Jennifer did a great job house and cat sitting. I leave directions for sitters and she followed all directions perfectly. It takes a while for my cat to warm up to new people, and this stay was only several days, but my cat did start to come out before the stay ended, and seemed comfortable with Jennifer. Upon our animals meeting Kristen - you could tell they were immediately comfortable. She house sit for a couple of weeks while we were traveling - including taking care of our dog, cat, mail and plants. Everything went well and her presence really helped us relax during the vacation. This was our second time booking with Katie, and this stay was for a much longer international trip—9 nights in total. Knowing we’d be so far from home, and that getting back quickly would be difficult if anything went wrong, definitely gave me some anxiety beforehand. I’m happy to say that Katie once again exceeded our expectations. She took exceptional care of Fitz and our home, kept everything neat and tidy, communicated regularly throughout our trip, and sent plenty of photos and updates. Her reliability and attention to detail allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our vacation without worrying about how things were going at home. Katie has a wonderful, calming presence with animals and genuinely cares for them as if they were her own. I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for pet care. We’ve even had family members watch Fitz in the past, and Katie unquestionably does a better job. 😂 We feel incredibly fortunate to have found her and will absolutely book with her again.
Alix was so great with our hound, Mo. He can be a handful of emotion, but from the moment he met her, it was clear that she knew how to manage him. Alix was communicative throughout the 5-day stay and Mo seemed happy and healthy upon return. And I'm pretty sure the house was cleaner than we left it :) Would definitely book with Alix again.
