“April took AMAZING care of our 2 cats and dog. We had to go out of town for 4 days and the night before our trip we had to take our cat to the ER for a UTI. We were so hesitant to leave her but the vet assured us she would be okay and April has experience administering medications. About: Hi, I'm Lexi! I've grown up alongside 2-3 dogs, which has inspired my love for any and all animals! I've pet-sat a wide variety of animals (list is below) and have 3 years of experience volunteering at animal shelters. Their happiness is my happiness :) I only pet-sit on days where I'm off from work, so I'll be right there to hang out with your fur babies all day! They can freely roam inside and outside (we also have a indoor/outdoor sunroom and a fenced-in yard), they're allowed on beds/furniture, and I won’t practice crating unless I'm instructed to. I live right by a park, so I love taking my dogs for short walks or just to go roam around in the lawn, whatever they're in the mood for :) I'm super attentive to their needs, as I currently own two senior doggos (a beagle and a dachshund) and have been able to spot even the littlest physical/emotional changes in them. On that note, I’d prefer to ONLY board dogs that are not high-energy, so as to help keep my small senior dogs safe. I love keeping owners updated and make them feel like their fur babies are right there with them! Animals I've cared for: Dogs, cats, leopard geckos, hognose snakes, hedgehogs, and White's tree frogs. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I love starting the day by taking my dogs to the park that's 2 min away for a walk. If they seem bored, I’ll give them a car ride or take them to PetSmart to shop around :) I have a fenced in yard and two senior dogs to keep your fur baby company. Your puppo is more than welcome to chill on our beds and couches (we have dog beds, too). We even have a guest room in case they want space! We live right by Walter Fuller recreational park.

I was so worried leaving Ziggy for the first time, especially with his separation anxiety, however, I could tell before I even left for vacation that he had already warmed up to her. Jennifer did a great job house and cat sitting. I leave directions for sitters and she followed all directions perfectly. It takes a while for my cat to warm up to new people, and this stay was only several days, but my cat did start to come out before the stay ended, and seemed comfortable with Jennifer. Something that’s important for those of us with scaredy-cats. I’d definitely hire her again
Janys was absolutely amazing! My cat had surgery the day before and I had an important meeting scheduled that I couldn't miss. Because Mr. Whiskerson had stitches and was wearing an e-collar, I was worried about leaving him alone and potentially getting the collar off or disturbing his incision. I specifically reached out to Janys because of her veterinary technician experience, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. She took excellent care of him, made sure he kept his e-collar on, and administered all of his medications exactly as instructed and on schedule. To make things even more stressful, my meetings ended up running longer than expected. I contacted Janys about extending the visit, and she was incredibly accommodating and flexible. Knowing that Mr. Whiskerson was in such capable hands took a huge weight off my shoulders and allowed me to focus on my responsibilities without constantly worrying. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, reliable, compassionate, and experienced with pets recovering from medical procedures, I cannot recommend Janys highly enough. I will absolutely be using her again in the future!
Jaxxson had a great stay! 😊 Raven was kind, communicative, and took the time to learn about his specific needs and routine. I appreciated how attentive and thoughtful she was, and I felt comfortable knowing he was in good hands while I was away. Ryan was great. I left the country for a week and he was able to help me out for the first few days. I would highly recommend him and would hire him again if I need to be away in the future. I have a dog and a cat that he took care of and he was able to stay at my house. Everything was great when I returned. I also enjoyed that he sent me pics of my babies while I was gone.
