in total. Knowing we’d be so far from home, and that getting back quickly would be difficult if anything went wrong, definitely gave me some anxiety beforehand. I’m happy to say that Katie once again exceeded our expectations. She took exceptional care of Fitz and our home, kept everything neat and tidy, communicated regularly throughout our trip, and sent plenty of photos and updates. Alix was so great with our hound, Mo. He can be a handful of emotion, but from the moment he met her, it was clear that she knew how to manage him.
