“I had to leave town for a family emergency this week and was able to book Lisa and Dylan to take care of my 15 year old miniature chihuahua while I was gone. He’s never without me so on top of my family situation I was also very stressed about leaving him. Lisa and Dylan did a fantastic job, stopping by to not only walk and feed him but also giving him some love and affection. He’s a super affectionate and snuggly little guy so I knew he’d be missing that. I appreciated so much how they took time to just be with him and pet him and love on him. It relieved so much stress for me to know he was in good hands. Thank you alisa and Dylan! We look forward to working with you again and will be sharing your info with all our family members with dogs as well so they can bring their dogs down if they want to.”

She responded quickly, and we had a meet & greet the next day. I got plenty of photos & updates on our 2 big boys. She came over to meet our dogs and was early, she went above and beyond and even when I got back from the trip the dogs were at the door waiting for her to come back. She was timely, followed instructions and even when I forgot a check in time she took initiative and went and checked on them on her own.
