About: I have cared for dogs my whole life. As a kid, up north, we had sled dogs. Always litters of puppies coming and going in my house. I’m active in the beagle rescue, and often transport, foster, and take care of other fosters when needed. Through the rescue we see a lot of special cases, from geriatric, to disabled, and occasionally a litter of puppies! They’re all a joy to care for. I have one beagle(Rudy) that’s my permanent baby, and I also foster and transport for the Beagle Rescue, as does my entire family. I love all dogs, no matter the breed. I love to walk, get out and get exercise, and I know the dogs love it even more than me. I’m very responsible, especially when it comes to animals. About: I spoiled every dog I have ever cared for. I will walk them and play with until they are tired out. I probably give too many treats. I am retired so I can adapt to just about any schedule. I get up early every day and can also stay up late. The pets come first. I am not ready to take a pet into my home yet because my dog passed away just 2 weeks ago and we are still getting over it. I do still have 2 dog beds and plenty of toys.

About: -Exotics experience including birds, reptiles, amphibians, inverts, rodents, rabbits, pigs and many other species -Medication experience including pills, syringes, injections, and subcutaneous fluids -Reactivity experience including crate, leash, muzzle application and preventing escape -Genuine love and passion for ALL animals Currently, I have 2 cats, 2 dogs, and several geckos that I rescued (my mom cares for them in my home when I am sitting so your pets have my full attention). One of the dogs was still a puppy who I trained myself, so I am quite comfortable and patient when it comes to all of the fun (and not so fun) side effects of puppies still learning. The other dog was incredibly reactive and I've been able to teach her to trust again and continue to work with her everyday. Trauma never goes away, so I fully understand that traumatized and reactive dogs will always require a special, attentive level of care. I have absolutely no fear of animals and will immediately put myself in the middle of a fight or potentially dangerous situation to save your pet. I'm not going to quit because your pet growled (although I will respect their space of course). Safety is my #1 priority. No one gets out of the front door (my cat is an escape artist so this is normal to me). Leashes are always secured to my wrist, in addition to holding tightly with my hand. I've learned so much patience, vigilance, and the ability to read dog body language very well. My energy is calm but confident, and pets tend to trust me quickly. I am open to caring for high needs babies that other sitters aren't equipped to handle. I know how stressful it is worrying about your babies when you're trying to enjoy a trip, so my goal is to make you and your pets 100% comfortable and confident with me. I originally created a Rover profile several years ago, but didn't end up using it. Now I have all of the flexibility and help with my own pets to be able to care for yours! I have additional current references that I'd be happy to provide from my friends who trust me with their precious pets (one is even a professional pet sitter). I work from home with flexible hours and have the ability to take breaks whenever needed. I can flex my schedule to fit yours or your pet's! For dog walks, I have handled and walked dogs that weigh more than I do. I'm very active and while calm in nature, I can give verbal commands to make sure your dog doesn't do or eat anything they are not supposed to! I am flexible and can follow any route and/or special requests you have. And I always pick up the poop, of course. For drop-ins, I am extremely respectful of others' privacy and space. I am flexible and can meet your requirements of a perfect home visit for your furbabies while you are away. I will take plenty of photos and videos for you at each visit (20+). I can feed, water, let out, play with, scoop litter, and any other animal care that you need! I can even water your plant babies and bring in your mail too.

About: I’ve had a childhood dog, her name was Daisy and she was a miniature Doberman. Recently I have been in college and dog sit for family, I love taking the dogs out for a walk/run or even bringing doggy’s to parks or even the beach, I’m willing to give them baths too!! I currently work part time and do online classes for college, I love driving and tend to do college at the park or the beach. I’m looking for a furry friend to join me whether I stop by their house or take them on a walk for some company. I’m available everyday of the week and anytime of the day :) In my home I have 4 cats, I care for all of them differently but equally. Unfortunately I do not have a backyard, so the only services I can offer for dogs and cats would be walking and stop and go visits whenever needed. In clients homes I would love to come over and play with the furry friends whether it’s outside or inside!

About: My experience administering medication I use Liverwurst to administer vitamins to my own dog. I can also give liquid medicines, topical ointments and injections too, if necessary. I am available 24/7 and all holidays for all of your pet(s) care needs. If I'm sitting at your home for a few days or week(s), I will need to be able to come home to take care of my own dogs, but will limit my time so that your own pets will not be home alone longer than an hour. Please note that I can not accept pit bulls, as I'm very frightened of them. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I will take care of other pets you have, including hamsters, iguanas, spiders, parrots, etc. I have 50 years of experience with birds, so I'm quite knowledgeable in their care. If I stay in your home, rest assured that I will take care of their basic needs; feeding, brushing, and taking them for frequent potty and I promise to treat your babies with love and respect.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. I understand that pets get scared when their owners are away. I have had animals of all shapes and sizes. I just moved back to Florida from Oregon to help my mom out after the hurricane and decided to stay so my schedule is flexible. I’m a night person so I’m open to evening care needs too. I will use all safety measures your family has in place for your pets. I use leashes whenever necessary for out of yard walks. I enjoy walking dogs.

About: I am new to Rover, but not new to pet sitting. For the last 4 years I have been helping a friend of mine who had a pet sitting business do overnight pet sitting and I found I really enjoyed it. When he moved, I took over his clients and have started my own business as of last year. I am now expanding my services to Rover. I am looking to add daily dog walks and drop ins to my scope of work. I have 4 cats of my own and I adore animals. I am a married pharmaceutical professional, however, I am tired of corporate America and looking to do this full time. I currently work from home so I am available to do drop ins or dog walks throughout the day to help pets out with separation anxiety or just need a potty break. Gigi followed all my instructions even though they were more detailed than most due to my dog needing a little extra TLC. Gigi took FeeFee out on her walks, fed her and changed her pads when she mad a mess. I love that Gigi has that sweet loving and caring personality, I felt comfortable and confident leaving FeeFee with Gigi, her sweet nature was what my dog needed when I was out of town. I love the notifications in the Rover app when Gigi arrived and left, and the report card and was a very nice addition, and the pictures Gigi sent made me feel even more at ease.
