Elise is knowledgeable, calm and comfortable (due to her experience) with ecollar training, which is very important to us. She reinforces all of the training that we are doing with Maggie, which is a godsend. She communicates any changes in her behavior, and questions the changes she should if something seems out of the normal. Elise also let's us know the improvements she sees, which is invaluable. Knowing that what we work on with her, carries through when we are not around is something that matters to us when it comes to Maggie's development and growth.
