Hi! I’m a lifelong cat lover and pet care enthusiast with years of hands-on experience. I grew up with cats and a dog and adopted my own cat in 2010. Today, my cats Pete and Olive are my beloved furchildren, and Pete even walks on a leash! He's kind of famous in our little neighborhood. Beyond my own pets, I help my neighbor care for his outdoor cat colony, transforming timid, semi-feral kittens into friendly lap cats who run over to my house when they see me come home. I’ve also guided new cat owners through the basics of cat care. What I Offer: My specialty is in-home cat care. Whether it’s feeding, litter scooping, playtime, or providing cuddles (if your cat is up for it!), I’ll make sure your cat feels loved and cared for while you’re away. I’m also open to dog walking and in-home dog care, including feeding and playtime. If you’re looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and experienced, I’d love to meet your furbabies!

I'm all about meeting animals where they are. I'm ready to snuggle and play if they're relaxed, but I'm also happy to give them their space if they're nervous. My job is to make sure your furbaby is cared for in the way that's best for them. I have a knack for connecting with shy or standoffish cats, thanks to my experience socializing my neighbor's semi-feral kittens. I've also done three hurricane evacuations with cats, so I'm pretty good at managing stress!

Colleen was great w/ Sheba! She was very responsive to messages and questions, and communicates in a very clear style. I got really cute and thoughtful photos showcasing Sheba eating and general antics. I'm pretty sure she misses Colleen more now, than me when i go away. i will def work with her again.
Colleen is a fantastic pet sitter. If you are looking for a detail oriented and passionate individual to watch your fur babies she is the one! She keeps things professional sending updates consistently and really invests time into each animal giving them love and affection as if they were her own. My cat absolutely loves her! Highly recommended!

Schedule
I work from home and can accommodate urgent or last-minute visits. I'm also available nights and weekends. I occasionally travel for work, but not very often.
