About: I grew up with no less than 4 dogs in my house. I’ve taken care of bulldogs, pugs, dachshunds, pitbulls, strays, and mutts. There’s no breed or special routine that I can’t handle! About: Pets have always been a part of my life and I adore them. I will take very good care of your pets as if they were my own. I am currently retired and am free during the day for walks and visits. I live in Pinellas County and can visit one time or several times depending on the need. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 15 from Boston terriers to Rottweilers. Just like humans, they are all special in their own way, requiring you to flex to their communication style. This requires being in tune with the pup's personality as well as their behavior. For example, some love to walk and say hi to everyone who passes while some prefer to walk at their own speed and take plenty of stops to sniff the grass. If you need a recurring walker, send me a message! If my schedule is showing unavailable, send me a message! I currently have morning/afternoon availability. If you are requesting a one time walk or after 3 PM, please reach out. I will always try to accommodate! I treat everyone's home and pup as if they are my own. Respect is huge. I would expect the same if I was putting trust into someone to watch over my fur baby. I always notify 5-10 minutes before I arrive as well as leave a detailed description of how our walk was. I am very diligent to send pictures while on the walk at least every 5 minutes. If they need water or treats along the way or even after, it is my priority to ensure they are well taken care of.

Michelle went above and beyond for my baby. My dog was not feeling well, and would not eat during the first check in. Michelle sent me updates and kept a close eye on her so I would not worry. she even offered to go back and check on her outside of her scheduled time. She sent many updates throughout and pictures and made my dog feel comfortable in my absence. I would normally worry about my dog the whole time I’m away but I have not worried once, as I trust Michelle wholeheartedly with her care. I could not recommend her more. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
